WOW, talk about a professional group of people! Our heat & air unit went down, woke up to a 40 degree house, we really didn’t know who we could trust, so many scary stories out there, when something like this happens. A friend recommended the folks at Myers. The ladies in the office got straight to business, gathering info and scheduling a technician to our house. Within an hour we had not one but a two man team, real techs, not parts replacers or high pressure salesman. They dug into our unit, very quickly figured out the problem and made the needed repair. They also performed additional technical inspections as a good measure. I like that they spoke in layman’s terms as they walked me through the process. The price was more than fair, it’s cozy & warm in here tonight and I firmly believe these awesome people have earned my business for life. “Don’t pick up the pliers, just call Myers”

I have to give a poor review here, as I scheduled them to come out for my AC unit and took off work to be home, but the morning of my appointment, I was called and told the company owner was not willing to perform the work because it was a warranty-related job. I understand his concern, but I told them up front my unit was under warranty--so I should not have been told they can assist me, and have taken off work to be home, only to find out the day of that they are unwilling to serve me.
The woman on the phone was very nice about it, hence the 2 stars. But this overall was a big inconvenience for me, and I can't recommend that way of doing business.

Joshua was very professional, polite and very curtious. They put down a nice slab for the unit and placed dirt around it, made the whole area look great. They did a awesome job, and hauled everything off. We are very pleased the everything.

Amazing service! The new faucet they installed is working perfectly and they cleaned, replaced, and tightened up the valves and tubing under our kitchen sink leaving it better than they found it. Will definitely be using Hiller for future needs!

I'm changing my five-star rating to a two star. I'm having trouble with the service now and I've been trying to email them several times and they just won't answer me. And trying to get them on the phone has been any easier.

Josh B. from Frog Heating and Air responded to our service request and was here first thing in the morning. He resolved our service issue quickly and was most personable in our interactions with him. I am very impressed with Frog Heating and Air and the speed with which they answer and resolve any requests for service. I highly recommend them to any and all homeowners.

David did a terrific job taking care of some plumbing issues that stumped plumbers from other companies. We will definitely request him by name in the future!

Technician Curly was terrific. Had our spring tune up. Was here promptly when scheduled. Explained each step he was doing and reviewed his findings. Very professional and courteous.

It has been a great working with their team, they provide good service and know what needs to be done. I only advice is that they start bit more professional when giving quotes.

They were pleasant to work with and worked quickly to get us back up and running.
