Two knowledgeable gentlemen came out to take a gander at the water heater and fixed the issue promptly. They were even kind enough to look at the most talkative toilet I've ever encountered and stopped the squealing noise. Reasonably priced and will definitely be calling this company again for future plumbing needs. Thank you!

Anthony was on time and professional. He diagnosed several plumbing issues we were having, and even looked under the house to determine the root cause of our drainage issues. Anthony gave clear explanation of his findings and offered several levels of estimate options. We chose to repair the most immediate concern and Anthony replaced our kitchen faucet. The repair appears to work properly and was completed in a professional, clean, and timely manner. Woke up to find my water heater pouring out water. Called Choice and talked to Jack. He walked me through a few questions, and was able to diagnose my problem. Made it out to my house in about 2 hours. He explained to me what had happened, and was able to replace the water heater quickly. After he finished I looked up a comparable water heater at Home Depot and found his parts and labor were barely more than I would have been able to buy the water heater for. I hope to not need the services again, but if I do I will definitely call Jack.

The Hot Water Heater Pros were professional and easy to work with from my first phone call to the installation and finally when they made sure to clean up before they left. I had a new water heater installed at a different location due to my old one being in the crawlspace, and there were a few problems that were not expected. But Michael, Chris, and Steve problem solved the best way to do the install. Chris and Steve, who did the actual install, went above and beyond!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! We had reached out to several other plumbing companies in the area but no one was able to see her for weeks except for Mid Tenn Home Solutions. They came the next day that I could be home and diagnosed what was causing all of the plumbing issues in our 40 year old home.
We had worked with John who just came out on a early Saturday morning to replace our Sewer Ejection Pump. He was very professional and informed me of the entire process. The price for the job was very competitive against national average too.
