Harrison was quick to respond when I was dealing with a particularly difficult broken shower valve cartridge that needed to be fixed ASAP. The cartridge had snapped off inside the housing, and I could not get it to budge. Harrison arrived and worked diligently to remove the broken part and replace it with a new one. He was punctual, efficient, and hardworking. I'll certainly be using him again.

I found this local business and I am very glad I did. The main line in our house was clogged and we had very bad backflow flooding the basement. Harrison came and was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and the price for service was very reasonable. He also noticed another issue that our washing machine not draining properly to our sink and resolved it as well. We had a leaking shower spout and they came and changed out the whole pipe line that was plastic due to whomever that first installed the shower when the home was built.. Called and schedule an appointment for today. Guy showed up late. Looked at my water heater and suggested I call another company. Total waste of my time! No hot water, not fixed and now I have to schedule another company to come out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME USING THIS COMPANY.

We were extremely impressed by the gentleman who came very promptly on a Saturday! He gave us two quotes for the two scenarios that could be the problem. The first was much less expensive and the other would have been a process and much more expensive. He wanted us to know in advance that if the one didn’t work he would have to do the other. The first option worked and the cost was so reasonable!!! I highly recommend Harrison Plumbing. We will have other projects in the future and we will definitely be giving our business to Harrison Plumbing!

Barnabas did a great job of replacing all of the components inside the tanks in both of our toilets. Very high quality work at reasonable price. Also explained what he did and why the old components were not working properly. He also advised how to plan on replacing the kitchen sink and faucet system. Barnabas is also a very friendly and helpful person.

I called Harrison Plumbing to install a new faucet and garbage disposal expecting to wait a week or more before he would be able to come out but Barnabas was able to stop by that morning. He looked at the situation and confirmed the price he gave over the phone. The faucet was installed in short order but the garbage disposal was another matter. After a couple hours of struggle he believed the disposal did not have the right part. He called the manufacturer and sent pics of the problem area and the manufacturer concluded the same thing. They agreed to send me a new part and Barnabas came back when the new part arrived. He was able to complete the installation and did a final check to make sure there were no leaks. He was professional in every sense of the word, honest, and clearly knowledgeable. He did not ask for payment until the work was done and he didn’t ask for anything extra in spite of having to come out twice and spending several hours more than usual to install a garbage disposal. I highly recommend Barnabas and Harrison Plumbing.

Actually gave me a quote over the phone, where all other plumbing companies said they needed to charge a fee first- do an assessment and then give a quote. Other companies didn't even give a range for the job. We had a leaking pipe, right after the main switch coming into the house. We had no water. Every other plumber we called would not be able to get over until Monday or Wednesday. That would not work. I went to Google for a recommendation of a plumber in our area. We were lucky he had just finished a job and said he would be out in a half hour. Within a hour we had running water without a leak. He was very professional and did a great job.
