I have never been treated with such disrespect. They were easy on start to work with, completely gutted my master bathroom left hugh hole covering must bathroom floor for almost 3 weeks. They had there money from loan we had to get but we after 3 months without bathroom still.And still waiting on statement on break down of cost. We had buy new shower which they ripped out and said would be covered by loan. Same for vanity. It took me saying i was calling better business bureau and lawyer to get them out here.Finally 3 months to the day they gutted bathroon they said it was done. New Vanity is in. New shower is in, but very poor work. Walls dont meet to other walls, or to floor of shower. Very unprofessional job. I still plan on calling better business bureau. Even our insurance agent cant get them to give breakdown of cost. We never received a bill. But we are paying on a loan they sent total cost to loan.

Second time I've had Morton out to my place, and I've been very happy with the results both times. With my most recent problem, I started out by calling a very large company who came out and started with an everything's wrong mentality and some very steep initial quotes. So I dug through some invoices to see who I'd used a few years ago and got back in touch with Morton. I should have started there. Josh (owner's son) and Blake were both very positive and willing to think practically instead of immediately going to the worst-case-scenario. They took care of the problem professionally and I will be very happy to call them again next time I need a plumber.

Had a new HVAC unit put in 2.5 years ago. They missed some screws and it rattled like crazy so we had them out. All fixed up. 10 months later out electric bill starts jumping so we call for a service (they said the coils on the new units need to be cleaned everyr 6 months) we had a promo through home Depot for $29. Technician didn't know anything about it and had to call the office. He pulled off the French drain for the dripping and again left acres off. This week I tried to get another service to clean the unit and they told me I am now on a do not service list because of a previous bad experience! They won't even service their own unit! After they kept leaving pieces off. We never got angry but did call them to have them come out and correct it. I'd NEVER recommend them!!

To my amazement, he quickly discovered that the grinder pump in my basement had been improperly installed within a sheetrock enclosure, and several vent fittings were not even properly secured. Additionally, he identified a major flaw in the 3-inch main that ran over two rooms, which had a backwards pitch right before connecting to the mainline.

Your Technician took the time to explain the issues to me in detail and presented the only viable solution available. He discussed rerouting the master bath and the hall half bathroom back into the room where the pump is located, and then redirecting the plumbing out of the front of the house. He meticulously located the sewer main and seamlessly tied the new line into it, completely resolving the problem.

I cannot express how grateful I am for your Technician expertise, professionalism, and dedication to solving my basement flooding issue. The level of care and attention to detail they demonstrated throughout the process while keeping a organized work area was truly commendable. I am delighted to say that since the completion of the work, I have not experienced any further flooding problems.

Was charged $199 for them to cut a hole in drywall and tell me where the leak was coming from. After finding the leak, they said I needed a new shower arm. Quoted $190 to repair a shower head arm and said after the driving and the labor is why it cost so much. After they took the faucet handle off, a leak started and they said it was leaking like that before (it wasn’t). And then quoted $200 more to repair it. After I pushed back they did recommend reaching out to delta to get the part which I did. I’ll be attempting the repair myself so I don’t spend $700 total on a leak I didn’t cause.

Jason and Tommy did a great job for us. We are very pleased with their work, communications, and cost. I would recommend them and will call on them again when I need plumbing help. Very professional and friendly.

We had an issue with our dishwasher and garbage disposal not draining properly .... we called RotoRooter .... and within hours they sent out a service tech ( Timothy Brannon) Mr Brannon did a thorough diagnostic check and was able to fix the problem in under an hour. They came out right away when our septic tank needed pumping and installed new baffles. They charged a very reasonable price, considering that they had to dig up our driveway and sidewalk to find our tank, which was under our sidewalk.
