Had a water leak and called Street Plumbing because of the great reviews. So glad I did, Jason and Nate arrived within a hour and fixed the leak. I would highly recommend Street Plumbing.

Street Plumbing is our go-to plumbing service. They are a local business that does honest work. Unlike larger companies who over charge and give you the run around, Street plumbing is direct and very reasonable with their pricing. We have previously worked with Austin numerous times regarding bathroom and laundry plumbing repairs. He was very helpful, honest and charged a reasonable price. We have built a good trust with Austin and Street Plumbing that we continue to go to them for any concerns we have! Most recently we had a leak issue. The office called us back first thing in the morning and scheduled a time asap to come to our house. Dakota and Nate arrived on time and very professional. They were kind, answered all of our questions and walked us through the process. They explained everything in terms that we could understand without any plumbing knowledge and gave us estimates of how long it the job would take. They were very knowledgable and did a fantastic job (they even kept the house looking spotless)! We can't express enough how thankful we are for their ability to quickly help us! We will continue to trust Street Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs!

Jade Dietz did a fantastic job getting the plumbing set up for a sprinkler system… I was kept informed the entire time and all the work was reviewed when the job was complete!

Hands down, choose Streets Plumbing. Austin is great. We have had a chance to use him on two occasions and I was more than pleased with both. More often than not he will pick up the phone when you call. If not he will (timely) return your call. He has an amazing respect for your home and needs. One of my favorite parts are the shoes. They came to my home after working outside all day and they switched to Crocs so they could easily slip in and out as they moved between the work van and our home. Austin will plan things out give you a great idea of the work and cost (not all projects are clear cut). If there are any changes or updates he will let you know.

Isaac and Jeremy did a superb job. I thought I had a broken garbage disposal unit, and I’d bought a replacement on Amazon. My old disposal unit had just stopped one day. Instead of just replacing the unit like I’d assumed was needed, Isaac looked more closely, and found that actually it had just been jammed, and stopped. (I have no idea how the piece of wood jamming it could have got in there, and never would have suspected it.) Next, Isaac gave me some important ‘home owner education’ about garbage disposals, and I’m now more familiar with how to trouble shoot one. Jeremy helpfully re-packed the new garbage disposal I’d bought back into its box for me, just like it arrived—so now all I have to do is return it to Amazon. These are two really smart, skilled, and conscientious guys I’ll happily trust again with any plumbing problems I may have in the future. I really mean the 5 stars I’m giving them.

I usually do not write reviews but felt it was necessary in this case. I had a water heater of 11 years old finally go bad on me, most likely a cracked tank. I called all the plumbing companies in the area and even used Thumbtack, a “hire-a-contractor” mobile app for household projects. After looking into all of this and speaking with all the companies/contractors, I chose Street Plumbing Inc. They provided competitive pricing and a superior/professional-grade water heater for my particular needs. This company does not cut corners nor will supply lower grade products. Kris answered all my very specific questions and concerns quickly and accurately. Jade the plumber showed up on time and was extremely helpful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I don't plan on calling any other company in the future for any other plumbing needs for my house. I highly recommend Street Plumbing Inc for any plumbing project for anyone reading this review as well!

I have had Street Plumbing reliably work on my house on several occasions, including when my water heater burst. They showed up right away, cleaned the mess, and replaced the water heater at a very reasonable price for a professional and thorough job. I have and would recommend Street Plumbing to anyone.

Issac from Street was fantastic. Showed up on time and completed the work faster than planned. They ran into issues due to this being a remodel on an older home, but came up with the right solutions to get the job done right!

We called Street Plumbing last month when our sump pump output pipe froze and broke, causing water to drain towards the foundation of the home and leak into the lower level of our home. We called them at 12 AM. They were the only company that was able to send someone out within a few hours. Both Kris (administrative staff) and Dakota (the plumber) were good in providing communication. Dakota did a thorough job and within a reasonable time frame. They also sent out their master plumber, Austin, a couple days later to do a follow-up. The invoice for services was also reasonable given that they sent someone out at 2 AM, and they provide a reasonable time to pay the invoice. Absolutely great service and cannot recommend them enough! We will definitely use them in future plumbing needs.

Dakota and Jason were very professional. They had toilet and shower hooked up in a very timely manner. They are both very nice people to have in the house.

