Had Weather Master Inc. install my ac unit. They were on time and did exactly what they said they were going to do and very professional. I love the unit they installed and was pleased with all the communication with the office people. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing their service.

Daniel Dunlap is the person that came out and helped my family and I. The first interaction we had with him he kept assuring me that he would get a solution for me that same day. At that point I had been dealing with my property management for a little over a month and had sent about 6 technicians to look at the issue and none could find what the problem was or how to solve it. They are very responsive and communicate well with you as the client. Daniel explained the whole process in detail and in a way I could understand. I am very pleased with his service, I am glad he is working there!

Our first experience with them went so smooth that we called them a few years later knowing that they also offer plumbing services.

They installed our AC unit & thermostat. They were very quick & professional! It’s now been 6 years and zero problems with it.

A couple of years ago our daughter was taking a shower and she was too rough with the handle …it broke off and water was spraying everywhere. I wasn’t sure what to do or how I was going to fix it so I called Weather Masters and they sent a plumber to our home right away! I don’t remember the plumbers name but he was kind, friendly and fixed our little disaster right away!

Our technician was Chris. He kept us well informed as to the problem we were having with our thermostats not holding the temperature. He explained the situation thoroughly and what corrections needed to be made. He was very professional and efficient.

I hadn't ever had my AC system serviced in the 6 years I have lived in my home. The system is likely 18-20 years old.
I called Weathermasters and Jason came out and did a thorough inspection. He found one issue that could cause problems for my motor down the road, but was completely up front that my system was currently running fine. There was no high pressure to sell me the new part. (I did choose to have the part replaced.)
He also took time to answer all my questions about my current system and gave me a quote on replacement when the need arises down the road.

In the past we have used Weather Masters for plumbing work and have a maintenance plan for A/C service with them. In August of 2022 Weather Masters replaced our A/C heat pump and improved the ducking in our home. We are complete satisfied with their service and a big thank you to Mr. Keith Harris their service and installation manager.

I have used Weather Masters for several years. Yesterday I had a good experience with HVAC Repair Tech Keith who was able to describe what caused the problem we were having and he had the unit back up and running in a couple hours. Also, the scheduling is efficient as we called after hours at 6PM and they had the tech scheduled and unit repaired by late morning the next day. I keep coming back as they have always been quick to respond and fair with price. They are an honest company.

I've had Weather Masters fix both our A/C and some plumbing problems and they did amazing at both. The technicians are knowledgeable, polite, and communicated very well with us. Awesome company and super impressed!

I don’t even have words to express how grateful I am. I rent and have had an ongoing plumbing issue since moving in 6 months ago. Every 2-3 weeks our drain clogs, the property management sends out a plumber, then 2-3 weeks later REPEAT! Today they FINALLY sent a new company and we got Dan. Dan was thorough and although when entering he initially said that house was old, cast iron pipes, sludge etc. But he actually took the time to dive DEEP and he solved this mystery! Thanks to his patience and attention to detail he uncovered our plumbing was not installed in compliance with code, in fact it’s been done horribly wrong and this is why no matter what we do, the pipes continue to drain. I’m so happy I literally have tears as I write this, I don’t think anyone knows how frustrating it is to not be able to use your kitchen, washing machine, and sometimes even the shower for multiple days every single month. We plan to buy when our lease is up and we absolutely come back to this company!

Weather Masters has been absolutely amazing. They have worked on 4 different properties for me and they always show up on time, explain to me what is wrong and I have always been happy with the price. In fact one time a renter called another AC company before letting me know there was an issue and they gave the renter a huge quote. Great service

We had them install two AC mini split units last year. There were some corners cut during the install that resulted in two return visits to fix, including water leaks after a two storms (one unit was installed on the roof and the sealing wasn't sufficient). We just had them come out almost a year later to service one unit that was leaking condensation, possibly due to a dirty filter nobody ever told us existed or we need to clean. As part of that service call they replaced a condensation pump that the technician acknowledged was new in the box but had been sitting in his van for a year so he wasn't sure how it would run. A few days in it works well but is much louder than the previous pump. Writing this review makes me really question why I'm still giving them 3 stars, but they're all nice people and the units have worked well.

