Serghei was so professional, kind and detail oriented. He was a pleasure to have in our home. We have 5 young children and Serghei was so kind to them and patient. He explained to us clearly what needed to be done and did a very thorough and quality job. Our water heater went out and Paul Bunyan was able to come assess the situation and install a new water heater in less than 24 hours. We are extremely thankful.

Bob replaced our shower/tub pipes, faucets, and shower head due to an old valve that wouldn’t turn well. He helped us understand the 3 options we had for repair and presented them with being really transparent about the price of each option (low, medium, and highest cost). He wasn’t pushy at all and was patient as we took a couple weeks to decide how we wanted to proceed.He was great to work with - scheduling was super easy (and quick!) and he was so kind and friendly which made all the difference. He explained what he was doing/had done and we felt very happy with the job that he did.

Our hot water heater started leaking late Friday night. Paul Bunyan was available on Saturday to get us running again. The technician was at our house a little before 9am and finished by 12:30pm. Great service and reasonable price.

I joined the Paul Bunyan Legendary Care Club last spring after coming home to a leaking water pipe. The scheduled inspection today was timely, professional and thorough. It gives me peace of mind to know that my plumbing, heating and cooling systems are functioning without problems.

Alan has lots of experience and was able to identify the source of the leak fairly quickly. He came back to install a new water softener and new water valves and pipe connection. He also checked other plumbing fot leaks. He also disconnected my broken wading machine and checked other appliances for being disconnected to be hauled out so water damage work.

Shane was fantastic. You can tell he really cares and appreciates what his clients are going through. Well spoken, and just a really good representative of PB Plumbing and Drains.

Arrived early in the time window given, completed work efficiently and informed me of my water heater getting old and coupons available.

The tech was very nice. He took care of the work quickly. It was a little irritating that they would not share pricing over the phone. The scheduler said they have no way of knowing what the pricing would be but the tech had a clear price list of standard services and cost. 5 stars for the plumber that came to the house 1 star for the crabby lady who scheduled me on the phone. Just share your pricing, what is the point of lying to me…

We are new homeowners so this was a new experience for us. We noticed at 8:30am one of our toilets bubbling and water was spraying on our floor. Less than 2 hours later, Jon was at our door. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He never tried to “sell” anything to me that I didn’t need. He used a camera and showed what our main pipe looked like and explained it in a manner that I understood. I would highly recommend Paul Bunyan and Jon. Thanks for the peace of mind!

The 3 guys that came were super friendly! I wasn’t home when my husband called, but he said the tech wasn’t there very long and he asked the right questions and found that we had a super old (maybe 40 + year old) water softener that totally died ( unplugged for 15 years) and clog everything with the Sediment. No pressure sales! Now we’ll have super soft water. Best of all, he was super cool with our 2 dogs just hanging out. And checking in to see what he was doing. Glad my husband called the neighbor to see if they had water issues too and they refer us to you! Great customer service! Very happy!!

The water in our shower would not turn off... of course it happened the morning we were hosting a birthday brunch! We took off the shower handle and turned off the main water, so NO water at all! Alex called and requested a picture of the handle area. As soon as I texted it he reassured me that it was fixable today. He arrived and took care of it, saving the day for our party! Alex was awesome - super friendly and efficient. Yes, a callout on a Sunday is more expensive, but when you really need a plumber you really need one, and I HIGHLY recommend Alex and Paul Bunyan Plumbing!

Bob was very professional and also very prompt helping us out. I have to say I’m pretty harsh on my reviews but I absolutely have nothing bad to say about the company or Bob’s work. Will definitely be using this company in the future and would recommend them to anybody.

Sam was amazing. He arrived in a timely manner, took care of my clogged toilet quickly, showed me the best way to take care of it in the future, made some helpful suggestions, and was in his way. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Michael Timoshenko was amazing and professional. Michael was able to quote and replace the piping issue on the same day. That was extremely necessary as our galvanized pipes were creating little to no water pressure at all.

The “care club” was poorly explained and isn’t a good deal. The 15% off only applies to repairs, not all labor (I wanted a new faucet installed but that wasn’t eligible). I asked this exact question before signing up and they confirmed that all labor was covered. Additionally, they tried to charge $375 EACH for installing new faucet and new disposal (I had already bought the units), and hooking up a dryer and a stove. So for what would have amounted to maybe 1-2 hours of work and no additional parts, they tried to charge like $1500! Incredible. I did the projects myself for just the cost of parts (and my own time). Their pricing scheme is very strange as it doesn’t have anything to do with time—there’s just a list of jobs and a price next to them, and there’s apparently no flexibility, even for an easy version of x job. I’d try to find an independent plumber who doesn’t have the marketing and management overhead of a place like PB—they can charge a fraction of the amount and still do fine.

Sergey & Jacob we’re fantastic. They were professional, respectful, came up with solutions to work within my budget, and went above and beyond in their service. They answered all my questions and explained other ways their company can help me keep up on home maintenance. As a single female, I felt very comfortable with how they conducted themselves. As a veteran, I’m humbled by their support of the military. Thanks again you two. I’ll definitely be using your services again!

Service by Nathan Fogarty was exceptional! We bought a new dishwasher but needed a new shut off valve under the sink installed before we could install the new dishwasher. We called Paul Bunyan Plumbing and they were able to get out to our home the same day. They were prompt, friendly, and professional!

This was a very good experience! I walked through what I was seeing as an issue and all was taken note of and then written up with explanations along with the costs and options all laid out for my selection and approval. Mike was very considerate during the work, stopping occasionally to explain what he was doing. Once the work was completed we had another walk through so that I understood what had been done and what to expect with the repair to the toilet a new water softener.

We are new owners as of May 2019. Water heater started to leak this weekend. Per sticker, called and reached Paul Bunyan this morning. Immediately scheduled. Promptly received name of Nathan Fogarty, expected arrival time followed by text with Nathan's photo. Nathan was excellent. Assessed our situation. Patiently explained what was needed and walked us through options.We settled on plan. Nathan immediately went to work. Old water heater was ready for removal. Delivery service brought in new water heater and removed old. Nathan efficiently completed entire process. We could not be happier. Thanks, Nathan! We had Matt come and put in a new kitchen faucet because our old one developed a leak. He thoroughly explained the pros and cons of various repair options. He was knowledgeable, friendly and curious, and punctual. I would give this out fit 6 starts if I was allowed and will use them for a future pluming project I have planned.