We had an old lead and cast iron toilet drainpipe that needed to be replaced. My realtor recommended Street Plumbing, and I'm so glad she did! The team was knowledgeable and speedy with getting the job done—even when it turned out to be a bit more complicated than originally expected (the joys of owning a 100-year-old home!). Street Plumbing helped us with a leaking pipe in our basement bathroom. While cutting a hole in the ceiling I accidentally nicked a pipe. The plumber, Tom, was very nice and punctual in listening to us and helping us fix my mistake. I so appreciate the great service from Street Plumbing. Will definitely use them again!

I would highly recommend Street Plumbing who did a fantastic job replacing our garbage disposal. Additional shout out for Kala who helped us get an appointment scheduled quickly and made the entire process a breeze!

They were a Sub for some work done on 2 bathrooms (kids bath and master bath remodel) at my house and the experience was not ideal. Here’s a list of things that happened:
1. Left the house in the middle of my job for another job. Rough-in for the kids bath so the water to the house was turned off. Left at 230 only to return at 530 to finish the job. With 3 kids 8 or younger this was not ideal to have plumbers working at dinner time and staying until after there normal bedtime.
2. Reversed the hot and cold on the master shower and tub. Fortunately Delta brand fixtures allow for an easy fix. Kind of basic for a plumber to get the hot/cold supplies correct IMO.
3. Incorrectly installed water supply line to the bath faucet only to have water spray all over the inside of a brand new, expensive vanity. This needed an emergency fix to resolve.
4. Installed a toilet clearly out of level.
5. Installed the tub drain & vent pipes for the master bath twice because it was incorrect the first time only to have a saw blade pop through the ceiling on the main level when they were rushing to get the work done late in the evening Not once did they apologize.

If you like dealing with problems then this plumber is for you. If not, I’d look elsewhere for plumbing services.

I needed a water heater replaced. The warranty labor cost from the other company was more than replacing the entire unit. Street got the whole job done in maybe 2.5 hours, cleaned up and left, all while I was working upstairs.

We had Isaac come out and he is super professional and explained everything really well. It's clear that he likes his work. He was also great with my dog who has major anxiety. He calmed her down quickly and then he was able to work around the house without her losing her mind. Ask for Isaac!

We had an issue with the water, so our landlord call street plumbing to come to out place to take a look at our water heater. I had a leak in my old rusty steel pipe, I received quote from several other plumbing outfits. The reason I chose Street pluming was the professional manner of our conversation on the phone. Tom from street Plumbing arrived quick and on time. Replaced the bad pipe and flushed/cleaned out the rust in the line. Tom cleaned up the little mess from the dripping pipe. Jade was comfortable and confide, while respectful and careful with an appreciated situational awareness to the surroundings. This went a long way with trust of professionalism, relieving the regular cause to concern of, unaccompanied focus of service, rather, his mannerism confided a sense of calm, allowing the engaging of attentions to the homes Sunday evening guests.

Any questions we had were reciprocated with an almost complete basic education on the particular focus of the plumbing spectrum, respecting the expertise and experience to the trade meditation. And when queried information was best procured from elsewhere, Jade was sure to express that, saving us from best guesses, with a confident direction to the appropriate resource ‘s generality. Customer education was top notch.

I have used Street Plumbing for 4 different projects. I like the ease of texting Austin and the knowledge of a Master Plumber. His team members are prompt and courteous. When they have had a difficult job, they have updated me on the timeline throughout. My search for a great plumber ended here.

My water heater died on a Thursday evening. I didn’t want to go through the weekend without hot water nor pay weekend rates. Called street Friday morning and was told they could be here in 20 minutes. I sent pictures and my requirement. The best part is Isaac was done and cleaned up by noon. To be honest they had canceled a planned job that morning as parts were delayed. I have used Street before and find their work quality the finest. I believe their charge is a good value. I will continue to use them and recommend them to friends!

Dakota did an excellent job on our faucet install! Very friendly and easy-going. I didn't go five stars because he did arrive about an hour later than when I was told to expect him, and I did not receive any acknowledgment of that delay from him or the support staff, which was disappointing.

