Best Air Conditioning Repair in Nashville TN

I have to concur with a lot of folks here...C&S installed a new heating/air unit in my home in February and everything ran great. When the AC kicked on in June and ran for prolonged times, water back-up in the unit and flooded the return trunk line. C&S came out, indicted the drain was installed backward and tried to charge me $120 service call and quoted $700 to replace the trunk line. I noted they installed everything and that the problem occurred when the AC finally had to run for prolonged periods. They still wouldn't budge despite admitting they installed the drain wrong. I got the BBB involved but all they said was they'd like to mediate the disagreement...ultimately, after 3 months, they said they would comp the service call and install the trunk line, but i had it fixed by then...no one should have to go through that...it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know you created this problem when you installed the unit...i see they are still accredited by BBB despite my complaint...

Great experience! They were able to come to my rental house quickly and repair a leak in the kitchen sink faucet. Very responsive. Would use again!

Great job! I had another contractor troubleshoot my tankless hot water heater. They did not know enough to troubleshoot the problem. Dwain and David of Myers Plumbing knew how to troubleshoot and fix the problem

One friendly advice: Get a second opinion.I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, their technician/inspector is either incompetent or they are just outright scammer.Our A/C stopped cooling and we called ARS to get it checked. Inspector said the replacement parts would cost us $1,800. He recommended replacing the whole unit instead. Salesman came and talked to us into getting a $6.5k unit for 2 hours. We trusted this guy and signed the contract to get it done the following day. After some research about this company here, something in me keep saying to get a second opinion. Lo and behold, somebody came right away and got it fix for $160 in less than an hour. I'm sad that they are the sole partner of Home Depot (that's what the salesman told us), just imagine how many homeowners they manipulate into spending unnecessary several thousands of dollars for them just to put food in their families mouth.

I called Hiller this evening and they were very responsive. The lady that I spoke with was very informative and respectful. She set me up with an electrician right away. Brian came out and got the issue taken care of very quickly. He explained and showed my wife and I the issue with our electrical and even explained the issues very thoroughly. I will definitely be using Hiller for all my electrical issues in the future. Thanks again Brian! You were awesome!

I had Maynard Man replace all of the water lines in my basement as well as from the street to my house. During the process of installing the water line from the street to my house they tore out a drainage line that my front gutters ran to, which took the water to my driveway. Instead of reconnecting the drainage line, they just buried the end of the downspout, which means the terminus of the downspout was run to my foundation. Fast forward 12 months later, every single rain, small or big has resulted in significant water pentation through my foundation. I've had significant foundation deterioration from all of the water draining straight to my foundation. I tried troubleshooting and it took finally dug up my bushes and landscaping to unearth the drain line to find this out. I’ve had several foundation companies out and was quoted roughly $8000 for fixes. I've called a number of times with no response. I am certain this has led to thousands of dollars of damage to my foundation.

Miguel and his team were so helpful when we had a failure from a previous plumber. He identified the problem, found the leak, and then patched the pipe and the drywall.

We also had him complete our sink installation, which was perfect.

My A/C stopped working and they told me I needed an all new unit (which several home builders working on my house later disagreed.) I’ve spent $6,000 so far & they’ve worked on it four different times in two weeks and can’t keep it working ...and it’s still not working. It’s the middle of July. My wife has been on the phone with them all day. We’ve been waiting 9 hours so far. They can’t give us a time when a repair man can come look at it, but everyone we talk to at the company mentions how reputable they are based on their boss being the governor.