David and his colleague did some seasonal maintenance and inspection, including draining and flushing the water heater. Had out to look at water heater to see if it could be repaired or needed to be replaced. Needs replacement (which we figured). Had out today to replace water heater. Was on time, very professional, and did an excellent job. We’ve used Paul Bunyan Plumbing & Drains before and are very satisfied with all service technicians and customer service. Would definitely use again.3/2/22 - Had out to look at issue with dishwasher and piping under our kitchen sink. Piping not hooked up correctly and rest didn’t meet code. They replaced piping under sink, put in new drains, and by switching all that out unclogged dishwasher hose so dishwasher now drains properly. Very satisfied and will use again.

Everyone at Paul Bunyan was super helpful, prompt, and professional. Nathan, the guy who actually did the repair for us, was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a superb job. I can definitely recommend them for a tankless water heater repair — and I'd have no hesitation calling them for anything else that popped up.

Chris was wonderful! We had to lower the drain pipe for our new kitchen sink in a very tight and difficult space. He came late afternoon on Friday and stayed passed normal working hours until the job was done. He was kind, professional and went beyond expectations! Great service! A problem developed regarding opening outdoor pipe- they called the city to come out for assistance- and they came almost right away. Problem was handled and work was quickly finished. Serviceman, Nathan, checked to be sure faucets were working and that power was back on. Very nice guy and even spent a couple of minutes to pet our overly friendly dogs!! Would highly recommend them!!

Both repair people that showed up were friendly and knowledgeable. They were willing to explain how the plumbing repairs needed to be done in layman's terms so even I (not a plumber) could understand. In other words, they were very patient with me. They came to remove an old toilet, (waiting on an estimate for new flooring) and will come back to install new toilet. It seemed like one of the repair people was an apprentice and if so, she is getting a good education and good on the job training from Matt. They also installed a new faucet in the bathroom. I have used this company for years, and have had excellent experiences with Matthew Chernoch. He was able to repair problems that other plumbers had not. He is prompt, knowledgeable, and personable. He keeps up-to-date on the latest plumbing products and solutions, and will inform you about these, but not push them on you.

Having owned my home for nearly two decades, I have had the opportunity to work with a few different plumbing companies. I have never had such great and amazing service as I had from Paul Bunyan Plumbing and Drains. Luke and Jesse were brilliant to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They were available after hours and weekends to deal with all of my concerns. They truly care about their customers.

He seemed very knowledgeable and he helped me fix my faucet. He provided other opinions like for my air conditioner - he could tell that it was not cooling the whole room, and with the garbage disposal.

Abe was great. He showed up as scheduled and completed a full water heater installation in less than a day. He also efficiently addressed a couple of issues with our outdoor faucets and shutoffs, one of which I forgot to even mention until he was well into the project. This company is completely ripping off their customers. We had leak under sink. just to replace new gasket, 1 hour work, after 10 % off they charge us $742. So be careful and ask quote before repair

We had Master Plumber Alex Breuer at our house today to do a tricky faucet install~ not only was he a polite, nice & super friendly guy> but it was clear he totally knew every bit of what he was doing!!!I'm sure everyone at Paul Bunyan is great; but we feel very fortunate to have gotten Mr. Breuer for our job! *THANK YOU!(needless to say- we'll be calling back for our future plumbing needs!:)

Today was the first time I used Paul Bunyan Plumbing. Jon was excellent. He explained what was needed and kept me informed of how things were progressing. He was able to show me exactly where the drain pipe was clogged and show me on camera how well the pipe was flowing after clearing it. He also left notes on what he saw for future reference. Mike came out on time, I got a text with his picture ahead of time. He was great, a fellow US Navy vet so we had a lot to talk about. This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve called these guys, each time I’ve gotten someone different, but they were all great. I’m a loyal customer for this reason. They do it right!!

We needed a shower head installed, and Joe C. was right on time. He was friendly, personable, absolutely professional, and told me of every fee before starting the job. Yuriy was our plumber. He did a wonderful job fixing everything we asked promptly (same day!), and also found numerous other issues that he was able to help fix. He was very informative about how all the plumbing in our house was setup, and answered all our questions patiently. Not to mention he drove over in the middle of a snowstorm! Very happy with this service.

We had a water leak on our ice maker so I called Paul Bunyan to have someone come out to hopefully repair the leak and Matt came out within 3 hours and we discussed the options to make the repairs which we told Matt to go with option 1 and he made the repairs. He asked me if I was in the military and I told him yes I was in the Marine Corp so he enrolled us in a service for military. Veterans which I was really shocked for this free service. We had another service call to replace a bad capacitor on the a/c unit with Blue Ox last week and the service was great but Zac the tec didn’t offer us any discounts which now upsets me, he should of offered what Matt did for us today. All in all very Happy withe the companies!!

Paul Bunyan Plumbing did a nice job on end-to-service. We called in and were able to reach a sales rep promptly. The sales rep was polite and was able to accommodate our schedule. Chris Winn, the service tech was prompt and professional and worked quickly. He explained what he needed to do beforehand and explained the final work upon completion. The work area was clean before he left.I have had unfavorable experiences with other plumbing companies in the past. Paul Bunyan Plumbing exceeded my expectations and I would use them again and recommend them.

Chris did an excellent job on our repair. The office kept us informed of his arrival time and he showed up as scheduled. He was courteous and explained all the options well. His work was clean and I was able to stay away from the area while he was working and he wore a mask, booties and gloves. The price was half of the other quote I got and I honestly felt he did a better job. He offered me the sewer service contract which saved me money on this job and will pay for itself the first time I use it. I can’t say enough about Chris and the great job he did. I’ll be calling Paul Bunyan next time I need plumbing services.

We had a water spot on the basement ceiling. David Molla was SO thorough! We didn't find an obvious leak, but something happened in the past (previous owners?). Will contine to monitor and know we can call for prompt service when needed.

We had a issue with a kitchen faucet that was more user error then had some leaks before I finally turned the water out. We called Paul Bunyan after hours and they sent Shane Kaufman out. He was beyond great. Missing his kids hockey match and he was beyond helpful and just a great guy. He installed the new faucet and was really great from the service to him personally can’t say enough great things. I would absolutely have them back and recommend. Price was very affordable.

I initially reached out to Paul Bunyan to schedule service because of some awesome coupons I had and the great reviews I read and was told that they didn’t service my area, which was a major bummer so I found another provider. Luckily I got a call from Ed the Sales Assoc who was fantastic and friendly and he told me that I was misinformed and not only did they service my area but he was able to get a plumber out that same day!! So of course I jumped at it because we had been dealing with a leaking garbage disposal for over a month now and needed a new one. Matthew came right in the time frame, was professional, friendly and did a great job explaining all my options with the work that needed to be done and how much it would cost. We did sign up for the membership because it seemed like a no brainer and it’s already saved us money! I would highly recommend Paul Bunyan plumbing and all the other trades that they provide in a heartbeat!!

