There are lots of plumbers in the Nashville area, so do yourself a favor and keep looking. Until today I had a 15 year working relationship with the company, but in the course of investigating a leak at a rental property of mine that involved another tenant they ran up a huge bill, *insisted* the water was coming from else, so I trusted their judgement and damaged my own credibility with the HOA as a result. As it turns out, the leak was coming from a place they had thoroughly inspected, as stated in the work order I paid, and even though I spent over $500 diagnosing the problem all they did was go back, months later, and do what should have been done right in the first place. During that trip, which was under warranty, I asked them if they could take a quick look at a toilet that wasn't flushing properly (my mistake to even suggest this) and while the plumber I spoke to said it only took 5 minutes they then send a bill for $149 for an embellished repair. I asked them several times, several times, to write this off on the basis of the hundreds of dollars spent on their misdiagnosis, and they refused and kept sending me invoices. I paid that bill today but I regret ever having contacted about them in this issue in the first place, they wasted a lot of people's time and money and traumatized my downstairs neighbor by insisting my unit was not at fault, when in fact it was. The whole experience made me feel dirty and that's why I took the time to write this review and recommend you simply never enter into business with this company.

I should have given this review years ago. My mom has used Morton's Plumbing for as long as I can remember. They know her and she knows them so well that she leaves a key for them to come in and do what they need to do when she's not around. They are a GREAT group of people and I'm sure I would use them if I needed their services. I didn't know they did HVAC stuff so that's a definite plus.

The technician was flexible with my schedule. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He made some recommendations for my duct work.

Walt (Josh W.) was our installer. Our upstairs HVAC split gas unit failed (after 17 years). This unit also pushed air to our bonus room (inadequately, I might add) so we needed a solution to cool our space upstairs while keeping our bonus room cool. Josh and his assistant spent the better part of two days re-working our entire upstairs ducting and installed a dual-zone (wireless t-stat for the bonus room) system that works unbelievably well. Josh was not only knowledgeable, but courteous and respectful. Awesome, dedicated installer. This is our second ARS installed HVAC. Will happily do business with them in the future (hopefully not in this house...we should be set for awhile). Caleb also helped out with the zoning system...great job!

Hiller responded so fast. I had no hot water and my tank needed to be replaced. The guys that were here were extremely professional, answered all my questions, good humored, left my basement cleaner than when they arrived. I wouldn’t use anyone but Hiller.

Professional, intelligent, and reliable. These are the 3 words I have for this company. I had to get all my plugs in my home grounded, and Levi and Andy came and got everything straitened out. I know who I will be calling for any other issues my home might have. Thanks guys!

The company was fast in responding. They let me know that a customer had to cancel and asked if I would like the spot. The technician was fast, knowledgeable and very friendly. I will be using them again.

Surfin plumbers saved the day!! The day before a large family reunion at my house, my A/C seemed to bite the dust. That was exactly what I needed for an event we had been planning for over a year. So I did the normal routine and started calling from the top of the list of a/c companies, starting with my company that maintenances my system already. No one was available for that day. So I started trying to borrow portable AC units to get through the event, thinking I couldn’t get it fixed until the next week. But a friend suggested surfin plumbers from seeing one of their truck driving down the road. The same day Chris showed up, diagnosed my issue and found the poblem with my condenser and said he could have it fixed that same day. He also checked the rest of my system and found a couple issues my regular scheduled maintenance company has missed. Had it not been for Chris and the surfin plumbers my family reunion would have a lot hotter than expected. Thank Chris and the Surfin plumbers team.

Justin came to service our HAVC unit today. He called before he came and was exactly on time. He was very courteous and did a great job.

They came quickly and fixed the heater, but it comes at a very high price. It was $240+ to replace a fuse and install my google nest...less than an hour of work....

Great to work with and much better pricing than some of the bigger companies in the area
