Everyone was very helpful, personable, and genuine. I had low water pressure in my home and the receptionist helped me troubleshoot it over the phone. When she had met her match she had Mr. Weld call me directly and he diagnosed it as my water softener without even having to make a house call. They came to install a new one (Zach Weld, one of the sons) and he too was very personable, genuine, professional, and instructive. He even noticed a couple of things that I should do to better prepare my house for winter (things to do on my own, NOT up sell stuff). Thanks Zach!! I will definitely be coming back to them with any of my other plumbing needs.

I was coming home to Rogers tonight on County road 81 (west) at about 7:00pm tonight. The speed limit was 55 I was going 60 mph. This is a one lane both directions. I larger vehicle was so close behind me I could not she the headlights. This continued for about a mile when it finally passed me, it was a Norblom Plumbing van. It continued to drive fast and road the tail of the next vehicle. Finally it turned off on county road 30 near FedEx. Please speak with your drivers as I personally have seen to many people hurt by drivers like this. Thank you.

The faucet repair was just fine. The up selling was off putting. We agreed to pay 1200 bucks for a new faucet. The attempt to get us to replace our 6 year old water heater made me feel I was being taken for a chump. We are in our 60’s but we are not senile. Sorry but that is how the scary “your water heater may explode “ sales pitch made us feel. I have no problem with you and your employees making a living but don’t care to be patronized.

Great service! A problem developed regarding opening outdoor pipe- they called the city to come out for assistance- and they came almost right away. Problem was handled and work was quickly finished. Serviceman, Nathan, checked to be sure faucets were working and that power was back on. Very nice guy and even spent a couple of minutes to pet our overly friendly dogs!! Would highly recommend them!!

We are extremely satisfied with MSP particularly because of the quality and professionalism of the employees who have serviced our furnace, AC unit, water heater, and water softener. A company is only as good as their employees. Xavier was out today to do a maintenance check on our furnace and had been out a month ago to do a maintenance check on our AC unit. He is an extremely nice gentleman but when he works on our systems he teaches us about them. We have learned more from our three visits with Xavier that we have ever learned from any technician. Each time we request his services and he has never disappointed. We can honestly say we will continue for years to come by having MSP service our home. Tomorrow we have a plumber from MSP coming to do a water heater maintenance check! Thanks Xavier and MSP.

We have used Cutting Edge Sewer a couple times when our sewer has backed up and they are quick to get here, professional and reasonably priced. Brett is the best!

Highly recommended for any drain issues. We had a tub that was extremely backed up due to hair. We had another company come out that worked really hard but couldn’t get through the clog. Guy came out and was able to clear the clog within 15 minutes. Super nice and friendly and easy to communicate and deal with. Can’t recommend them enough. Prices very reasonable as well. Will always be my first call from now on.

They came out same day and cleaned out our drain for us. The technician Andrew was very nice and did a great job! They even offered to clean up the sewer back up mess which I thought was very nice!

Honest review here. Just had Matt's come out to add the plumbing so we could turn a single sink vanity into a double sink vanity, replace the shower/tub cartridge in that same bathroom, and install a new water softener. The first two parts went fairly smoothly but the third was rough. They had trouble installing the water softener because an O-ring was slipping and water kept spilling out. After a couple hours, they figured it out and left for the day. The next day, we woke up and there was salt water all over our unfinished basement floor. The brine tank was discharging from the overflow valve. We called them up that morning and they had the same guy out right away. He ended up finding out a defect in the head of the BrassMaster water softener. After talking to that company's support line, BrassMaster sent a specialist out and replaced the head of the softener. So I guess we're glad they use a local, responsive water softener manufacturer. This seemed to be the end of it, except that we were no longer getting hot water in our master shower. It stayed like this for a weekend and we called again on Monday and they sent the owner, Matt, out that afternoon. He found that a cap, but not a cartridge, was put on our new shower cartridge and that the hot and cold water were mixing here before continuing on to our master shower. He put the cartridge on here and we were good to go. Easy fix! Just to be thorough, he checked out everything else and noticed that the intake/outtake of the water softener were swapped--old softeners often are and although the original guy noticed this when getting an estimate he forgot when he did the work. So Matt changed the copper pipes to go into the proper places. Overall, this was a bit of a headache, but Amber was always very pleasant at the office and never cast doubt or deflected blame when we said something wasn't right. Matt's was also very responsive in addressing our concerns and despite that they came out on 3 separate days and multiple hours beyond what was expected, they never asked for another dime. Btw, we had gotten another quote from a chain before this and Matt's quote was $400 cheaper than even the membership rate that we could have gotten from the other guys. I wanted to write this without a lot of slant and just tell it as it is, so hopefully someone finds this helpful.