When a major leak arises in your home, it's never a good time! We immediately had called street plumbing from a friend referral. They had sent a gentleman out by the name of Tom We have had a few other plumbers in our home before for unrelated issues and Tom has been the absolute best plumber we have ever worked with. He was knowledgeable, friendly and even interacted with our young child, which was very important to us to make us more comfortable with the entire unfortunate situation we were experiencing. We will be using street moving forward if we ever need again, we will always request to work with Tom in the future! Jade with Street Plumbing installed my irrigation supply plumbing and Backflow Preventer. His workmanship is outstanding and completed the job in a timely manner. He explained every step of his installation process, answered all my questions and always asked me prior to popping any holes if the location was fine with me. He is a very customer orientated gentleman and one of the nicest persons you will ever meet. If I ever need any other plumbing work I will go with Street Plumbing and will ask for Jade to do the job.

We had to replace the water main in our house. Issac did a great job. Very professional. I do daycare and he had to navigate around the children and it didn't seem to bother him. Will definitely hire again!

We called to request service for a leaking kitchen faucet. The faucet pulls out to be a sprayer. We spoke to Austin, he asked we pull the faucet out and slowly turn the water on. That is were we found the leak, the hose was lose. He suggested we tighten, the leak was taken care of. In checking reviews, many mentioned Austin’s I attention details. Leak taken care of, a new contact for the next plumbing issue. Austin is a credit to Street and the plumbing business!

I bought a town house this year turns out the main shutoff was busted and had to be changed for the meter to be put in. Jade and Aaron were professional, cleaned up after themselves did a great job. After our pilot light went out on water heater, we tried ourselves and with YouTube Univ. and with a handy-man, and nothing worked to get it back on, then tried a big-name company that happened to be local first, after their inspection (which they charged for) the quote was to replace an entire unit at over $4K so at that price we were definitely going to ask around. We called Street Plumbing local to us in Burnsville and they were able to fix the water heater, plus tighten up other spots they noticed needed some attention, above and beyond. Plus, if they had replaced the unit, it would have been less than 1/2 the price of the other quote. We did not have to replace our water heater (for now, it's getting old) and fixed our problems for a fraction of cost, so MUCH better. We will be calling them back for any plumbing needs and possible renovation needs for bathrooms as well down the road. If you need your plumbing worked on in your home, these are the guys to call. Street plumbing was good to us when we needed a water heater replaced. They came as soon as they could and were able to give us a reasonable quote on the phone. The receptionist was kind and made sure to get the information she needed to quote us correctly. She even checked with the master plumber to ensure we had the correct set up with the water heater in our price range. Stefan was our plumber and he did a great job. He was on time and very friendly.

There was an issue with the first water heater that got delivered and installed but they were able to get another within an hour and reinstalled the new one and verified it was working properly before leaving. Street Plumbing was the most professional and quality plumbing service I have dealt with over the last decade. I had a faucet and a water heater break within the same month and they were a fraction of the cost of the competition. They did not cut any corners, and went above and beyond any plumber I have dealt with in the past. Larger contractors asked for 10,000 dollars plus on my tankless install, and they were far more competitive in terms of pricing. After living in Eagan for 35 years the water pipes in my tuck under garage froze solid. I called street plumbing early Monday morning and was shocked when they answered. Austin told me he would get someone over the same day to look at the situation and hopefully get the water running. Jason and John showed up later that morning and were able to get water running to half of my home.

Austin came over to give me a bid for the repair work. I agreed to the contract and was told it would be about a week and a 1/2. I told him I was open to any cancellations and to my surprise again they were able to come over that Friday to fix the entire home and were able to do it in one long day. Jason and John even fixed a water shut off that was installed backwards by a local handyman. Great experience and great team. I have found my plumber.

Great service! Our house is a 1951 house with some really screwy plumbing lines. We had a rarely used, poorly located outside spigot issue that the other guys were quoting thousands to fix, as well as ripping out drywall and part of the basement ceiling that we’d have to then shell out more $$$$s to repair after the job was done. Austin came out to look at it and offered a brilliantly simple solution: if we aren’t using it that spigot, why not cut the line and cap it off? Genius!! Street Plumbing literally saved us thousands of dollars and huge hassle. They will be our go-to for all our plumbing needs going forward.