Highly recommend! My water heater was leaking and they sent Nathan out ASAP. Nathan was on the phone with me many times to talk through the repairs and financing. I could tellhe truly cared for my well-being and wanted to fix my water issues right away. I had a leak one evening and by the next day problem solved and I have a brand new water heater and water softener!

Stan did a great job and was very professional. When getting ready to install my water heater he noticed part of the plastic on top of the water heater was cracked and asked what I wanted to do and even though it was something cosmetic and shouldn't have affected the heaters performance he said he'd get me a new one. He was very informative leading up to and after the installation. I'm very happy with his work.

I specifically requested a plumber with experience with Under sink RO Water Filter system expertise. My tech did not have much experience at all. He found a cracked water shutoff and replaced it and replaced the tank which I bought. He said I should be good. I am not, the problem was not fixed. Also your prices are really high! And your policy about addressing after service issues stinks. You want to charge me $89 to come back to fix something you didn't fix???I will never use Paul Bunyan again. I will also never refer you to friends, colleagues and family who need a plumber. NOT HAPPY!

He helped me in a pinch with installing new dishwasher and bring my plumbing for the dishwasher up to code when a home depot order plumber just wished me luck but didnt take on the job. Alex was a great problem solver! Our outdoor hose spigot was not working properly and needed repair. Alex tried to use our existing pieces to repair the problem but ended up having to install a new system. He explained in detail what our options were and showed us how to operate the new spigot. He even showed us how to winterize it! We appreciate how personable Alex was and highly recommend him!

Very professional and polite! They should do a story on Dirty Jobs! We had a doozy of a problem. The sewer drain backed up into the house due to 3 tree roots clogging the main line to the street. Ugh! They put their scoping camera down the pipe and then could give us the game plan. Great technology! They did a Hydroflush which flushed out the clogs and get everything flowing again.

Alex was phenomenal to work with and did a great job. We needed some leaky water pipes repaired, shutoffs installed and new piping/drainage for a bathroom remodel. I never felt as if he was cutting any corners and took pride in his work. He even helped install the bath tub. We would recommend Alex to anyone needing plumbing services!

Asked for clawfoot tub fixed supply lines, sent picture and scope of work before they showed up. They charged us $89 just to look at it in person and say they can't do it. Save me the money and tell me that it's outside your scope of services in the first place!Follow-up: Changed my review from 1 to 3 stars - they were willing to waive the trip fee for the work they couldn't do. It would be nice for them to be able to incorporate some sort of internal discrimination for jobs they can and cannot do, as the call center folks that are scheduling jobs cannot currently make that determination, despite the customer having the opportunity to send photos, video, and written documentation of the work scope.

I called Paul Bunyan after receiving an obscene $5k quote for water heater replacement from Bonfe - I should have called Paul Bunyan first. I use Blue Ox for my HVAC and the Paul Bunyan team just continues to boost my opinion of the services under this company's umbrella. We had NO hot water since Friday night and these guys came out on a Sunday and even waived the Sunday trip fee because I work in healthcare. They had the exact brand water heater I wanted on their truck and got it installed same day for only $1,400. The tech was respectful, professional, friendly and cleaned up the mess of puddles from the old water heater leaking all over the place. These brands always make me feel safe and comfortable even when they do work in my home when my husband can't be here, and the services are always well performed. Tony tried several different strategies for unclogging our drain (instead of going straight to removing a drywall ceiling after the first snake attempt failed). Tony got a snake to work (no ceiling removal needed)!

We called PB to have them do a sewer scope at our new house since we were advised to not have a home inspection done when we bought. We just wanted to know if the sewer line was in good condition and had a few other general plumbing questions as well. I wasn't aware (probably due to my own negligence) that they charge an $89 service fee that does not go towards your service expense. It's a little steep so I'm not sure I'd use them again unless we had an emergency but they offered an annual membership that waives the service fee for $150 (I believe) so that's actually not a bad deal considering one call is at least $89. The technician (Sergeo) was very nice though and was more than happy to answer all of my questions. Overall, very satisfied with the service.

Discovered a pool of water late Thursday afternoon in the utility room. Threw towels to soak up the water. Contacted Paul Bunyan Plumbing & Blue OX Friday and reported the problem. Requested Blue OX service due to water around the furnace. Service tech came out today, Saturday 4/30/22 to inspect the furnace and found no issues and stated water might be coming from the water heater and contacted dispatch to send out a Paul Bunyan Plumbing service tech. Stan arrived and checked the water heater and stated water was coming from between the inner and outer tanks. The old water heater had been replaced 11 and a half years ago and had a 12 yr warranty. With just 6 months to go on the warranty and after discussing options, Stan proceeded with the process of replacing the water heater. Stan was very professional and up front regarding the warranty on the old tank, looking out on our behalf before proceeding with doing the Job. I would not recommend anyone to use this company for plumbing needs. I cannot speak to their timeliness or cleanliness. They do not stand behind the work that they do. They will perform a “quick” fix that is surface level and seems like the problem is fixed- but once you realize the problem was never actually fixed they will want to charge you money again to have them actually correctly fix the issue. Please save yourself the worry and use another company who is willing to do it right the first time and will actually stand behind the services they provide. It’s not worth getting into this trap like I did.

I've enjoyed great service from this business for years and today was no exception. I called before normal business hours and was able to schedule same-day service--extremely important in this instance. The technician arrived well within the scheduled period and was prepared to solve the problem in a timely fashion, averting a plumbing disaster.

These guys are FANTASTIC!! We had a sensor go out on our water heater due to some home construction we're doing, so we were left with no hot water. The first place I called said it might be a pain to find the specific part we needed and that it would take awhile. I could have tracked it down online and installed it myself but I'm not handy...at all.I came across these guys and gave them a call to see what they could do. They were at our house about an hour after I called, so SUPER quick service. The price was reasonable as well. I had Matt S and Matt M come out. They were both not only super professional but they were actually cool laid back normal guys with funny personalities as well. You can request who comes out to service your house, and I strongly recommend you have one of those two come out!They fixed our issue really quickly and easily considering there were contractors in our basement that they had to work around. Signed up for the membership service and will ABSOLUTELY be using these guys moving forward.It sounds super cheesy and salesy I know but I went from taking an ice cold shower to a HOT ONE because of them and they made it simple and stress free!! Bob was great of punctuation for everything, spent time to explain everything he was doing, if anything was wrong, and what needed to be replaced. The pricing on items were too high for my liking but they were also commercial grade so I get it. I will be using bob in future since there are somethings needed fixing and he has been in the business in many areas for 30yrs.

2 years ago I had a whole house water filtration system installed. Recently I was contacted to schedule my annual inspection of that system, a service that is provided at no additional charge. I was happy to see my original plumber, Sergio, arrive for the inspection. He was very thorough, helpful and professional. Excellent service!!Now I've had my system for 6 years. Sergio has done a great job keeping it in perfect running order. I highly recommend Sergio.

