I was recently trying to determine whether to buy a tankless hot water heater or a regular gas/electric water heater. I also needed to know if it made better sense to buy a water heater with a 3, 7, or 10 day warranty and whether I should buy a high efficiency energy savings one. Okay, so I guess I had a lot of questions. The good news was I arrived at the right place. Jimmy Morton's crew were true educators and now I have a much better knowledge of what to look for in a water heater. They did not try to sell me on a water heater I don't need and they didn't try to sell me the most expensive one. The end result was I received the best water heater to serve my family's needs. I like this company's approach of education and true care for the customer.

I really want to give 1 star to get there attention so someone will return my call. 3 star because they actually did the job.I received a bill in the mail (separate from the bill for services rendered) and Ive tried calling, texting, faxing to get a rep to tell me what this balance is for and NO ONE will reach out to me. It's been months. I've tried 6 or so times. And every time they say someone from accounting will reach out to me. If I end up in collections I'm gonna be very upset. Still waiting for a rep from accounting to reach out.

Luke Henderson was the technician doing our HVAC inspection today, March 27, 2023. . He did a very thorough job, took multiple photos of every part and explained each one, cleaned our HVAC unit, and made helpful suggestions of products that would help extend the life of the unit. The receptionist in the office couldn't even give me a direct or correct response to my question. My application I submitted has disappeared, I didn't see it all. I then got an email with it saying I wasn't qualified for the position. Where does that happen?

I got a quote from frog to do replace a panel outside of my house. I requested a bigger panel than the guy suggested but he quoted me with the panel he wanted to install. They quoted it me $4000 and I told the guy that was way too much. They charged me the $39 service fee and left. The next day hiller came out and gave me a free quote for $2000 to have the bigger panel i wanted installed. Save your money on the service fee for a quote and go with hiller.
