Brad was on time and resolved our drain problem very quickly. We're very impressed with Guy's Sewer and Drain and will definitely use them in the future. Price was very reasonable also.

My new go-to for slow/clogged drains. Came out within a few hours even though it was a Sunday. Fast, courteous, friendly, and professional. I met Brad a few years ago when he was working for Weld and Sons. We needed our drain cleaned again and so I called and they said that he no longer worked for them, but they recomended him and his Guy's Sewer and Drain. Was impressed with him the first time and impressed that they think highly enough to recomend him. Very satisfied.

Our basement shower drain had backed up onto the floor, and it also seemed to be clogged. Thankfully, Guy's Sewer and Drain was able to help us avoid a disaster when it turns out our sewer line was clogged and very nearly full to backing up all the way to flooding the basement floor! I can't say enough about the friendly and timely service from Guy's. Wyatt was professional and came to the house quickly. My issue (clogged kitchen sink drain) was diagnosed and resolved easily. I was given the price up front and at the end of the service, Wyatt provided a run down of exactly what happened and how to make sure this doesn't happen again in the future. Don't waste your time and money by calling Roto Rooter - call Guy's instead. Very impressive business.

They did a great job and solved the clogged drain problem. However, the tools left marks on the inside of the toilets. The marks have been difficult to clean.

We had a slow running floor drain and questions about implications for a future remodel. They were extremely helpful with explaining how our drains are configured, removed the clog from the drain, and suggested we could delay more expensive cleaning until the time of construction when it would be simpler. Brad is genuine and professional. Our bathtub drain was clogged and we called him after our attempting to unclog it failed. He cut out and replaced old pipe so it is easier to run a snake. He also unclogged the drain. Knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced.

Best service I’ve ever had and low cost

Called Guy's at about 3:30 on a Friday afternoon to clear a clogged bathroom sink. Wyatt arrived at our home in about 40 minutes and had the drain cleared in less than an hour. Excellent, efficient, and courteous service on the phone and in person. They earned all 5 stars.

Main line was backed up and began flooding the basement. Called at 7:30AM and Wyatt was here by 8:30AM to solve the problem. He's been here twice to fix drain problems and I couldn't recommend him more. Very professional, personable, and hard worker.

Highly recommended for any drain issues. We had a tub that was extremely backed up due to hair. We had another company come out that worked really hard but couldn’t get through the clog. Guy came out and was able to clear the clog within 15 minutes. Super nice and friendly and easy to communicate and deal with. Can’t recommend them enough. Prices very reasonable as well.