He was super happy to answer all of my questions and took the time to make sure I understood what to expect. He did a fantastic job. The tub looks fabulous, everything was zip-tied neatly together. All the five star reviews are completely warranted. I called after 9:00 on a Friday evening after discovering a drain leading down to our basement had backed up and created a smelly dirty mess. Jake came out on Saturday in the early afternoon. Not only did he clear out the drain, but he was also a delightful person -- cheerful, friendly, and conversational. The company also has a system where you can look up the location of their truck when they call to say they're on the way. I actually really liked that because it gave me time to get my baby up from his nap when I saw that Jake was just a few minutes away. I hope we don't get another drain backup, but if we do -- or if we need general plumbing services for a future home improvement project -- Paul Bunyan is going to get our business.

Had a leak in the basement that was quoted needing $3k+ of work to fix from another company, including breaking into the concrete floor. Called Paul Bunyan for a second opinion and David identified the problem was actually above ground and only required a fraction of the time/cost. Both estimate and repair was done in one afternoon, could not be happier with the entire experience.

This company was contacted by my landlord after the gas company. The gas company did not specify where the leaks were. They were unable to find all of the leaks, and there were 2 gas leaks that remained when they were finished. Paul Bunyan did the repair in the basement. While Blue Ox did the repair inside the apartment. The gas company came back to my place and shut the gas meter off a second time because they missed 2 leaks. They made an appointment to come and address their mistakes. And I took the day off of work between 2 PM and 6 PM. At five p m, they notified us that they are no longer doing apartments, and they refuse to fix their mistakes. I would highly avoid either one of these two companies when it comes to gas work. Having gas leaks after they signed off is unacceptable. I would think twice before hiring this company if you value your own safety.Amended to adress reply;The work was done at 3320 25th ave S. It was Paul Bunyan that did the leak in the basement and Blue Ox that did the repair in the apartment. Subsequently both areas each still had leaks. I am the tennant who was affected by the inadequate work. I am not the person who paid for the repair, but I was directly affected and impacted by the substandard service. I will further add that I did contact Paul Bunyan in regards to the repair that was done to ask if it was safe to use. Because I still smelled gas at which time the technician boasted about having a license for 23 years and was incapable of making mistakes and wanted to get into a verbal argument about it. I myself have held a gas license for 30 years. And I do not find it inappropriate for someone affected by your service to ask questions. The questions are necessary, especially when gas is still smelled. Instead of Paul Bunyan being ethical and taking care of the problem. I had to have the gas company. Come to my apartment and shut off the gas for a second time. I will repeat my recommendation that anyone that values their safety. Highly avoids this company for gas work.

This is our first experience with them.It turned out more expensive than we thought, but isn't everything these days and you get what you pay for. Tony was very pleasant to work with and very informative. They were very expedient in coming out and in getting our install scheduled. Very happy with our first experience.

Shane seemed knowledgeable &fixed my leaking Main Water Shut-Off Valve in NO time flat. Then he gave me a bid of of $1500 to hook up the Washer, Dryer (gas) & Rinse Tub in my downstairs laundry room, which was too steep for me (bid seemed way over priced). Then he gave be another bid of $550 to change out the Rinse Tub Faucet in my Laundry room ipstairs. Again way too steep & over priced. His total bod was $2200 for both laundry rooms. My husband said absolutely NOT. But Shane did give me a card for a Restoration Company & told me to ask for Dan.that he could possibly restore the 3 rooms that were flooded due to the leaking Shut-Off Valve. The resource ended up working out &TCFinest is restoring my damage. Last week I contacted a 2nd plumber for a bid in doing my laundry rooms, plus I added fixing a leaking shut off valve for the downstairs toilet, tightening two kitchen faucets & fixing the leak at the top of the neck of the upstairs bathroom sink. His bid for EVERYTHING was $320 (1/7th of the bid Shane quoted me to do just the 2 laundry rooms. Now I'm 100% certain Shane's bid was way high, that ,however does NOT make him a bad plumber he's merely EXPENSIVE.

Dave was great. He was friendly and thorough. Unfortunately our problem may be more septic system related than we'd like. But he did his best to make his service call worth both his and our time. We will definitely use Paul Bunyan again.

Mike was able to get the City of Edina to come out and replace a meter which was badly rusted and leaking. City wouldn't even talk to me. When they did come, promptly the next day, they did the replacement in five minutes. I give Mike credit for that, and also for being a most courteous worker.

I was reticent to even get a plumber to come out and look at the issues I was having - I thought it would cost me *quite* a bit more than it did and be a huge hassle on top of that.Alex, the service tech, was personable, professional and efficient. My main water line shut off valve was leaking, it's an very old valve. Serghei evaluate valve we discuss best path forward I end up deciding to replace both valve. From setting up the appointment and getting the repair done same day to getting the actual valve replaced was done fast, professionally, great communication, respectful. Price was more expensive than I anticipate, but again you get what you paid for and I paid for all the above. I definitely would use the seevice again and recommend Paul Bunyan plumbing to anyone seeking quality service.

On time, professional, courteous. A good experience. They came to inspect the sewer because we are selling the house and the city requires the inspection. Luke also informed me that the city required a license in order to view the inspection. I didn't know that prior to him telling me. Dave and Jim did a wonderful and efficient job of installing my cast iron kitchen sink and garbage disposal unit, which took no small amount of fortitude, as the sink was quite heavy. They were friendly, personable, and professional, offering advice on future potential installations. I'm very satisfied and did engage Paul Bunyan for another necessary plumbing installation.

I had Paul Bunyan out to diagnose water backing up in my basement and then hydrospan our main line to remove tree roots. I liked several things about working with Paul Bunyan. First, the communication between the front office and myself as a customer is great. I appreciated getting a call about 20min before the arrival of our service folks. In my case, they arrived at the beginning of their service windows, which was great. They were able to come out the next day to diagnose the problem and give me a temporary solution. Then, they fixed the problem two days later. Second, I really like their pricing system: the cost of the service call and diagnosis rolled into the ultimate solution to the problem. Instead of paying $289 for the problem diagnosis plus $1000 for the solution (a total of $1289), they offered to have me pay $1000 total, rolling the cost of the diagnosis into the cost of the solution because I went with them for the service. I thought it was a pretty cool model of pricing. Third, they gave us options for service. I was offered a $500 solution (auger) and a $1000 solution (hydrospanning) for our problem (tree roots in our main line). I appreciated the options! Fourth, the folks who came out to do the work were professional and helpful. Tony, Sing, and Jake all did a fantastic job. Finding good service when things go wrong is always stressful, but I'm so happy to know that have someone great to call in the case of plumbing problems!

