Bryan Golden installed our new water heater and he was great to work with. I also had great interactions with Melanie at the 1800 office. Service and communication were very very good. 10/10!
Super responsive, they got someone out here within 2 hours to help fix a clogged drain that was also causing water to leak through our basement ceiling. Casey was very professional and took the time to show me what was going on. We’ve had a few people out here to fix the same clogged drain in the past, but nobody did as thorough a job as he did. Will definitely use these guys again.

Very good service
The best plumbing service! I highly recommend the Plymouth office. From my phone conversation with customer service to the actual service call, the whole process was so helpful and smooth. I called for a new outdoor faucet, but it turned out I didn’t need a new one. I did have a need to repair a plumbing project from a handyman project a few months earlier. Master plumber Ray and his apprentice offered to fix the backward flowing faucet (hot to hot and cold to cold) since they were already here. Both were professional and covid-careful.

They showed up on time, were courteous and kept the area clean. I had a hose detach from a faucet so it was a pretty quick job. I thought it might be a bit less expensive, but it needed someone else but me to do it.
Very knowledgeable and skilled plumber.

Initially we are doing full remodel of our Kitchen. They came in to move and plumb our sink and dishwasher lines as well as set lines for a bathroom install in our basement. Then we had a leak from our upstairs bath/shower. Which was found to be sloppy and poor plumbing from when the house was initially built. Seals not secure, lines just fall apart. We just purchased this home last year and are shocked that anything past inspection. My plumbers from 1_800 plumbing went above and beyond to fix the mess I had. Reasonably priced, friendly, and cleaned there mess before leaving. They also walked me through everything they did and tested all their work before leaving.
We had a pinhole leak in our water main line near the water meter, Casey was able to diagnose the issue and repair it quickly and professionally. He did a great job!

$1800 quoted for a 4-5 hour job and I had to pay $89 for this quote. I guess I understand why they were available. Time to be patient to work with a plumber with ethical pricing

Great experience. Super fast response, I reached out late afternoon and they were here at 8:30 the next morning. Work wrapped up around noon.
Pricing in line with what I've seen from other shops, service significantly better.
James was super helpful, answered a thousand questions. Even suggested I DIY one of the issues I had him out for rather than pay them for something I could do myself. Walked me through exactly what to do and how, saving me over $1k. He replaced an outdoor spigot and shutoff valve in my basement and also capped off an old gas line for me. Efficient and solid work. 10/10 would recommend.

Referred to this company through my home warranty. Generally, I call to see if my issue is covered, I pay the service call fee, and a technician is sent out. I called after the big storm about water in my basement, my home warranty said that it sounds like a slab shift/leak and that issue is covered and a technician would be out. I was not contacted by this company for several days, I had to make contact with them to schedule, after I scheduled they canceled because their technician was sick, by the time the technician came the water disappeared. When the technician did arrive no mask was worn nor did he ask (I have a high risk child). In a nutshell, I paid $100 for a technician to look around for 5-10 minutes, tell me I need a sump pump (to call a different company for that) or more soil in a small garden area that would not push water to where it was located in my basement, (water came up through the concrete floor, but I’ll still try the recommendation). More time was spent waiting for the tech to return from his truck where he sat waiting to see if adding a sump pump was covered (of course not), than it took for him to look around. I still don’t know what a slab shift/leak is, but I know he didn’t inspect for that. While I appreciate his excitement with thinking his service was free because I didn’t pay him directly, the service was not free, and I feel it was a waste of time.

I've used them a few times to install a faucet, unclog a drain, and to fix a couple leaky toilets. I have been calling them for a few days now and it is going straight to voicemail. I haven't had a return phone call yet. Has the Plymouth location gone out of business? Don't know how to get ahold of their corprate office to find out what is going on.

They were right on time for scheduled appointment. Tech did a good job explaining why the drain pipe was clogged and what he would have to do to unclog it. This was my first time using 1-800-Plumber+Air, it won't be my last.

They took forever to get anything done, wouldn't show up when they said they would, and when they did show up they would look at something and leave almost immediately giving some excuse on why they couldn't get the work done. Just terrible experience overall and will never even think of using them again.

I received appointment confirmation via text, received a text letting me know the driver was on the way. Casey was courteous, explained what he was doing, checked with my HSA Warranty to make sure his work was covered and cleaned up before he left, wiping my counters down. Also left me with some product and gave me preventative measures if my drain slows down again.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't use them today because just doing quotes.

The pipe under my bathroom sink started leaking from a hole that had developed in the pipe. The plumber from 1-800- Plumber + air showed up the very next day - earlier than expected - He was fast, efficient, respectful and did great work! In about an hour and a half we had new piping installed and he even cleaned out the drain. Very impressed! Thank you!

They had very quick response time and were able to see me the same day to assist with our pipe problem. I had called to a few other plumbers in the area and they weren’t able to help until a day or two later. James was very friendly and efficient. He was within the allotted window for arrival and was helpful in identifying the issue and the solution. He offered some other advice on plumbing as well. Would call and recommend again.

WARNING look elsewhere for plumbing help!
Bad Quality:
I’ve used 1-800-Plumbing for two projects — a sewer line replacement and a leaky hose bib. Both projects resulted in leaks that were worse than the original condition (I.e. 100% of their plumbing work created new leaks from the new plumbing they installed)
Bad Prices:
Plumbing in the twin cities isn’t cheap, but this is a huge premium over going rates. e.g. over $200 for replacing a shutoff valve, $600 for a hose bib (excluding any new pipe work)

Wow, these guys are top notch. From the response to the communication with scheduling to the plumber that came out. Everything was phenomenal!
We are very happy with the service provided by 1-800-Plumber and specifically their technician James Abreu. He replaced both of our outdoor spigots quickly and expertly. The cost was much less than other quotes we received. The company provided timely status updates. Five Stars!! We will be calling them for future plumbing needs.
Had a broken water softener and old water heater that needed replacing. These guys came out and replaced both in the same day. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. If you’re in Plymouth, I recommend asking for Ray! He’s been in the business for years and clearly knows what he’s doing.
