Spent over 3k with this company and the plumbing I did my self turned out better. Bought a 1200 new tub for them to install and scratched it before they even installed it. All of the hard ware I wanted installed they stripped paint off of them. Be careful when using them for big projects.

We had a water leak on the main line post meter at our home. We have a very long water line and could not pinpoint the source of the leak. Regan came out a few days earlier than we had originally scheduled and found the leak under our driveway within the first hour he was there. He saved us a ton of money in being able to spot fix the problem as opposed to replacing the entire line. Highly recommend if you find yourself in a similar situation!!

I had one of those mornings when you step into the shower and there is no hot water. Not a fun way to wake up! I contacted the team at Choice Water Heaters and they responded immediately by checking first, to see if the issue could be fixed but the water heater was 15+ years old so I ended up needing a new one. They had the new hot water heater installed within hours. My experience was great!

My experience with Hiller has not been that great. The people/ Teams have professional employees but they gauge on the prices and the work is not the best quality for what the customer is paying. You pay $28 a month to be a member only for them to overcharge you after thier inspection.I had a HVAC guy come out and he did a subpar job on my HVAC inspection. He didn’t secure the pipes and caused a great deal of water damage which I did not notice until Electric and plumbing came. Electric and plumbing vacuumed and sealed my pipes but I still had some water damage done to my home which I tried to paint over. I paid $400 to get bathroom pipes cleared last week and the nights before we move from our home the toilets still flush slow and continue to overflow. I plunged, poured hot water down the drain and cleaned the damage so it didn’t get into the carpet, mind you I had a full inspection 4 days ago.I called Hiller the next day and asked if they could do a deeper analysis on the issue so they sent 2X guys over. All they did was flush the toilet twice then tried to charge me 70 bucks for having to look at my toilet.If you go through thier financing for any of thier upcharge there is a 11% interest fee for the work they assign to your property. This is a dangerous company to itemize on your budget. I do not recommend them. I recommend you find a local contractor for services or do it yourself.The employees are always professional but the Company is overcharging compared to thier competitors. I do not recommend this company unless you are ok with shelling out money for mediocre work.What services did they perform?Electrical outlet & switch relocation, A/C system maintenance, Electrical outlet & switch repair, Plumbing leak detection, Electrical power restoration, HVAC system maintenance, Water tank repair, Repair HVAC, HVAC duct & vent repair, Plumbing leak repair

My only concern is the fee I was told over the phone was 199 but when the work was performed there was an additional fee that was not disclosed in the phone reservation I made. It is a little frustrating to expect one fee then be charged another.

They snaked a drain line that was coughing up sewage but made no attempt to try to discover the cause of the issue. They then charged me overtime in the middle of a Wednesday. Over $200 to snake a shower and toilet, really? They are not getting paid. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Miguel and his team were so helpful when we had a failure from a previous plumber. He identified the problem, found the leak, and then patched the pipe and the drywall.

We also had him complete our sink installation, which was perfect.

Each time I use services of Lee Company, they respond quickly to my request. Then, they come in promised time frame. Staff are courteous, conscientious and professional. Shawn got the jobs done more quickly than I thought it would be. If I have to have a plumber, Lee Company is my go to choice.
