I’m filing my formal complaint with the State of TN. I used them for a sewer line replacement in the beginning of the year. Sewer line backed up again in within 6 months. Spent the past two months trying to resolve it with the “warranty”. In some short words Michael’s Plumbing Service’s customer service and warranty are trash. They do not communicate internally or with the customer, you’ll spend your time and energy away from your job as the project manager of the issue you paid them to fix. You can tell the Scheduler what the issue is and they’re not going to communicate it to the tech they send out so it’s all a waste of time when the tech comes out unprepared. The Service Manager is never there to answer the phone so you get the Scheduler who doesn’t know plumbing. The Service Manager, when he answers the phone, may say that something will get done, but then no one shows up, called the Scheduler and it wasn’t even on the schedule to happen. They do not show up or call to say they’re not showing up. The sewer line warranty is trash. Anyway, more words than I care of use here. Also, I now have to find a company to fix what they refuse to fix under their warranty.

11/21 update: I’ve left messages with your service manager and he never returned them. Neither I nor the tenant have any knowledge of you meeting the city out there and he works from home. As I said, the city informed me the line was my responsibility even under the sidewalk. Anything they told me I told you, to bad that didn’t go both ways. I don’t even know who you talked to that day (whenever that occurred). I have since moved on to another company with more knowledge and willing to help me get a clear sewer line. Also they replaced your out of code 4” clean out near the street with a 6” clean out (gives access to the city to use their equipment without digging up the yard). And multiple plumbers said the 4” near the street wasn’t code. Also, they met with the city and I and the tenant saw that. They provided the city with the access to the sewer line I requested you provide, per the city. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

I called this morning to see if they could come out and find a leak that my water company shows that I have. Joey came out and checked everything including going under the house. The only thing I could think of was the spiket out front which dripped some but I didn't think that would be it. Low and behold after Joey fixed the spiket the meter was not moving anymore. I have been stressing over this in my head that it would have to be a major repair. Joey was glad he could tell me it was minor. He was very professional and told me exactly what was going on the entire time he was here. Will not hesitate to use them again, I have already given Mid 10 Plumbing information to my neighbor. One of the best decisions I have made contacting them and will be calling again.

Paid to have out old solar hot water heater replaced.. They left the old one sitting in the garage for weeks despite A.) that we paid 100$ extra to have them haul it since it was massive and B.) After finally calling enough over and over they came and took only the tank part. We still have a huge box part with plumbing we can't trash that they decided wasn't part of what we paid them for?? Absolutely ridiculous.. Call someone else for your needs unless you want weeks of issues.

Had old pipes that broke and were referred to Surfin Plumbers. Jared came out and was very helpful. He did a great job of explaining everything and showing us multiple options. Would suggest him to anyone.

Ever have that situation where the entire city is under ice from a recent winter storm? And then your hot-water heater goes out? It’s a time like this that you’ll be glad for “Who Ya Know,” because on the same day under all of those conditions we made an appointment, they brought and installed a new tank and even hauled off the old one. It took two more days for the city to thaw out, but meanwhile because of their efforts my family was taken care of. Thank you again for your phenomenal service, and I will gladly always brag about how good it is to be taken care of when “Who Ya Know” shows up for the save!

We were able to receive same day service! The scheduler was friendly. Porter was polite, professional, and did a great job with the plumbing work. It took longer than anticipated, but if he was frustrated it certainly did not show. He cleaned up after himself and made sure to answer any questions we had before he left instead of rushing off. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