I had three quotes for replacing my outside faucet and shut off value in my basement. Two other plumbers declined the job because it meant cutting into my basement wall. Street Plumbing accepted the job using two pictures I sent them. Nick came out the next day and did the work in less than an hour and I couldn't be more pleased. I had Street plumbing come out to look at two outdoor faucets. I thought I would have to replace one of them but I was told the faucet itself was still good? Aaron and Nate were able to make a quick fix on both faucets. Both were very friendly, honest and professional. Typically when you see so many 5 star reviews, you start to wonder…but these guys live up to their review status and then some! A month ago, our 3 year old water heater began to fail. Because they no longer sell that brand of water heater in MN, getting warranty work was impossible. We called every where for quotes and had estimates close to $4500 to replace. My final call was to Austin with Street Plumbing. They should have been my first call (and will be from now on!). Within a day of me receiving insurance payout for it, Austin had me on the schedule. The next day, Jason and Nate arrived to install. And in an hour and half, our new water heater was in and running! I didn’t talk much to Nate, but Jason really was extremely knowledgeable and even provided me with future tips on how avoid having the water heater fail again. Everyone I interacted with from beginning to end was amazing. 10 out of 10 I would recommend them to a friend or family member.

We had this plumber come over for a fairly routine, uncomplicated repair, and he came over within a couple hours, and fixed it perfectly in less than 30 minutes. We felt he charged us a bit much for the the work, when we explained our dissatisfaction he actually volunteered to make it right and he did!

Tom and Isaac were friendly and professional. My wife and I were told by a different company that we would definitely need to replace our hot water heater immediately. A terrific plumbing contractor. Our Combi-Core water heater went out on the weekend before Thanksgiving. I was able to get a call back on a Sunday afternoon with a replacement quote based on pictures I sent and was promised to be put on their schedule that week. The office communicated the specifics and Isaac and Tom arrived promptly on time. They were personable, professional, and retained their great attitudes even after having to work through some delivery complications that extended their day. Isaac went above and beyond by answering many questions, advising me of maintenance tips to extend the unit's life, replaced a faulty pressure/temp gauge, and then labeled every shut off/valve on our 'complicated' water system.

What can I say..except.. fantastic!.
We are a small Assisted Living Facility based in Minnetonka. With COVID-19 and our residents being the most vulnerable in the community, you need a company willing to come in and take all necessary precautions to keep both the residents and themselves safe..... that's Street Plumbing!

Our first interactions with Austin and Street Plumbing was for emergency after a shower leak. They came and resolved it very quickly!.

So, when we needed some additional work done at the facility.. they were our first choice... I contacted Austin, and described the work that was required, we needed a new shower value, 2 toilets replaced, new faucets and some waste pipe rework.. All he needed were some photos to understand what needed to be ordered. He then sent Isaac to take care of the works, he took time to understand how to work in an environment where people with dementia live and how to interact with them. He took all of it on board, when moving around the facility he acknowledge the residents as they would walk by him, so the residents were not worried with a so called stranger in their house.

They completed the work slowly over a couple of week, this worked for us as the noise and the movements around the home were minimized so as not to put undue stress on the residents.... Perfect!

I would definitely recommend Street Plumbing to others, and have done so already to other small Assisted Living Facilities near us for when they need a plumber.

We bought a home and found that an essential outdoor spigot was not working. The service tech, Jade, found the water line and the shutoff valve in a ceiling that a contractor had covered with sheet rock. He cut a neat access hole that revealed the hidden shutoff valve on the first try, and confirmed that it was working. He cleaned up the area carefully. Also answered our questions about the main shutoff valve for the house. It was the best plumbing service we have had in 43 years of home ownership.

These guys came out on a weekend and replace my broken water heater. They worked until the job was done!

My husband and I have a 40+ yr old home and the water supply line shut off valve is just as old. We became concerned that when we leave home for lengthy periods and attempt to shut off the water for protection that this valve may not function. We called the city water and sewer maintenance staff to have them shut down our curb box water supply valve so my husband could replace this shut off valve, but they were unsuccessful getting the curb box valve to shut off. Short of shutting down the main water supply to the whole neighborhood, the only way to shut off water to our home to replace this old questionable shut off valve was to have a plumbing company come out and freeze the supply line water long enough to replace the valve. Street Plumbing sent Jason out with a refrigeration unit to accomplish the task. He was very timely, professional, conscientious and easy to talk and work with. He has a very open and genuine personality along with a high level of expertise. The job went off without an issue and Jason installed the new valve and he also made a few minor helpful modifications. We normally do all of our home repairs including plumbing but this freezing of the supply line was beyond our capabilities. We are delighted with the work Jason did and we would not hesitate to contract with Street Plumbing in the future if something similar developed, especially of they sent out Jason again. We highly recommend the services of Street Plumbing to anyone in their service area for plumbing issues or needs.

