Best Sewer Problem in Minneapolis MN

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

My basement floor drain wasn't draining. The problem appears to have been caused by not having a lint trap on the end of my clothes washer drain tubing. It drains into a laundry sink.

Good communication and very responsive! Made quick work of a dripping faucet and charged much less than what other plumbers were quoting for the same repair. Would recommend and will use again!

Excellent experience. Was able to schedule an appt next day (non-emergency) and they accommodated my need for an evening appt after work. Jeff arrived on time with everything he needed for the job. Very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only checked the primary issue for the call but the overall condition of the unit. All options were presented along with costs, no pressure. These guys were fast. Joe arrived at my house same day. I had a problem with my kitchen sink. It was fixed in no time. Reasonable pricing and was professional. cutting edge is th way to go.

After our pilot light went out on water heater, we tried ourselves and with YouTube Univ. and with a handy-man, and nothing worked to get it back on, then tried a big-name company that happened to be local first, after their inspection (which they charged for) the quote was to replace an entire unit at over $4K so at that price we were definitely going to ask around. We called Street Plumbing local to us in Burnsville and they were able to fix the water heater, plus tighten up other spots they noticed needed some attention, above and beyond. Plus, if they had replaced the unit, it would have been less than 1/2 the price of the other quote. We did not have to replace our water heater (for now, it's getting old) and fixed our problems for a fraction of cost, so MUCH better. We will be calling them back for any plumbing needs and possible renovation needs for bathrooms as well down the road. If you need your plumbing worked on in your home, these are the guys to call. 100% would recommend again. We had a couple issues that needed to be fixed to get our house up to code. Andrew felt some of the work was unnecessary (which it was) and called the inspector to confirm that we indeed needed to complete the work. While the inspector had the final say and we did the work needed, it was refreshing to have them reach out and make sure we weren't making any unnecessary repairs and Andrew completed the work quickly and professionally.

Toilet was clogged with a wash cloth. I had been working on it for several days myself, but was unsucessful. I was afraid going any further on my own might result in damaging the toilet.anf mean an even more costly repair. I called RotoRooter. They arrived promptly and Josh did a great job getting it working very quickly and efficiently. Although the service was not cheap, it still provided good value. I only wish I had called them earlier and saved a lot of frustration.

My main sewer line backed up in the basement. I was able to get a wonderful technician, Brian, to investigate and snake me out. He was a wonderful technician explained to me the issue I had and provided great information how to prevent my main sewage line from backing up. Thank you so much for making my day less stressful.
