I had the city come out the other day and said I was using more water then I had in the prior months. I called Mark's Plumbing and they noticed that the toilet had a slow leak. They were prompt, clean and solved my water issues. You can trust Mark's Plumbing and I recommend them!

On Sat. morning, my hot water heater wasn't working properly. I called 10 places and only 2 answered the phone. The first place wouldn't answer any questions about it, they only wanted to come out for the emergency fee. Mark was very kind and took the time to walk me through things that could be wrong with it. He even had me send him photos on my phone to help me. I ended up getting it to work thanks to him. Did I mention he did this while he was waiting for his wife to show up for her surprise birthday party? I would highly recommend his service to everyone.

I hear they do great work, I couldn't get past the astronomical price they quoted, after their $150 service fee. I will say that after short correspondence, the owner, Mark was willing to work with us. he seemed like he had integrity. He waived the $150 fee and we went our separate ways.

Called a few hours after they opened, and Alex showed up later that day (not only on time, but early as well). For two days we wrestled with a clogged sink. We tried everything, and I've fixed most of the house issues we ran into in the past, including several plumbing issues. No matter what we did, we couldn't tackle this one. Alex came in, went to work right away, and fixed it in less than an hour. Not only was he prompt, he was courteous and respectful of our space, and even straightened up the mess I made trying to fix it in the first place! Mark's Plumbing is awesome! The price was incredibly fair, and I definitely recommend their services!

Mark's Plumbing has done all our plumbing work for years. This includes repairs, replacement of a water heater, roughing-in and finishing a new bathroom. In every case the service has been excellent, prices fair (we have compared apples to apples with other plumbing contractors), and the work done in a professional manner. The best part of the service, however, is the high level of detailed communication we receive from the owner, Mark himself. The system his company uses to inform us of the status of the job, of the ETA of the plumber on our project, and of any changes necessary, is second to none. I wish all service companies were as good in their communications.

Kitchen sink flooded. Called Mark's. 2 hours later Tommy knocked on the door. Knew what was wrong and proceeded to fix it. Couldn't ask for more. Fast, quality work at a reasonable price.

Woke up with a leaking faucet. They told me on the phone that they'd be there same-day (wow great!.. Not) They gave me a 2 hr window and never showed up, never called. I had to call them back and ask where they were and they said 'Our plumber should be there, maybe he forgot. Let me get a hold of him and call you back' - never called me back. I had to call them again after a day to tell them I no longer wanted their services - Still have a leaky faucet...

I needed a faucet replaced in my kitchen and used Mark's Plumbing Service based on the recommendation of a friend. From start to finish I received top notch service and at very affordable rates. I will for sure call Mark again in the future should I need help!!

We needed a plumber ASAP. Mark's Plumbing had great reviews and now we know why! We got an appointment for that same day and Tom arrived on time. He was professional but easy to talk to. He explained the problem knowledgeably and clearly and didn't treat me like I was ignorant of plumbing issues (something I hate). He quoted me a fair price (flat rate, not hourly) and had the problem fixed in a jiff. He even recommended we fix some other issues he noticed while he was working on the pipes and explained just how we could do it ourselves. Tom made a stressful situation have a happy ending. I really enjoyed his service and we're definitely loyal Mark's Plumbing customers now!

I called around 9 am for someone to come out on a recommendation and someone showed up at 1. The plumber stayed until after 6 trying to trouble shoot a leak with faulty plumbing work done previously. He was honest and kept to his original quote, even though the work was far greater that what he anticipated. I will use this plumber from here on out. Thank you very much!

Tom was EXCELLENT. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I would hire them again in a heart beat. I didn't feel like I got ripped off like you do with the big companies.

Below average. Apparently this company just farms out independent plumbers. Our first was nice but couldn't fix the leak. The second was very rude, short with me, and left the bathroom extremely messy. They are probably okay at plumbing 101 problems, but haven't made it to advanced stuff. Call other services for something beyond some hair in your drain. I tried to contact them through phone and email to no avail.

