PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

Greg R. did an amazing job! He came out late at night to fix my broken water heater. He even adjusted my leaking toilet while he was there. What an awesome group of friendly, skilled professionals!!!

John was very knowledgeable about the condos in my area (River Plantation). I was purchasing a home and needed a plumber to assess the plumbing issues that appeared in the inspection. John was sensitive to my timeframe and did a thorough assessment. He provided a detailed explanation of the issues and my options. After closing karma he quickly repaired all of the issues. He was always on time and always professional.

Even though we couldn’t replicate the issue with our AC unit when our tech Will arrived, he spent nearly two hours running diagnostics on our system and doing preventative maintenance. Very thorough and explained everything he did in detail. Very happy with the work and will use Will Reyes and Donelson Air Service Experts in the future!

We called Mid 10 Plumbing because we needed a faucet valve removed. It was a Sunday afternoon and decided on an independent as the two previous companies we called had no techs available. Juan was very nice and accommodating and had Jeremy come out as soon as he finished the job he was at. Within an hour the valve was removed and the new one put in. I would definitely recommend Mid 10 Plumbing and would use them again!