We recently renovated the 2 1/2 bathrooms in our home, and our contractor chose Street Plumbing to do the plumbing work. The projects included an expansion and complete re-plumbing of the master bath with installation of all new fixtures, and installation of all new plumbing and fixtures in the other two baths. Austin and his staff did an excellent job for us... they were on-time, thorough, polite, and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with the work being done. They communicated well, and did a good job of coordinating with city inspectors as the project progressed. We've since used Street Plumbing for an additional project, and will do so again if needed. I'd highly recommend Austin Peterson and his crew for your plumbing needs.

They aren’t trying to take every penny out of you pocket they just fix what needs to be done.Very honest. You do not need to be skeptical of the 5 star reviews. Street Plumbing is a great plumbing company. We discovered a leak in an old metal drain pipe. We sent a photo to Street Plumbing and they provided an estimate over the phone. Their schedule was a little backed up (ignore the pun), so we called a big local repair company (the type with commercials on TV and lots of marketing overhead) and they stopped by (a day later than promised). The big company took a look at the pipe, and then proceeded to upsell a water heater, water softener, and other work that wasn't necessary. After watching them test the water, and do a presentation trying to sell us unnecessary appliances, the bid for the repair was three times higher than Street Plumbing quoted, and the plumber also said it would cost more since they have higher overhead.... Decided to wait for Street Plumbing to stop by the following week. So glad we did!
Jade came over and the job ended up being bigger than what they could see from the photo. We ended up paying a fair price which was more than the initial estimate, but well below what the bigger company quoted. Jade did the bulk of the work, and Jason stopped by to give him a hand with the big pipe, and provide advice. Both were very personable, respectful and, most important, skillful at what they do. Street Plumbing will be our go to plumber.

Very friendly folks. They replaced a washer on my hot water valve for the basement utility sink, which took less than 15 minutes. The guy even told me I probably could have done it myself, which I think actually adds to the friendliness despite the higher than expected invoice (I didn't ask for a quote). At least the woman on the phone convinced me to wait till the weekend was over so I could get a lower rate. Overall great experience in my opinion; I'll for sure call them next time.

We came to Minnesota on 05/17/2021 to visit family, upon arrival, as we were opening the house up from the winter we ended up with a major flood. Water was pouring down from the lower level ceiling from light fixtures, vents, etc. We turned off the water and called Street Plumbing, who said they would send a plumber out within 20 minutes, as well as setting up an appointment for Restoration Services to come clean up the mess. Their Representative, Jason, arrived within 15 minutes and worked quickly to assess the damage. He stated that while he didn't have the parts to fix it that evening because it is copper piping, he would come back the next morning. On 05/18/2021, he and his work partner, Aaron, arrived at 7:30 a.m. and began fixing the pipes that had busted during the winter freeze. After the pipes that busted were repaired and we started turning the water back on, it was discovered that some of the pipes in the laundry room had corroded, there was another leak in the pipes under the kitchen sink, the kitchen faucet was broken, the toilet was clogged in one of the bathrooms, and the shower head in one of the bathrooms had cracked and broken. We contacted our family who owns the house, and it was determined that the best course of action would be to replace the corroded pipes, the kitchen faucet, and the shower head after the kitchen pipe leak was repaired. Both gentlemen worked quickly and were informative as well as thorough through the entire process, never once complaining about the amount of work that was needed. They were extremely understanding of our situation, and did their best to ease our minds about the entire situation. We highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs! We spoke with the owner of the company, Austin, to express our gratitude who was highly professional and customer service oriented. He stated that they try to provide the best service possible for every customer. What his company and employees did was above and beyond what we've ever experienced from a commercial company.

Street Plumbing is always so responsive and quick to help. Tom came in to help investigate a leak in our basement and helped replace a part of our sump pump and found that the pipe from the outside had not been properly installed and fixed that for us too. I appreciate how thorough he was. We will not go anywhere else for our plumbing issues!

These guys were great! They communicated well before my appointment, came on time and did an amazing job! They were polite, professional, and didn't leave until they were confident they had fixed the problem! Definitely recommend!
