Jeff is awesome. We woke up yesterday to a sipping wet basement and had no idea what to do. Couldn’t find any source of water and thankfully after we had called nearly everyone within a 50 mile radius we got ahold of him and saw him later the same day. He worked us in and came out and gave us a totally honest explanation of what’s happening and even showed with his equipment what was going on so we would actually understand the problem. Unfortunately the issue isn’t within his realm of repair but he was able to give us the information we needed. Now we are headed in the right direction thanks to his help! He also went the extra mile to come back to the door and let us know about some problematic landscaping that we had and how to remedy it. If we ever need water repair or know someone who does we will be strongly recommending First Response Restoration!

Really good communication from the start. The plumber was prompt and fixed our issue immediately. The flat rate was pretty high but, considering we called other plumbers who couldn’t see us for at least a day, it was almost worth it.

I had a great experience with this group. I used their website to schedule an appointment and uploaded the pictures needed. I was really impressed with how quickly Joe was able to fix the leak and to my surprise didn't need to remove any additional subfloor or drywall. He luckily noticed an additional leaky gasket and repaired that promptly. It had slipped my mind to even mention it. Joe's repair was thorough and really helped me out. Will definitely use this group for future plumbing work.

It was such a great stroke of luck for me to call Cichy's Water and Sewer when I discovered I had some serious sewer pipe repair and cleanout to do on my home immediately. From the friendly, supportive and super-knowledgeable office manager, Jess, to all of the guys who came out to work on my project, I felt like I was in good, capable and caring hands all the way. We were extremely impressed by the gentleman who came very promptly on a Saturday! He gave us two quotes for the two scenarios that could be the problem. The first was much less expensive and the other would have been a process and much more expensive. He wanted us to know in advance that if the one didn’t work he would have to do the other. The first option worked and the cost was so reasonable!!! I highly recommend Harrison Plumbing. Mark is simply amazing. He is knowledgeable, respectful and dedicated. He installed a water heater for me and did an amazing job. He showed up on time and did the job in a timely matter. He offered to come back if anything happens and even stayed to debug a problem I was having with my softener. Highly recommended.