We threw everything at Mike. After calling and asking if it was okay, he showed up early—which was a refreshing change of pace.The Work:6 total basement sink shutoff valves (never installed for some reason)We needed a new drain and faucet installed in our basement bar as well.Our kid's toilet valve was completely broken.The kid's shower was never installed correctly and had huge openings at the faucet and handles and the shower head dripped when the faucet was in use.We had other concerns but he reviewed them all and found there to be no issues. Mike was looking out for us on the cost side, and wasn't about to propose things we didn't need.Experience:We signed up with Paul Bunyan's yearly membership and saved over $400 on the work getting done today and tomorrow. Had Mike over for 2 different jobs at my house. He was prompt, professional, and kept me informed of what and why he was doing the steps during the procedure. We're new home owners, who had barely moved in, when we discovered a leaky valve. Mike was able to quickly identify what all needed repairs, and replaced not only the valve, but the pipes that went to it.The repairs took about an hour, but saved us a major headache later on. This is the second time in a year I had to call for help. Once was for a leaking pipe under the sink and today for a gas leak. Alway professional with great caring customer service. Amended review. Paul Bunyan Plumbing was called to replace the main shut-off valve in my residence. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place because I needed the work done, and their fee was almost $700. Was a fairly simple task that took under an hour. So, minus the $89 fee for the 4 hour appt, they make $600 an hour. Will be finding a different plumber in the future.

Jake came out and did an awesome job! He explained exactly where the clog was and how he came to that conclusion. He also explained what he did to resolve the issue. Jake also saw a leaky pipe that we thought was caused by the clogged drain and fixed that also! It turned out that it was a stripped hose clamp from the previous installer and he replaced and tightened it.

I've been having trouble getting plumbers out to even give us a quote on some work, so I was shocked that PB was able to send someone out the very next day after I called to schedule. Not JUST for the quote, but they did all the work, too! I was so pleasantly surprised!!Jim Trossen came by in the morning and listened as I pointed out various work we needed. Water heater replacement, gas valve replacement, some pipe repairs... he wrote up a quote with a few different options to choose from and explained what all would be done in detail. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, extremely eager to help. After we selected the items we wanted, he got started.After everything was completed, he walked me through and explained what all was done and how it functioned. Then we tested everything to make sure there were no issues, and of course there were none.The response time, the quality of work, and the friendliness of everyone we talked to all really made this a great experience. Will gladly call them again if we need anything in the future.

Gas company found a leak in 60 year old pipe joint. Something I would not even think of or know how to repair myself. They were out within half hour of my call & had old joint cut out & rerouted & everything fixed within about 2 hours. I thought the price was very reasonable. Would use again if needed.

We had an old hot water heater fail (yes flooded basement), and within 24 hours Shane was at our house, talking us through options and then implementing install of a new water heater. Very friendly, very fair, all the options but no agenda other than to get you what you want. Very happy with PBP&D and would hire them again.

Matt and Alex were both very professional and nice. They took the time to answer all my questions as well as explain everything that they felt in their professional experience needed to be done to install the best quality of faucets for our two sinks in our bathroom. They did a great job and were very efficient in getting the job done well and in a timely manner.

I've had multiple great experiences with Paul Bunyan including water heater replacement today, water heater and furnace/AC tune-ups, and anode rod replacements. So far the employees have always been professional and friendly, and willing to share knowledge so I can learn a bit more. Mike M. specifically today was very courteous, efficient, and helpful. He was able to replace the old leaking water heater with a new one and suggest a few related improvements. I would recommend Paul Bunyan and I would recommend Mike specifically (as well as other Paul Bunyan employees who have helped us in the past).

Yuriy T was very helpful and kept me in the loop as to what the issues were and what work was being done. He was professional and communicated all details with me as I was not able to be on site while he was. Definitely would ask to have him come back for work again.

This was a great experience all the way around. This was a kitchen remodel that was over two days. Day one was the disconnect and day two was reconnecting and redoing the drain. Both days on time and did the project to perfection. Our tech both days was Forrest Callahan and I can say that he is welcome in our home anytime to do any plumbing needs we might have. From calling them to set this up, the communication before any work was done, when they were on the way, and the work done, they all get an A+++ rating from me.

After I contacted them, they let me know what time they'd be to the house in a window of time and called and texted me with who would arrive.I was frustrated that the coupon for the water heater was for a certain price, way lower than others. I felt it was a bait and switch and let them know I was not happy about the low price and switch to match others I had quotes for. They did match the quote that I had with the warranty, permits, and removal of the old water heater.The work that was done, was very professional and all questions asked, were answered. They left the area they worked in a very clean and everything was very good.All copper, valves and exhaust piping was replaced and looks very good.

Shower became unresponsive. I called and despite the fact that we were in a winter storm warning Mike came out within 2-3 hours and did a first rate job fixing the problem. Andrew came out to do our annual inspection as a part of the legendary club. During that time we realized our faucet sprayer was snapping in half and was starting to leak. He took the time to help us install a brand new faucet in our kitchen to prevent any issues down the road. Chris did an excellent job. We had a mystery leak in our downstairs bathroom. Chris was very tenacious. He spent the first day trying to locate the leak with no success. Nothing seemed to make any sense. Chris came back the second day with a colleague named Matt and they went at it as a team. They finally deduced that the water in our basement was coming from our shower drain and it was traveling under the tile in the bathroom. We have a lot of demolition to go through to reach the problem and correct it and then rebuild our bathroom, but the key was in finding the problem.

It was a wonderful experience. The receptionist was pleasant. They came the same day. They solved the problem with my kitchen faucet and toilet. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and understanding. Today, I want to evaluate Alex Breuer, who installed a new water softener just this morning!As has been true with each of the employees we have worked with from Paul Bunyan, Alex did an outstanding job. I am grateful for his never-ending patience and his professionalism!Removal of our broken water softener was an absolute hassle. It was filled with too much salt and water, and was in an awkward location tugged between and somewhat behind our dryer and water heater! Alex utilized excellent problem-solving skills and worked diligently until he found a solution. During the entire process he was informative and provided insights as to how we could avoid problems in the future.Alex was personable and engaging, which was outstanding, as having a craft professional in your home who is lacking those skills can make the entire process seem painful. He showed up one minute to 8am, right on time. As he resolved my issue, he explained to me every step he took to determine and solve the problem. A real pro. I called on a Sunday to get a quote for a water softener. I got an appointment the next day and installation within hours of getting the quote. Abe provided good service and quality work. Responsive same day service to install a sink and faucet in our just finished basement. Not an emergency but they came same day which was nice. We belong to their Legends/Honors membership program. The opening was already cut in the countertop for the new sink and faucet that we provided. Total cost seemed VERY high for 3 hours of work, and we were given membership discounts. Good customer service when I called for the appointment.

