Got a few quotes for budgetary purposes a year a ago from different companies in the area. Hiller was very competitive. Flash forward a year, and our existing hot water heater broke. Called Hiller who came out the same day to see if it was repairable. Turned out it was the original unit (nearly 20 years old) and was beyond repair. I requested that rather than just replace the unit, they update their quote which included a crawl space dehumidifier, tankless water heater, water softener and water filter. Hiller recognized that we needed a quick turnaround on the quote since our water heater was broken. Brian, their project manager, came out after hours with a technician and was able to update the quote on the spot. The next day they showed up with multiple crews and were able to finish the entire scope of work. Each employee was polite and answered all of my many questions. If their is any scope of work needed at our house in the future that Hiller can perform, we will not waste time in seeking out any other quotes. Top tier operation at every level.

Easy and polite scheduling, same morning response to my emergency, Henry was awesome quickly diagnosed issue, explained clearly and made the repairs. I would have no hesitation in using them again, and will next week for an install job! These guys saved us from much bigger issues!

Jason and his crew installed a new super-efficient Mitsubishi heat pump in our 1925 home in East Nashville and they did fantastic work. Their pricing was right in line with another quote I received and they were very respectful, clean, and communicative during installation. They were also diligent about wearing masks in the middle of COVID which was greatly appreciated because we have a newborn and mother-in-law living with us.
