Praise God that our unexpected AC repair happened when it did. Yeah, a four-digit repair is never fun, but we can absorb it, and with the help of Copeland & Son, we weren't without cool air for long at all.

These guys were amazing! I called at 8:30 with an issue, they got to my house a bit after 9. They were friendly and professional. They replaced my toilet, which had a crack and was leaking, in a little under an hour. I am so glad I called TN Plumbing Solutions. I would definitely do business with them again!

Jeff Janke and the team at Michael’s Plumbing are courteous and professional. We recently had a Moen Valve replaced that was broken. They came out the next morning and fixed it quickly.

I had to have a plumber for a Saturday afternoon call out because of a gas leak. You sent Jeremy out and he was very helpful. Then only two days later we had an unrelated plumbing problem with a toilet, so we had to call again. Jeremy was professional and very efficient. His explanations on both visits were clear and to the point. He gave us an estimate, which we agreed to and he immediately went to work. I hope I don't have to call you again anytime soon, but I have your number in my phone and you will be who I call if we have a plumbing issue in the future.

These guys were awesome! Super responsive and communicative. Felt like they were honest with their work and resolved the issues very quickly. They even did a great job cleaning up the areas that got messy, so highly appreciate their time and assistance!

I requested for someone to come diagnose my central heater, he was nice enough, but he took off the small front panel, jiggled thing a bit, spun a little fan and said there you go, it’s fine!, he told me that since you don’t use your heater, except the winter the little fan needs a spin!, he charged me $ 130.00, was here for maybe 25 minutes. Maybe that’s average?!, I thought it was high!, he also provided no receipt.

My technician Ryan was on time, respectful and kind. He took the time to show me the job he did and explain how it works. The staff in the office made sure to call me and tell me he was headed my way. They were both very professional and kind. The text messages help me to not forget my appointment and they sent a photo of who was coming to my house. That meant a lot to me. I would highly recommend the Hiller staff and their technician Ryan.

Was raining and late in the day but Ernest showed up when he said he would. I’m certain I was his last call but he didn’t rush anything, explaining everything he was doing. Very professional and friendly. Well, almost 2.5hrs later, he got us up and running. He did such a thorough examination of our system trying to find a leak. Totally above and beyond the call of duty. Cannot recommend Lee Company, bit especially Ernest more. Man deserves and award!

Robert was great! On time and completely diagnosed my hvac.

He mostly did ok work but it took a week of I'll be there tomorrow before he got here. Then he kept trying to upsell me and discouraging investigation of the problem before replacing 100 feet of sweet pipe.

And he left the 5 foot long sewer pipe from my basement in the middle of my yard.
