We had Darrell come out for a walk through as I thought we had a leak. He easily could have confirmed my fears & charged me for work that didn't need to be done. If I ever do have a plumbing or HVAC issue, he'll be the first one I call! He was very thorough & gave us lots of good info on preventing issues & explained how a lot of household systems work. THANK YOU!!!

We have had a few plumbing concerns and Water Pros was beyond helpful! They were willing to come same day when we really needed them. They are very responsive, professional and do quality work for a great price! I will be using them for all future plumbing needs!

We've been pushing off the Replacement of a new AC for years now, but this year it seemed that it wasn't going to make it to another summer so we decided to call Parker and Sons. They were very responsive to our call and we didn't have to sit in a 90 degree house for long. They came that day told us that they could repair it (versus telling us first that we need it a new one) and the AC worked pretty good until we decided to get a new AC through them. They got us scheduled for a new AC that same week and we are really excited for our new AC!!! I loved how patient they were in answering my questions and concerns. Thank you Parker & Son's!!!!!

I am so impressed with this company for starters. We had a used mini-split installed in my shop by another company that basically did a horrible job and then did not honor their install warranty. AZ Dukes sent us Chad S….I cannot compliment his professionalism, step by step explanation and his dedication to get a system (I already knew worked great) running perfectly. He checked, re-checked and showed me diagnostics I could understand. What a great tech and I’m sure he was just one example of what this company employs. The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

I’ve used Air and Water Mechanical at the many hotel properties I help manage in the past and have always had an amazing experience. This past week, in 115 degree weather my home AC unit quit working.

Chris came out and was very kind, fixed the issue within a 40 minute time frame and had my AC blowing cold before he left.

Would not even consider using anyone else in future. I had emergency on Thanksgiving day. Jose came asap and had to work hard and long to fix problem. This man had a wife, eight kids and seven grandkids waiting Thanksgiving dinner but Jose treated us as if we were his only concern. The price was exceptionally fair and I was glad to pay it.

Our 3 years air-condition stopped working last week when it's 114° I tried to call the company who installed it. They were out of business because of covid!! I called Frederick & Son and they sent their technician ( Juan) in a few hours, after he checked he told us the compressor stopped working, they could charged us Extra for it but they did not! They replaced it and they just charged us for the labor and they parts they used! They are great hardworking people. We will use them again and again. They are in this business for a long time! Thank you again for your excellent job.
