Best Clogged Sewer Line in Nashville TN

Kitchen drain clogged. Service man tried to unclog it by using his electric sink rod. Didn’t work. He then went under the house and decided to cut out a section of drain pipe and replace it. Drain now works. Only problem I have is the price. Over $800.00 to replace less than 10 feet of pipe seems to me to be very high.

Weylon came to fix a faucet that would not turn off on Friday night at 9:30. He was at my house about 5 minutes after I called and fixed the problem quickly. I have used him 3 times. Highly recommend!

I hate long reviews so I’m going to get to the point. THE BEST! These guys know old systems and new systems, are honest (fix only the problem as opposed to selling you unnecessary equipment), answer stupid questions graciously, don’t mind if you crawl under the house or up in the attic with them, explain the issues for a normal person to understand, and are the kind of guys you would feel comfortable having do work in your house without you even home. Customer service (Nikki) is delightful and makes the customer feel like they are number one. Although everyone has been a pleasure to work with, I am compelled to write this review because Ronald (Ron) was just here for a Spring cleaning and I am beside myself with how impressed I am with him. He was everything I described above, polite, patient, neat and did MORE than was required; AND after cleaning my outdoor unit he even cleaned out my dog bowl that he just happened to notice was dirty! I’m not kidding!!! He was an absolute delight and the kind of sweet soul you wish there were more of in the world. Thank you!

Repair man came when he was scheduled. He called first to say he was close. He looked at the outside bibb that's been leaking. He explained what he was going to do, turn water off, go under house, etc. About 30 mins later he was done. Thank you for setting a quick appointment, showing up and fixing the problem.

I had sent an email asking for a quote on a thermal expansion tank installation on a Tuesday right around 8:30am. By 9:00am Jeff responded with a phone call to get some more details about what was needed. He said a tech was in my area and could stop by that morning, which was great! Within 30 minutes Michael (the tech) arrived to assess the job and provide a quote! Not only that but he was able to do the job right then and there. Michael answered all my questions and concerns about some of the plumbing (had just purchased the house), he was super professional and did great work.
This was the first time using Southern Plumbing Works but it will not be the last! From initial email to job completion all before 12:00pm! There were some other issues going on as a result of not having the expansion tank which were also resolved with this install.
Very happy and cant wait to work with them again on the next project.