They charge about 4 times what normal plumbers would charge and you have to pay $80s to find that out. I would go somewhere else.

Wouldn't you know it. My spouse and I bought our first house and within the first two weeks the water heater starts leaking. Now, these things happen and the sellers let us know that the water heater was eighteen years old. So, I called a family member and they suggested Mark's. Well, no sooner said than done I was in touch with Mark and he was clear and direct about assessments, costs, installation, and delivery date. Within three days we had a new water heater and all of our questions answered. Mark even took time out of his day to answer my questions about our gas heater when winter rolled in. Bottom line is Mark's Plumbing is knowledgeable, fast, friendly, efficient, and great to work with. Anytime I have issues, I have Mark's number handy. Thanks to everyone at Mark's Plumbing!

I used marks 3 times. 2 of which were for a clogged drain both on the same line just months apart. Not only did they not solve my problem the first time they charged about $90 to have the plumber say they needed a drain guy to come out to fix the problem. I told Katrina on the phone i needed someone to fix a clog. Why charge me 2X to send a plumber to say they can’t help. I would not recommend.

Tom was a great help fixing our kitchen plumbing. All of the pipes under the sink were put in terribly wrong and Tom knew exactly what to do and even played with our dogs a little! Thank you Tom!!

It started on a Saturday at our residence. Jimmy came to our rescue first, what a professional, a true study in his field. Jimmy was kind, smart, thorough. We were able to take care a huge on going problem for the weekend. Enter Tom. Wonderfully funny, smart, capable man. Tom was honest, worked hard to find the problems, the best part, I believed him.
Then, Jimmy and Tom came to our house to finish more plumbing from a kitchen job that was botched. The 2 of them taught me, showed me, and together made a stressful problem livable. I needed to reach out to the owner of this company, whom by the way I chose because my husbands name is Mark, to let you know what great employees you have. Plumbing is expensive, I am always sticker shocked. When the best comes to your home, you get what you paid for. Please recognize these 2 men, they should be honored. Fantastic Job!! Our technician was Jim, and couldn't have ask for a better one. He was very prompt on arrival and to get to work. We had an absolute mess under our sink and in our crawl space, and Jim was able to completely fix our issues. He communicated in a very friendly yet informative way what was going on and what he was doing. He made it very easy for me to continue my day as normal while still knowing that I was getting a quality job done. Very polite, friendly and respectful as well as good with pets! I would reccomend for any and all plumbing needs!!

Great same day service for installing a new water heater!

I called Mark's recently with a water heater pilot light that was out. I had tried to re-light a few time unsuccessfully and due to the age of the water heater I though we may be in for a replacement. Called Mark and he informed me that with the recent high winds he had many calls of the same variety. Mark coached me up on some tricks of the trade to re-light the pilot and I got it fired up myself. I didn't use Mark's this time, but with his honest and professional help over the phone he will be the first call the next time we do need service. Big Thanks!

I have been using Marks Plumbing for years and when I had a leak in the basement I called them for service. As it turned out to be coming from the Water Softener. Marks replaced my water softener the same day! I highly recommend Marks Plumbing!

A plumber showed up the day after I called to schedule a non-emergency plumbing issue consultation, and near the beginning of the estimated time window which is a plus. They were able to fix everything and even went above and beyond to go purchase a part that was needed for our leaking sink, and fix it same day. Just what you hope for from a service company. I failed to install my own water heater, and they didn't even make fun of my effort. Just showed up on time and took care of the job. My only complaint is they did it so quickly I actually have time to drive into work.

Mark was great from the start. He came out on a Saturday explained all of our option for moving and or replacing our water heater. He answered all of our questions cheerfully and with expertise. They replaced a dryer gas whip line that was leaking. Did the job same day. Explained everything well. Excellent service.

Great service! Tom came within 90 mins, assessed the problem, and had the problem fixed in 1 hour. Will use them again!

