I have been using Copeland and Son for several years, as have my parents. They are are honest, kind, and competent. I have never had an issue. We had an issue on the fourth of July last summer with a broken thermostat and I was able to talk to Nathan, who called me back while he was at a fireworks show. I would highly recommend them.

I was TOTALLY impressed by these guys. They came on time, were very knowledgeable in the tankless water heater that we wanted installed, and the next day they were back again, on-time (again). Installed it and stayed til 6pm on a Friday to finish the job. I am very OCD on installation but they did a phenomenal job. All of the water lines were installed professionally with copper pipe and looked great. Better than I could do. Ha. Well done guys!! Will definitely use again.

The tech named Earl Roth is so sweet and kind. He's very professional and came over and gave me so many advice. I would recommend to call the company and ask for Earl if he's available to fix your hvac.

My experience with Frog Heating went really well, even though, I was at work he talk me through with what was going on with my unit. So Luke recommended to put in a new unit because mine used R 22 Freon which has been phased out this year.
