Technician Steven Bearden replaced the kitchen sink valves. I was not comfortable attempting it myself and I made a good choice as there were some issues I would not have been aware of (seating the valve, reusing the compression ring, etc).

My wife (Alexandria DiDomizio) set an appointment for tiolet replacement and potential clogged drain. The tech (Gerry Chaffin) was both professional and personable! He displayed a true willingness to assist, while educating us on specifics about drains, flow, etc. At this stage, we are completely satisfied with our new toliet, and especially the service providef by Gerry!

I broke an outside water spicket today, and called Rooter Hero. Their plumber showed up on time and walked me through every scenario. He even asked me if I wanted to watch the repair he would do and I did. He talked me through every part of this job and was very professional. Did I mention it was 108 degrees today. True professional, thank you Josef Yarmas for all your help and courtesy.

I called and requested a drain cleaning on 10/10/22 (There was a coupon for a $77 drain cleaning) and the technician (Alfredo Ramirez) showed up in a timely manner, but that's the only thing that went well. He didn't touch my drains at all, just opened my sewer clean out, looked in it, and said I needed a $2500 hydro-jetting. I asked him if he was going to clean the drains and he said there was no point because it wouldn't work on the level of build up in my pipes. He then charged me the $77.00 even though he didn't do anything. The next day I bought a $3 hair removal tool from Wal-Mart and got my drains flowing again. A local plumber just came to my house this morning (10/12/22) and said he didn't need to do anything, I had done a good enough job, and we can call him if the drains get slow again and he will snake them for $100.00 per drain. The technician didn't do what he charged me for and attempted to pressure me into an expensive service I didn't need, I will warn everyone I talk to about this company.

Peter was great! He was able to get me going through a clogged kitchen sink with company over and then came back the next day after it was stuck again and fixed it for good. Stellar customer service knowledgeable and cool.

We called Rooter Hero the evening we were trying to give the water heater its yearly flushing out. (Later learned we were suppose to be doing that twice a year) We discovered the leak at that point. Josef the manager came out personally to assess the situation. That is when I learned that the handyman who did my last repair on the water heater was quite creative in his repair work (Discovered the same level of creatively when it came to the garbage disposal that died the next day.) So unfortunately the weekend this all happened was the same weekend the place to pick up the new water heater and garbage disposal was closed for inventory. Everytime there was an update on when we would be able to get the new equipment. Josef came to tell me in person and to make arrangments for when the work would get done.
For the last five years I have dealt with handymen and professional companies that have done shody work, not return to finish the job etc.
Josef was honest with me from the start as to what the situation was , the choices I had and the predictable consequences that would likely be the results depending on what course of action I choose. I am a straight forward , honest person and appreciate Josefs honesty and straight foeward approach along with the Rooter Hero Co. that came through with their word that they were going to make this situation right! Finally I have a plumbing service I can count on and put into my cell phone permanently. Thanks Kelly Bakker

Mr. Jalal Judai did a very thorough job unclogging our garbage disposal and flushing it. He cleaned up under sink after repair. He was very competent in diagnosing what needed to be done to resolve problem. Thank you.

Dillon was AMAZING! He worked quickly and was so friendly. I had mistakenly flushed paper towels, and he reassured me that we all make that mistake and I had no reason to feel embarrassed. It was wonderful working with him, I already have Rooter Hero’s number saved for my next plumbing emergency!

Peter was on time, had a game plan and figured out the problem quickly. With a family of 3 kids under 8 time is of the essence, Peter was on top of it.

Came the same day, water leak in wall pipe burst
Arranged everything that needed to be done. Plumbing completed. Waiting for wall and floor to dry out before rest of repairs to be done.

Definitely recommend. Very through and communicated everything. Went above and beyond service. Joseph not only found and replaced our broken water heater but alerted us about a gas line break that could have been terrible as my elderly father was gone alone at the time

I was having an inconsistent problem with my water heater. After looking things over Josef explained the possible causes and why he'd settled on one cause vs another as being the culprit (process of elimination). He is very knowledgeable and I appreciated the explaination of possible causes as well as an explanation of all options moving forward. He finds good quality solutions while keeping in mind a budget.

We have used this company twice now in the last 2 years for different things. They are amazing! Great prices (flat fees not hourly) and both the technicians we've had (coincidentally both named Isaac lol) have been wonderful. Isaac today was extremely polite and professional and we were very thankful to have him! Thank you for everything... we will def use them again, we cannot recommend them enough!

Gerry got here, walked me through why a lot of people who have come and gone, all never even looking inside after seeing something about our drains, and then gave me pricing for the repairs, which were a bit cheaper than I had expected. We talked while he worked, he was quick, friendly, and went about his way.

Guy was friendly and human not many people remember we're human and don't like robots

I was disappointed I was unable to use my $77 coupon, but understood why our drain did not qualify once Jerry explained it to me and my wife. I had. Coupon for $77.00 to unclog my bathroom drain.
My technician was suppose to be here between 11:00-1:00 on Saturday. They had technician problems. It would have been after 6:00 pm, so I asked if we could move to Sunday.
I was told 9:00 A technician would be here, then it was 9:30. John showed up at 10:00.
Evidently I do not under.stand lplumbing.

I paid $175.00. & it’s over with.

Spring a leak in the pipe to my shower. Technician had to remove the shower and tub to fix the leak. Work was well done, reasonably priced and performed quickly.

I called off a coupon $77 residential drain cleaning -- That didnt work - Apparently my house is $1300 ? and it was supposed to come with a free camera inspection -- I paid 250 -- to get one of my mains cleaned but not the $1300 one - no camera was used -- They did locate the pipe like I ordered- in about 5 minutes - then did not snake or camera the drain- Was only interested in giving me a $7500 quote for new bath plumbing - The estimate btw does not say anything - just $7500d-- Was stood up for 2 days as well -had appointments missed- And I had to pay the $250 up front -- Not the best company I have ever used - and will not be calling back

Needed some gas line ran, came up with a good price for us and say it could be installed in a days time. Our tech Josef was very quick to respond, super professional and had great pride in his work which was very nice to heard. I appreciate them working quickly and with minimal holes needed to run the gas line. They originally quoted us that a ceiling hole was required to run the line in the kitchen but to my surprise and enjoyment they only needed to create a hole near the stove and that was it. Super friendly and straightforward guy, would definitely recommend using them again.

Gerry was very friendly and pleasant. Assessed the problem quickly, told us what he needed to do, and quoted us a price. Once we gave approval he got to work and explained what he was doing as he worked on unclogging the drain. He tested the drain, it drained and we were very satisfied with his work.
