We had a terrible leak in a second floor bathroom. We were able to stop it in time by closing the shut off valve. (N.B.: always know where you shut off valves are).
Texted Mari onTuesday afternoon and Mike was here, bright and early Wednesday morning. Great service with reasonable and very transparent pricing. Carefully explained what needed to be done and completed the job efficiently and neatly. Thanks again, My Plumber.
Mike is great to work with and a Master Plumber so he knows his trade well. I would use him again. He is a good value compared to some of the bigger plumber companies. It is best to go on-line and book a service then he or his wife will text you with a few questions and you can text back. Don't expect to call in for service and get a person on the phone right away - there system works best via web site and texting after the service call is locked in on their master calendar that you choose the dates that work best for you.
John and Nick were nice and professional. Roughed in a kitchen remodel and will be back to finish.

I don't think I have used plumbing services that have exceeded expectations until I had the pleasure of calling My Plumber Inc. Mike and Mari are awesome and genuinely care for their customers, add to that the quality work that they do and that is the definition of a great company who values their customers. I would strongly recommend My Plumber Inc if you are in need of plumbing services, you won't be disappointed!
Mike came out Memorial Day weekend to fix a shutoff valve that blew in my basement utility room. Quick response, quality work, fair price and a nice guy too.
I had a great experience with this group. I used their website to schedule an appointment and uploaded the pictures needed. I was really impressed with how quickly Joe was able to fix the leak and to my surprise didn't need to remove any additional subfloor or drywall. He luckily noticed an additional leaky gasket and repaired that promptly. It had slipped my mind to even mention it. Joe's repair was thorough and really helped me out. Will definitely use this group for future plumbing work.

We recently had Mike and his team perform work so we could finish our basement. Mike, and his office manager, were extremely responsive with communication making sure that they were there exactly when they said they would be. If something came up they would text immediately ensuring everyone know what was happening and when.
In talking with Mike and his team I could tell they knew their stuff and wanted to do the job right the 1st time vs quickly and cheaply. I have no doubts that the work that Mike and his team will be trouble free for years to come. In addition to Mike's great work his pricing was very competitive so I didn't feel like I was paying more than needed to get great service and great work.

So wonderful!! I appreciated how they worked with me for scheduling that was quick but worked with my schedule. Mitch was so friendly and efficient - he fixed our laundry sink clog, and gave me tips to help control/prevent a future back up.
As a new home owner I was relieved and amazed at what a positive experience it was using our first plumber!

Was hoping to use this guy as I have many thousands of dollars worth of plumbing work to be done at my new place but I’ve called twice now and have not gotten a returned call. I absolutely despise when companies do not at least call back. Common courtesy, no excuse. 0 stars.

Mike and his crew are awesome. We had them in to replace a kitchen sink, bathroom sink, toilet and hook the water up to our refrigerator. While he was there, the water heater started leaking (it was rusted out), and he took care of that, too! Timely, professional and easy to work with.

I needed two toilets installed. I booked it online. Joe turned up early and was done each time in less than an hour. He did a great job and left the whole area spotless.
He was polite and communicated what he was going to do before he did it. The prices are very reasonable and straightforward. If I could give Joe six stars I would.
I had a plumber fail inspection and then hit me with a ridiculous price to finish the job. I told him to go pound sand and then spoke to the city inspector. He gave me a few names including My Plumber. Mike came in and quickly showed the other plumber was a hack. Not only did he do a great job for a very fair price, but he also took a few minutes to fix some things the other guy did poorly AND waited around for the city inspector to arrive to give everything the all good. The original guy was brought in by a home warranty company and I need to call them and give them the number to these guys instead! Great job.

Highly recommended!! Very good work, and works quickly! Was less than an estimate I got from someone else, and the work was absolutely first rate. No shortcuts by using sharkbite or anything. I try to do my own easy plumbing projects(fixtures and under the sink stuff), but know my limits and Mike will be my go to for future plumbing needs. When I called the number it went to vmail, I texted the number on the message(or I could have left a vmail) so I could attach pictures, and Mari responded almost immediately with their pricing and what times were available. He showed up early and made sure it was done right. I needed my main shutoff valve replaced(in the house), and they worked with the City to arrange the shutoff from outside the house.

These guys are hands down the beset plumbing outfit I've ever used. No BS sky-high bids from some mysterious book. No mandatory trip fee. Instead, they offer a super fair business model where they charge by the hour and bill for the required parts / supplies.
In my case, the job was done in an hour. As for parts / supplies, he only needed 4 inches of pipe and didn't bother adding that as a line item. I gladly paid for the hour, bought my plumber lunch, and sent a text a super successful real estate agent friend of mine letting her know this is the company to refer her customers to. No question this is the only plumbing company I will use going forward.

Seriously the best. I had a really hard time finding a good / reliable plumber. These guys came through and were MORE than reasonable.
We have used My Plumber three times, for a back up sump pump installation, sump replacement and water heater replacement. They were easy to schedule with, friendly, quick and cleaned up when done. Great pricing also ! I’ll use them for all our plumbing needs and would recommend them highly.
On Friday, Dec 16 at 6:30 pm I had a water heater problem and texted My Plumber for help. I received a reply within 5 minutes. Who else is that responsive. Mike arrived at 8:00 am on our scheduled day and immediately found the problem, which was a builder-caused defect in the venting through the attic. He rerouted the vent, curing the problem. In an hour and a half, our water heater was back on and working perfectly. Given the choice, in the future I will ALWAYS use My Plumber!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS, AND ARE ILL INFORMED ABOUT WARRANTY INFORMATION WHEN YOU FINALLY CONNECT WITH THEM AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS.
IN A NUTSHELL, THEY DO NOT BACK UP WHAT THEY HAVE SOLD YOU AND INSTALLED.
PLENTY OF GOOD PLUMBERS OUT THERE. CHOOSE ANYONE BUT THIS ONE.
VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR LACK OF SERVICE, EXCUSES, AND FAILURE TO HONOR A WARRANTY.

I originally scheduled them to replace my garbage disposal. When Joe saw how new the disposal looked, he offered to repair it instead. It ended up costing me the same, but I was able to return the new one I had purchased. He saved me $137!! Joe was courteous and professional. I will go to them for any plumbing issues in the future. I highly recommend Mike's plumbing! Awesome old-fashioned customer service with a personal touch. Nick has been to my house twice and not only did a great job on our faucets, but was very polite, professional, and pleasant to have around. With very fair and reasonable prices and top-notch customer service you can't go wrong!

I have had two other heavily advertised plumbers out to do work and is was mediocre at best. I would recommend my plumber to anyone.