If you like to have a “guy” to call to fix your problems, Mark is the guy I call to fix my plumbing. They’ll give you an estimate without charging you $60 to show up. Next day apt. was available when I called. Was there exactly when the apt started with a text message 30 min prior. Kinda like having your Dad fix your plumbing but he knows what he’s doing.

Wouldn’t provide a cost estimate over the phone for simple gas stove disconnect and reconnection for flooring installation. 20 minutes of work shouldn’t cost $400! Force them to tell the cost up front or move on to another plumber. Won’t ever use them again.

Tom and Jeff came out this morning to replace our old water heater. They were professional, funny, and friendly. Got the job done in 1.5 hrs and kept the place tidy. Would definitely recommend!

Called Mark's plumbing on Tuesday afternoon and had someone here by 1:00 on Wednesday. Had a washer drain overflowing and he had it done in no time. Great friendly guy named Aaron fixed my problem. Rate was very reasonable! Will call them for any future problems!

I called at 11:00 AM to have some work done under a bathroom sink. Was told they could be out same day between noon and 4 PM. 11:45 got a text that they were on the way and 5 minutes later a call to confirm the text.Tom arrives at 11:50 and completes the job by 12:30. I recently returned home from a trip out west for a family wedding and discovered I had no hot water. My husband turned off the water before we left town so I knew to turn the water back on, but soon realized I had no HOT water. I called my still out of town husband who told me to call Mark’s which I did immediately. Within an hour Tom was at our house and solved my problem quickly by lighting the pilot. This was a simple fix, but we have used Mark’s for all of our plumbing needs since 2004. We have always received excellent service at a fair price. Mark’s communication system is one of the best I’ve experienced; first I was informed of the expected time window for service, then was alerted by text when the plumber was on his way. As a business owner whose time is valuable, that kind of service gets my loyalty

I called a few big name companies for some work on a drain line and experienced shell shock I then called Marks Plumbing and they came out right away and gave me an estimate that was substantially lower then their competitors, they were completely booked for that day but scheduled for the next morning, to my surprise out came the drop clothes all the way thru the house down to where they were working, they said that cutting this kind of pipe out can get very dirty, they are clean quick and reassuring ( I was very nervous) you can tell these guys are Pro's and enjoy their occupation, Thanks again,

03/01/16 = Tom and Jim came out to our house to repair leaking plumbing under our kitchen sink. They also installed new fixtures that we had purchased. They showed up early and were friendly and professional. There were a few curveballs due to the 1958 construction of our house. No problem with these two pros...they had all the repairs and replacements done in a few hours. They took the time to explain to us what the problem was, and how they were going to fix it. Not only would I call them again if I needed to...but I wouldn't mind if they were our neighbors. That's how nice they both were. Truly a credit to their company and a testament of great service from Marks Plumbing Service.

I was seemingly not able to get the pilot light re-lit on my water heater and was resigned to having to call in someone to take a look. Mark called me back and informed me that often the pilot light is in fact lighting correctly but is simply difficult to see through the glass of the sealed type of water heaters which I have, he recommended that I lay on the concrete when igniting for a better viewing angle. Of course this was the issue and it fired right up! He saved me the service charge for what turned out to be simple user error, who does that? What a guy! Thank you Mark!

We've had other plumbers perform work on our home over the past 8 years and have not been impressed with the quality of the work or the high cost for the work we've had done.
I found Mark's Plumging on Google and requested an appointment online. I immediately was contacted and Mark was very flexible in finding a time to come out and take a look at our project.
I was impressed with how personable he was and very professional. He gave me a VERY competitive quote and we hired him for the job. Mark was flexible with dates/times for scheduling the job and confirmed the date, start and end time via email and text. I also recieve text messages and emails when they are in route to my property. The guys showed up on time--actually 15 minutes EARLY for the job! I was really impressed because this hasn't been my past experience.
On the day the work was being performed, Mark stopped by to check in on how things were going--he again was very personal. He's a GREAT GUY!

