At about 2:11pm Feb, 15th, 2019 a artistic plumbing van was sitting in the sps parking lot located in St Louis Park, as soon as a pedestrian walked out of the building he cut the pedestrian off with his van which was extremely rude and almost hit him, didn't see the license plate, called in and reported the van, and I believe the desk guy who answered the phone name was Larry? He didn't sound interested and sounded very rude. You will continue to receive bad reviews and your driver should be terminated for his lack of compassion for life. How disrespectful when there are workers inside who pick your order, and help you with your pipe, that drivers sometime can't seem to locate. Next time this happens there will be video.. owner and manager take into consideration Lexi Jackson's review and this review, sounds similar. I was told that you guys don't have that many employees, I gave you a time and date, address this situation accordingly. I also will be calling in to go over Larry, and speak to either the owner or someone that has more seniority than whom ever answered the phone. I figured why waste the cops time, so you address the issue. The pedestrian wasn't walking In the middle, the only lane was where your van was, that almost hit the pedestrian, you don't sound professional, and you sound ignorant. You weren't there, I was. This is a new review and you have a old review that resembles this one. Maybe you need to read the review again, or you may suffer from comprehending words correctly.. does parking lots have a lane for pedestrians? Your van was sitting in a lane, and decided to cut the pedestrian off that was walking before the van decided to rudely cut the pedestrian off. Your van should of yielded like every other customer does, but maybe because you and your company are a bit artistic, this explains the ignorance and lack of compassion for life. Next time be a man and enable comments for responses. Thank you for the lack of understanding. When someone hurts your driver, remember how recklessly they drive..

I have used Artistic Plumbing exclusively at my duplex for 13 years, and Larry has done an outstanding job on a variety of tasks. I would recommend him for any plumbing work.