I've used Paul Bunyan twice now and both technicians I've talked to have been stellar (sales guy not as much). Most recently need pipes repaired/replaced and a new hose spigot outside. They were able to come out the very next morning which was much faster than the other few places I tried. The new plumbing looks great. Everything was fixed up the same day. It still costs and arm and a leg to fix plumbing issues but pricing seems comparable to others and service was outstanding. Everything was neatly cleaned up and all of my questions were answered. Overall a very good experience.

Our technician Chris did an amazing job. We had a major issue with resin from a defunct water softener in our lines. He went above and beyond and even replaced shower heads that we only partially affected. I had a master plumber come out to give me a bid on a job for adding two gas lines to do gas fireplaces. I got a quote for $5100.. Meanwhile, I found another plumber who would do the job for $1600. The plumber was professional and nice to work with but the quote was outrageous.Ultimately I considered skipping doing a review on this, but I had to pay $89 for a trip charge to get the quote that was triple the cost for the same job. Bottomline, save your $89 and time - call someone else for the job.Update: They advised someone would reach out last month and no one has reached out.2nd Update: No one has reached out. Downgrading from a 2 star to a 1 star.

There are many reasons Sergio is a Master Plumber! Very impressed with him both personally and professionally. Had another more serious issue and Luke was here within hours. Suggested a few options and displayed professional courtesy. After he left I realized I had forgotten something. I called him, as I'm sure he was pulling into his home driveway, and apologized. We had a mystery smell coming from our bathroom sink/shower and I wanted a plumbers opinion on what it could be (and to make sure it wasn’t sewer gas). Bob W. with Paul Bunyan was on time, friendly, helpful, and professional. These guys put on shoe covers before entering without being asked. He was also knowledgable and efficient with his work. He came and did the annual water heater flush, and plumbing inspection included in the service club. He assessed and gave estimates for a few little issues we had (washer hook up hose fused to faucet, bathroom sink stopper assembly broken, and decreased hot water from shower faucet) I was appreciative that he was sensitive to my budget, and didn't pressure to have all the work done that day. He quickly replaced the hot water hose hook up that neither myself, nor my washer repair guy could get loose, which then restored full hot water pressure to our washing machine. (yay!) Last year, I had had Paul Bunyan replace the hot water heater, for which I was also 5+ star pleased with the work. They're not cheap, but offer truly excellent work, and awesome customer service done when you want it!

Office staff had always been pleasant and helpful, repair appointments have been scheduled within a couple days - depending on urgency, and I feel their pricing is good, but admit I have not compared. I like that they do work quickly and quote cost and go through options prior to starting the work.I called yesterday late afternoon due to a leaky toilet and they were able to come out first thing this a.m. to replace the wax ring. Forrest was so quick with the work and extremely professional.

I had a pipe burst in my ceiling late in the evening last night and this morning I couldn't find anyone to come out but after a call to Paul Bunyan, they somehow were able to make it happen. When Alex B. arrived, he found the problem immediately and explained the whole process and went right to work fixing the broken pipe. He was done in no time and then took the extra time to check the pressure and for any other leaks or possible issues. He went the extra mile for us and it showed how much he cared about his job. He also mentioned some of the other great additional services they offer and their prices are great. Alex B. was polite, respectful, professional and most of all he was honest and knew his stuff. I typically never leave reviews but after a stressful night with the damage and Paul Bunyan and Alex B. making it right, I felt they definitely deserved some props.....I whole heartedly will refer Paul Bunyan Plumbing to anyone looking for a professional plumbing company, and especially Alex B. he was fantastic and made the whole experience worth it. We always have issues getting our pilot light relit when it goes out, so we call Paul Bunyan to come out. I was able to get a same day appointment that worked with my schedule. Sergio came out and was familiar with our house and set up as he remembered the previous owners and working with them. He was able to confirm my suspicion that our water heater was leaking but was able to get it restarted so we could have time to make a decision about a replacement water heater. Knowing I was interested in a tankless water heater, he spent extra time to verify if this was a feasible option though at first glance it did not appear to be. He explained everything in an easy to understand way and seemed to be happy to help.

Todd was great. He came in and looked at the jobs that we were looking to have done. We didn't end up tackling all of them, but went with the most important ones. Ended up being less expensive than he quoted because he found that there was some work that didn't NEED to happen. This gentleman was epic! He came in and assessed the problem, priced it, and them saved us money by getting us on a program to help us keep our newly bought home in great working order. It literally paid for it self. Then he came back and accessed the rest of the plumbing (did some minor fixes) and explained things we didn't know. By far worth every last penny we spent. I called Bunyan on Wednesday and they were out on Thursday. I had Andrew out to look at a bathroom sink that lost water pressure and a hose faucet that was not properly attached. Andrew was able to identify the problem in my bathroom and guided me to buying a small replacement part on amazon so a repair was not needed by him. He then repaired our hose faucet for a very reasonable price compared to other plumbers I have used in the area. He repaired it quickly and was very pleasant to work with. I really appreciate the promptness and professionalism when working with this company. It also felt like they weren't trying to take advantage which is hard to find. Highly recommend!

Old pipes had another pin hole leak from hard water. Paul Bunyan was able to have a technician arrive early next morning. Received estimates for small repair vs full replacement and went with full replacement since this was not the first leak. I'd had another company fix prior leak and prices were comparable. I liked the professionalism and service program offered from Paul Bunyan.

Seng was quick, professional, and answered all my questions about how his equipment worked, advanced future solutions, and how to prevent this in the future. He fixed a difficult issue in under an hour that would have been impossible for a DIY person to solve. Overall an amazing experience.

Oh my gosh, Jacob called like he was supposed to when he was headed my house. A few days ago I noticed flooding in our laundry area, then the other night in our bathtub when I cleaned up, scrambling to get ready for Easter with a three month old, I felt like I was going through my first midlife crisis… He got it cleared & gave excellent tips to help loosen the roots in our drain! Jake was very knowledgeable, friendly, on-time and repaired the drain clog quickly and very well! A+. He seemed genuinely interested and concerned about fixing the issue and doing a great job. I scheduled with Paul Bunyan because I found coupon good for a $99 Main Line cleaning. I called and discussed the issue I was having and was told I could use that coupon to cover the drain cleaning that I needed. When the tech arrived they told me they weren't supposed to honor that coupon even though I was told I could use it. He then tried to sell me a $500 pipe cleaning service, telling me my pipes would be like new and I wouldn't have to call for a drain cleaning for quite some time. I told him the reason why I was trying to use a coupon is because I did not want to spend that kind of money right now. Money is tight. He then said we're not supposed to do this but he could just clean the drain for $280. I again told him that was out of my budget and I will just have to send him away. He again said well we're not supposed to do this but I can give you a coupon and do the job for $125. I reluctantly agreed. I very much disrespect these type of Hard Sell tactics. They did not honor the coupon that I had even though I was told on the phone that they would. And tried to upsell me. After all was said and done, I was told that the issue was a grease clog. So that so-called $500 cleaning would have been Overkill. I definitely will not call Paul Bunyan again. Don't try to take advantage of me or upsell things that I don't really need and honor agreements that are made.