These people are the greatest! I typically either forget to leave reviews or am too lazy to do so. Therefore, if I do take the time to leave a review, it's heartfelt. Highly recommended!

Weather Masters Plumbing LLC was sent out to my newly rented home over the summer. Knowing this was an irrigation issue and not a plumbing issue, I was not at all surprised when Brent was unable to resolve the issue.

But here is where Brent's true nature shined through... Despite being unable to fix the irrigation issue, Brent noticed that there was a large amount of water flowing through the house, even after the irrigation was shut off. I imagine many plumbers wouldn't even have looked to see if this was happening once they realized they couldn't fix the issue they were dispatched to resolve. Brent took the time to walk around the property to see if there was a noticeable leak and then spoke to me about water running in the home. (There was no *known* water running at that time.)

Needless to say, I was more than a little panicked! I had only moved into the home just shy of two weeks earlier. I hadn't noticed any leaks, but I had reported strange seemingly plumbing related noises on the day I moved in. Once he received approval from the landlord to enter the home to determine what was causing so much water to be flowing through the house, Brent very quickly recognized that the noises were related to a water softener. In a short amount of time, he found that there had been a water softener installed in the crawl space above the garage and that this water softener had been removed without properly capping the pipes. (Or something along those lines. I'm not a plumber. Ask Brent. 😉 )

Brent turned the water off to the home, per my request, and then finally received approval to return two days later to fix the problem and restore the water flow to the home. Were it not for Brent and the confidence he instilled in me, this would have been an even more stressful situation for me. Brent was the absolute best plumber that could have been sent out to my home. I'm sure other plumbers at Weather Masters are wonderful, but I'm not sure that any of them can hold a candle to Brent. I will literally never forget him and will recommend Weather Masters Plumbing LLC to anyone who will listen.

Weather Masters came out to change the filter for our R/O system. They were on time and the technician texted me when he was on his way along with a picture so I knew who to expect. I felt safe with him in my phone. When the system started acting up again, they sent another technician out for I charge to fix something that was missed the first time around. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs.

We had Keith out to look at an airflow issue on an addition that was put on our house . He was very knowledgeable, thorough and got the job done ! Also he installed our Nest thermostat for us while he was here !
We also appreciate calling into the office and getting a live person… and one that you can hear the smile in her voice ! Allie is awesome !

During one of the hottest days in Arizona, the air conditioner stopped working. When told that my wife was bedbound, Weather Masters had a crew at the house within an hour and the unit was fixed within 3 hours. Weather Masters went out of their way to make sure that my wife would be able to stay in her own bed that night. This is not the first time that they have continued to provide outstanding service.

This place was great! I called two other plumbers prior and weather masters came out the same day (when the other places said it would take them 2 days to come out) and charged me $100 less then what the other plumbers estimated. Extremely incompetent do not use. They are dangerous. If a coil is frozen and you need to get to it ask to use a hose don't tell the people to wait in over 100 degrees for 12 hours, we contacted a competent company and they are actually taking care of it.

Never called them, either got the number wrong from a legitimate caller or on a phishing expedition. Regardless

After our AC went out on Friday night, Weather Masters was able to stop by our house on a Saturday and diagnose the problem within a few minutes. No less than an hour later Scott was able to fix our problem. Scott was knowledgeable, courteous, and didn't complain once about having to work on the weekend. The pricing was reasonable and the service was fantastic. I've recommended Weather Masters to my friends and families!

I had the Plumbers come out repair the heating element in my hot water heater. They took the time to flush the water heater and educate me things I can do to make my water heater last longer.

Had Weather Masters come out to my home when I heard they were offering an AC inspection and tune up. The technician was great. He didn't just get up there and poke around only to come down to tell me it was time to settle up. He and I went on the roof together and he walked me through the system and let me know where I should have the system serviced. He didn't try to push me into getting the work done. In fact he told me I'm good for the time being but that they were suggestions. I would use these guys again. Very reputable company.

I called WM shortly after 8 a.m.; I had an appt scheduled and tech was here shortly after 9 a.m.! I received a text with the tech's photo saying he was on his way. Very professional! The tech, Dwayne, was professional, friendly, answered all our questions as well as providing additional helpful information, not only about the unit he serviced, but about the second unit as well. Used WM since 2003; was with a different company for a short time, but happy to be back with WM. Excellent customer service that goes above and beyond! Thank you.

