Hiller is a great company! Dependable and reliable, my family and friends agree that you all employ great people. We had a spot in our ceiling that was slowly starting to grow over a three week time period. I called late Friday evening and they sent over a technician on Tuesday at the time of my choice, Trevor Mottern, and he quickly diagnose the issue being a leak in the CPVC pipe, due to the age of the house (over 20 years old). Not only did he fix the leak but he also did some other minor repairs to our faucet and sink in our kitchen and master bathroom. He also recaulked some molding that was loose on the bathtub. Very professional, very timely, on all the repairs took a total of 2 hours and that is including testing and patching the drywall, using painter’s tape, to ensure the job was complete. Trevor was outstanding and went the extra mile every step of the way every time I had another issue he faced it and solved the problem and then educated me on what the problem was and also how to prevent it if it could be prevented. I really appreciate his professionalism and also the safety measures he took knowing that we are all still going through the pandemic caused by COVID-19. I can’t say enough about how much Trevor satisfied the job and then some. After years of unsatisfactory service with another local HVAC company, I chose Maynard after reading favorable Google reviews. The upstairs heating was not working, and after a rather chilly night, I called first thing in the morning. I was told someone could come to my residence soon; actually, I was the first service call of the day! I was very pleased with the work and services Josh W. provided. After finding the problem, he thoroughly explained what happened and was able to fix it promptly. Further, he shared a recommendation to prevent this problem from happening again. In this case, his recommendation was accurate and totally understandable. Therefore, a simple wiring/electrical upgrade was made; and after retrieving materials, Josh W. returned quickly to complete the job. What I liked most is that there was no pressure to choose the upgrades; Josh only provided information without any scare tactics. Based upon today's service, I am giving Maynard Select an opportunity to service my home's HVAC units.

My installation experience was fair. 2 guys installed the heating and cooling system. It's been years since a new unit was installed in this property. I noticed the installers didn't come in to check the vents to reassure air flow was properly flowing through out the house. One of the technicians gave me a crash course on digital thermostats.I believe this company stands behind their work. I would recommend Frog Air to others.

Excellent local service. I had a busted water pump that was leaking. They replaced it same day with a much better high pressure pump that is far superior. The technician was very polite, professional & arrived at the exact scheduled time. I had him also look at an improperly installed bathroom sink & he quickly remedied that & found a leak I wasn't even aware of. Great company & great service. I highly recommend them. If I have any HVAC needs in the future I will certainly call them first.

On August 28, 2022 I filed a claim for an air conditioner not cooling with Choice Home Warranty. I received an email that Air Temp has been dispatched and will be there on Tuesday August 30th between 3pm and 7pm.
So on Tuesday around 4pm I called Air Temp to make sure they were coming. The lady that answered the phone said they had no knowledge of it and after a few minutes on hold she came back and said the technician would be there tomorrow between 9am and 12pm. After they did not show, I called around 12pm and again the lady put me on hold and said he would be there in an hour. Finally close to 3pm he shows up.
After diagnosing the problem he said a new unit would be the way to go as this unit is very old, so I explained to the technician to submit the diagnosis to Choice Home Warranty and they will make a decision in less than ten minutes. Unfortunately he did not know how to do that so he sent it to the office to do it.
I called Choice Home Warranty on Thursday Sept,1 several times. They kept telling me that they did not receive the diagnosis yet, so I called Air Temp several times and they claimed that they submitted the diagnosis.Same thing on Friday. I could not get anywhere with either company.
Today 9/6/2022 I Called Air Temp at 10:11am. They claimed that the diagnosis was submitted on Friday 9/2/2022 and they are waiting for approval, so I called Choice Home Warranty at 10:21am and they claimed they did not receive it and refused to transfer me to supervisor. After 30 minutes on hold she came back on the phone and claimed that she spoke to the technician and he will submit the diagnoses shortly.
It's 108 degrees in my kid's room.
With the time I wasted on the phone between both companies, I could’ve worked at McDonalds and made enough money to pay for the new unit. This has been a horrible experience and a total waste of my time. I have spent hours on the phone and still have no resolution and no air. I will make sure to post on any social media about this experience. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and department of consumer affairs and any other agencies that I can find.