Called Paul Bunyan for an emergency water heater leak. It should be noted I’m selling the house I’m in and closing is in 9 days. Needless to say I was very flustered and upset. The reps on the phone were very calming and reassuring and made sure to get me a same-day appointment since there was water in the house. I didn’t even have to ask to be scooted up if anyone was free, I just got a call back stating their plumber had an opening and if I would like to be seen early.The plumber, Sergio, arrived shortly thereafter. He was the nicest, most polite, knowledgeable plumber I’ve met. He was thorough in diagnosing the problem, walked me through the pricing and process and moving forward steps. He took the extra time to pull permits on the spot and then run to get the water heater itself from the HQ itself and deliver it to my place before he had to hand the job off to Andrew, who arrived around two hours later.Andrew was very respectful of the house and space, and he had the new drain pan and water heater installed in no time at all. All in all, wonderful experience with this company and I will be referring them to anyone who will listen!

Called to inquire about a new water heater and two water softeners for the duplex that I live in and own. Representative would not give me pricing over the phone, and then informed me they do not service rentals, even though I live in and own the building. Really disappointed in how quick they turned away my business, and how they didn’t seem to care at all. Did not feel heard or valued at all.

This was a visit to evaluate my plumbing needs and to evaluate the cleaning of my main drain and give me options. Jake was professional curious and caring while discussing options costs and possibilities. He made me feel secure in my decisions and answered my questions completely. Serghei came out to replace the filters and membranes on our reverse system the same day I called. Unfortunately i ordered the incorrect items and he was unable to replace them. But i renewed our membership which entitles me to waiving travel charges, and gives me a 15% discount on any purchases. He also did a quick review of our water heater. The scheduling process was very easy and the gentleman who made the appointment was very polite and professional and personally guaranteed that our plumber would arrive as scheduled within the 4 hour window. (I had just had another VERY BAD experience with another national company who didn't show up at all-not mentioning any names, but RR are the initials of that company)Andrew arrived at the early end of the 4 hour window (actually 1 hour from the earliest part of the schedule window, which is always appreciated!). Chris arrived on time, listened to my concerns, determined the needed repairs and documented his estimate for the work quickly. After we agreed on a plan, he retrieved all of the parts and tools needed from his truck and completed the work efficiently. Before he left he insured everything functioned correctly and there were no leaks. Chris wore booties and used drop cloths so I didn't need to do any cleanup. Chris did a great job!

I obtained 3 estimates for the work to be done. The Paul Bunyan quote was in line, a little bit cheaper than another one. The 3rd was quite a bit cheaper. I went with Paul Bunyan because the plumber listened to my needs and went out of his way to accommodate my needs. He showed up on time, was neat, put on booties without being asked to, explained exactly what he was doing and why and put the temporary sink he removed in the garage for me. Got charged over $500 to tell me the problem with my pipes and to take my toilet off which is 2 screws. Very high priced for the estimated work which was over $1700, I had another person come out and do the work for $400. Would not recommend to anyone.You could look for my daughter Amanda Haughey they may have put it under her name.

I worked with Seng Vang and he did an amazing job. Our sewer had backed up late at night and he was able to come out the next day at 11am. He cleared the main line, showed me where the block was and explained why it happened (root growth and a “belly” in my main line). He explained that I would need to either get it permanently fixed or have to do it every couple years and what I could do to increase time between blockages.Since he was already here, I asked if he could swap a couple flex hose drains (which are not recommended) and was able to get that done quickly!At the end, he scheduled a free estimate for the next day of what it would take to get my main line fixed permanently.Overall the was super courteous, very clean, quick, and the price was very reasonable for the services provided!

We had a new dishwasher, sink faucet, and garbage disposal all installed by Alan in our new-to-us 1917 house. He was very knowledgeable and taught us everything about the systems in the house. He went through basically every pipe and handle with us. He gave us professional advice when it came to choosing what to install. He also fixed our toilets that kept running. I have been using this company for my plumbing needs since I moved into my condo in 1999, (so back when they were Ben Franklin Plumbing...) , never a problem, always professional, they get the job done explaining exactly what needs to be done. I've got some further work that needs to be done in my condo, and will be calling them again. Just had them back to fix plumbing to the dishwasher. Turns out old plumbing not up to code. So now that is fixed, and I can work on repair or replacement of my dishwasher.

Andrew O did a very thorough, professional installation of a new big kitchen sink, modern faucet, water heater, new utility faucet AND installed new hot water pipes, fixing all of the water problems in my 1938 house. Plus he fixed the city inspector's list of changes for code purposes in my SLP townhouse before it goes to market. Andrew explains the charges and the quote/invoice clearly, cleans up any mess and is flat out nice to work with. I am very happy I called Paul Bunyan, and am a member of their plumbing 'club'.

I called for help after midnight because our sump pump quit working. They were booked through the night (as were 2 other plumbing companies). A technician called around 7:30 a.m. the next morning and was at the house before 8. As we had surmised, both the main pump and the backup had failed. The technician explained what had gone wrong with both. While waiting for the shop to deliver the new unit, he asked if we had any other plumbing issues and took a Iook at our water softener.

Alex was awesome!! He first provided an estimate for us 3-4 weeks ago to replace 3 toilets. He returned a second time (1.5 weeks ago) to remove our old toilets prior to us having our flooring replaced. Alan was prompt, courteous, and bonus - was able to un-jam the disposal so removal of the unit wasn’t necessary. And - he resolved the loose dishwasher hose that needed to be clamped up. My tenants were quite happy too!! Now if they could just stop putting glass and screws down the disposal…..

I used Paul Bunyan to reconnect my dishwasher, garbage disposal and install a new faucet that I had purchased after I had new countertops installed. They were timely, clean, and the technician was very nice and professional. He finished his work quickly and explained everything. The faucet I had purchased turned out to have a leak (manufacturers defect) so I was offered to purchase one off their truck to the tune of $700-$900+ dollars. The price gouging there left me with sticker shock. I declined this offer and said I’d just exchange the defective faucet and get a replacement myself. I was then told it would be another $400 for them to come swap out the leaky faucet with the new one. I have no problem paying fair value for services but the pricing to fix the faucet issue seemed out of line considering I had already dropped hundreds with them in the first place. I had my dad come the next day and swap out the leaky faucet. It took him 15 minutes and didn’t cost me $400-$900 dollars. Again, no issue with the service itself but felt the pricing was very off the charts.

