Very wet and rainy day. Our technician, Ben, arrived early and he began explaining his process. We then went to check out the plumbing needs and locations of where the service was required. Very funny guy, he established rapport and trust almost immediately. He explained the extra that was needed for our plumbing needs to get the property to code. He laid out all the details for the cost and a timeline. Since it was a wet and rainy day, he laid out rugs and other barrier material to minimize any tracking of mud or debris from his trips outside to inside.
