I met Brad a few years ago when he was working for Weld and Sons. Our basement shower drain had backed up onto the floor, and it also seemed to be clogged. Thankfully, Guy's Sewer and Drain was able to help us avoid a disaster when it turns out our sewer line was clogged and very nearly full to backing up all the way to flooding the basement floor! Brad was punctual, efficient, very easygoing and extremely knowledgeable. He had lots of information for us as new homeowners and we've already booked for an inspection of the line next year and plan to be regular customers. Would highly recommend to anybody in need for big and small problems alike!

I can't say enough about the friendly and timely service from Guy's. Wyatt was professional and came to the house quickly. My issue (clogged kitchen sink drain) was diagnosed and resolved easily. I was given the price up front and at the end of the service, Wyatt provided a run down of exactly what happened and how to make sure this doesn't happen again in the future. Don't waste your time and money by calling Roto Rooter - call Guy's instead. Very impressive business.

We had a slow running floor drain and questions about implications for a future remodel.