Very pleasant, knowledgeable person. Can't say enough about how he assessed the problem and worked to get the parts needed, then quickly finished the job. This company was great to work with, called and was able to get someone to handle our problem two days from date of call.

Nate was amazing. Showed up on time to replace our main water shutoff valve. Worked was outstanding. He cleaned up afterwards and left no sign he had been there. We had a separate issue in our bathroom that we had not originally scheduled him for. He took the time to address that issue as well. I had Alex and he was great; plumbing fixes sure aren't cheap but the immense knowledge Alex has doing this for years was very obvious. Personable and friendly, loved the small talk too. They give you their card and you can keep in touch with them if there's any issues.Our shower/bath was leaking onto our ceiling on the level below, the previous folks didn't install it all correctly plus it needs routine maintenance. Layna was here to do the free hot water heater and plumbing inspection for the year and discovered a small leak under the kitchen sink. Although it costs way too much she had the materials with her and was able to take care of it right away and very efficiently. She is professional, is nice to talk to but doesn't waste time and it would appear from the looks of the result she does an excellent job! Thumbs up for a job well done.

They are very efficient timing wise for same day service! Chris Winn was our service technician and he did a great job replacing and installing our gas valve. He also did a great job installing our new gas range stove. He was very good with communication. Will most likely use this service in the future!

Tony came out within a few hours of us calling and not only did the drain cleaning we needed but also looked at some other plumbing issues my wife asked him about.He gave us a lot of great information and offered to give us estimates on some other stuff we want done in the near future.He followed through and we received the quotes very quickly. All in all, I think we will be using them when we are ready to undertake the next project.Just so you know, we did pay extra for the quick 4 hour window response but it was worth it at the time as another company was installing a new hot water heater and water softener and filtration equipment is how we found out the floor drain in the basement was running really slow. Getting here quickly helped us out a lot.

Paul Bunyan charged us nearly $800 to replace an outdoor pipe connection (the parts cost was $53... I checked). The work took less than 1 hour. It also took the technician time to fetch the part, because he didn't have one in his truck. When I questioned the cost, he said Well, you can go elsewhere if you like. I pointed out that we were Paul Bunyan VIP members, so going elsewhere would have wasted our membership fee, and out time.

Our water softener wasn't working. I called Paul Bunyan in the morning and they sent Matt C. out in the afternoon. He went above and beyond expectation. He got the softener working and checked the softener out thoroughly to make sure that everything was working properly before he left. Very nice, personable, and knowledgeable young man. This is the second time I've used them for different plumbing issues and both times have been very happy with the service. This is a GREAT company to get your plumbing needs met.

Tony is really really nice guy. However, I feel like he was really deceptive which is unfortunate. He came to my place for a quote and spoke with me about the issue. No digital multimeter, no removing of panels or inspecting a single thing. Quoted me over $900 for a repair. $350 an hour. Which upon calling the manufacturer will actually cost me… drumroll please… $150. People like that are dangerous. People that can seem so genuine and kind and curious about you and your life but in the end they are only trying to scam you. And let me assure you - it is a scam. Interesting how none of your reviews under 4 stars show up when you google your company…..deceitful company at best

Sergey was wonderful. He efficiently unclothed the sink, showed me the problem and with product and a drain program that saved me so much it paid for itself already. You guys always send the best people. I will continue to use all your services. Less often would be nice. Lol

Shane came out and helped me find the main drain access after being given incorrect information multiple times by technicians from another company. He answered all of my questions so kindly and patiently, but also without making me feel dumb for not being handy. He provided a quote for additional service and information on payment plans for me to plan that service in the future. He also was very good about putting on the little booties and laying down a sheet to keep my floors and carpet clean. Really a great experience!

We needed a new valve installed to our water meter. Bryan came out about an hour after i called and did everything he could to make sure he didn't have to cut into our wall. Nathan was fantastic. He explained everything. I never felt upsold and he gave all the options, including things that wouldn't include the company. This is one of those guys where you can just tell the experience is there and solid and genuine because of the way he approaches offering solutions. He even solved a problem I had been misled to believe couldn't be fixed. (A basement floor drain of which I had been told the pipe was filled with sand; Nathan discovered the pipe was fine but located a faulty backflow valve.)

I derped my external plumbing winterization for my sprinkler system last year and Paul Bunyan was very responsive and polite both on the phone and in person. Very professional and came early! Good communication and setting up expectations. Very accommodating with scheduling ASAP. A little pricey ( 40% more expensive than what thought it was going to be) but that’s the convenience price you pay for last minute repairs if you don’t want your basement to get flooded and are pumping the water out manually. Joe did a thorough inspection of the plumbing in both bathrooms and the kitchen, including the area behind the access panels. I asked him to look for any moisture or leaks as the neighbor below me had a water stain on her ceiling. He even checked my grout and caulk in the bathrooms. He found no evidence of a leak. He was very professional and personable. Definitely will hire Paul Bunyan in the future. I highly recommend them.

Sergei was the best! He searched high and low for the right part to try to save us some money. Unfortunately, he couldn't find it, so he installed all new way better than it was before.As someone else mentioned, you get what you pay for - if the spigot would have been installed correctly in the first place (by the 'guy' from the small place), the repair wouldn't have been so difficult and costly. I had my annual water checkup done which included flushing the water heating, checking the softener, checking toilets for leaks, and the general other items. Layna was great at explaining everything and was very through. She showed me the water softener test and explained everything, showed me prices for a new softener but wasn’t pushy.

Joe was great! It was a easy fix for our garbage disposal, but he also took the time to look at our toilets and let us know what the cost to upgrade would be. He was down to earth, friendly, and talked to me like an equal, something I haven't always had with other companies in the past.

I bought a very high end water heater from Paul Bunyan and in just six months it was not producing hot water. While I was not real happy with that situation, they stood behind their legendary service. It's not just a tagline. The technician replaced the defective part and I was not charged for the part or service call. He identified a water leak problem I thought was coming from the water heater and fixed that too. Stuff happens. What matters in the end is the response. That's what build customer loyalty.

We just moved to the area and had some concerns in our home. Nate came out within an hour and gave us so much information that was helpful. Within another hour we had the official service request filled and our minds are at peace. So thankful.

I called Paul Bunyan Plumbing in response to a coupon I received in the mail for an excellent deal on a hot water heater flush. My tech, Abe, was friendly, professional and timely. He was happy to let me watch and learn so that in the future I could take care of the draining part myself.