Called MPS for a leaky toilet to be replaced. Jim showed up within the appointment window and did an amazing professional job removing the old toilet, fixing the leak, and installing the new toilet. He was a really nice guy and it was fun to have him here. Pleasant plumbing experience! Would recommend and hire again.

I emailed Mark during the Super Bowl. He literally replied within 2 minutes. You seriously don't get service like that. He said he could be to my house between 9-10 the next morning and he was there right at 9, once again, you don't see service like this.

When he arrived, not only did he seem to know what the issue was before walking in, he took the time to explain to me the inner workings of a water heater and what can fail and why. This is very important to me, rather than just spouting off what is wrong and throwing numbers at you leaving you in the dark as to why you need to pay for something like this.

Hands down, I will never look for another plumber again, I've got his number and will be calling any time I have trouble.

Phenomenal service! We had a bit of a tricky start because it was thought our cartridges in the handles of our tub needed to be replace because we weren't getting much water out of our spout. Upon further inspection from a different employee, Tom, realized there was something actually blocking the water from getting through. Tom and Jeff removed part of our kitchen wall (shared wall w/bathroom and no access) to remove and replace the jerry-rigged job that was done before. Long story short we LOVE Tom and Jeff for restoring our shower to a brand new system. We had a spout diverter w/hose before and now we have an actual shower head coming out of our wall. Cannot wait for a shower tomorrow after the caulking cures. The guys were CLEAN and kept everything in order by using what they needed and removing things to their van when they were done. I cannot forget to give a shout out to Brian, he helped to rearrange everyone's schedule late last Friday for today (Monday) so Tom and Jeff were free to work on our emergency. Brian has kept me in the loop at all times. Mark's Plumbing Service & Repair has gained a customer for life! THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!

Had a tricky project and Mark's plumbing did a great job. They were the most reasonable and did everything to code with permits, which is exactly what I needed.

I recently purchased a house that had galvanized steel piping throughout and one of the cold water runs was plugged. I ended up having everything replaced with PEX and Tom and Jim completed the job in one day. They were prompt, friendly, courteous and most importantly experienced. The job went quickly and I am more than satisfied with the entire process. Thanks guys!

I hired Mark's Plumbing for a major bathroom renovation in my home. First, Mark is very responsive and easy to work with as the company owner. His prices are extremely competitive and he gets a flat rate price quickly with NO surprises. Mark also employs a scheduler, Katrina, who is very responsive and works to accommodate your schedule needs. Finally and best of all- Mark's plumbing staff is top notch. Tim was assigned to my project as the lead and he remained the entire time. Tim did a fantastic job, very communicative on what he is doing and works quickly. Tim has been a plumber his entire life and shows- he knows code inside and out and does a fantastic job. I also had Jeff on my job. Jeff was awesome to work with as well. You and whoever I spoke to in your office have both been professional etc. I should mention: who ever came out to provide the $49 estimate quoted me an insultingly high ~$1400 to fix two leaks. For comparison: I got a licensed plumber to fix them in less than 2 hours for sure for under $400. So: paying for the estimate was infuriating. I'll adjust my review to 3 stars because I understand these things can happen. Have a good summer Mark.

Recommendation and they were very responsive and on time. Affordable and punctual. VERY APPRECIATIVE!! Thank you for fixing our spigot (we tried to do it ourselves but it was too big of a project for us considering the age of the house and location of the spigot).

We used Marks Plumbing for replacing a water heater at our business. We were in a bind and used Google to search for a plumber who could do the job quickly and reasonably. We called three plumbers with high Google ratings. Marks was the most reasonable and I liked his approach and confidence on the phone. There really is a Mark--he's the owner I talked with, and his company did everything we agreed to--in a professional manner, quickly and with no disruption of business. The communication was excellent. We will use Marks in the future for our plumbing needs.

Alex was very thorough and explained what was wrong with my tub. He replaced the cartridge (he wasn’t sure if it was going to come out without breaking) and it didn’t break!!! I would recommend Alex to anyone. Plus, he loves pets. And very LGTBQ friendly.