I have never dealt with a more honorable classy business. I have 2 units on my house and 1 went bad in the middle of the night on a weekend. It was 111 degrees and we had a new little baby. Needless to say I needed my AC fixed pronto! I called my AC company and they could not get there until Monday. I pleaded with them and they were almost rude and could not come till Monday. Desperate, I called my neighbor and asked who he used. He gave me the number for Weathermasters. Called weather masters mid afternoon on a Staurady and spoke to Allie. In less than a hour, technician, Keith showed up to look at our AC unit. Great customer service. I don't live in az full time. Needed a company that could provide a bid and install a new A/C unit/heat pump within 48 hours. Weather Masters was recommended to me and I see why. Very happy with their service. Keith is very knowledgeable and clearly explained our options and what was involved in the install. Keith and his team (Jumall & Juan?) showed up on time and finished the same day. Cleaning up as they left. I would highly recommend this company.

Weather Masters is the only company I trust to do my yearly routine maintenance on my A/C. The techs that has come out has always been informative since I know NOTHING about how an AC works other then the on/off switch.
Also very kind around the fact they I have 2 excited little dogs.
He doesn't just tell me I need a new AC filter, he replaces it for me while he is there (with my own filter provided)

Great People!!!

I hate giving bad reviews. It's not my favorite thing. We called this company to get our AC repaired they misdiagnosed it and told us we needed a new unit or we could try to charge it back up. We decided on charging it back up because we are having issues with our landlord. We call them a couple days after the initial estimate, which cost $80. They tell us they send us a tech in the AM, okay mid-day, we call and ask again, they say oh sorry around 2-5pm, the tech show up a little after 5pm and tells us, they can't do it because they don't have the freon they need. I don't understand how since they were aware according to the estimate that it takes r-22.

So we have to wait another day. They tell us midday and he comes again way after 5pm. He climbs up and then climbs down and tells us he can't recharge the system because it is frozen. We are obviously overheated and frustrated. We asked why we weren't informed to let it defrost and he said well it wasn't like this when we came the first time when you should have repaired it. Okay we couldn't repair it because our landlord is refusing to, thanks for the back talk. We ask if they can do it tomorrow and he says we are booked two weeks in advance. WE HAVE NO AC. If you are THAT booked then don't take clients in.

After that tech left I had a bad feeling. So I called another company, who came after hours the same day and offered a free estimate. He told me they could just use water on the unit to melt the frozen part!!! He said he'd send someone how because he thought the estimate sounded weird. Came out that day. They properly diagnosed it. We didn't need a new unit.

One positive is the dispatcher is amazing and kind, love her. The tech? He needs to learn some customer service skills.

Our office building lost A/C mid-July and these guys were on it! Chris was our tech. Extremely responsive, clean, and professional. They've come through for me twice now, so a shout-out is long overdue

I have received great service from this company, I highly recommend! They are easy to reach by phone and keep you updated on your technician’s arrival. Dwayne did a great job! Our A/C went out and we gave them a call to which they speedily scheduled a time to come assess the issue. They were amazing with finding out our unit had a leak and quickly repaired it. They had even gave guidance on how to help our system be more efficient.

Great company

Excellent communication from the start. Beginning with a text informing me of our appointment date/time. I also received a call the morning of by the technician Dwayne letting me know he was on his way. Dwayne was professional, courteous and cleaned up after himself. He explained his recommendations after our bi-annual tuneup without pressuring me. They have a VIP program that allows the customer to receive discounts on services and parts. Nice to have a contractor show up and one you can trust!

Good Attitude and Quality service is what these guys are all about. They replaced one of the A/C units in my house and I was blown away at the attention to detail and attitude that everyone had. A/C work in AZ is no joke and can be no fun, and these guys were nothing but smiles! Only company you should ever call if you need help with your A/C or heater.

My highest compliments are competence and no drama. Weather Masters installed the HVAC system in 2017. I had to call them once before and they were very thorough in addressing the odd problem. And they came today: they were competent and thorough again. I appreciate the use of technology to let me know when technician was on his way with his picture included. I have now signed up for service plan. No drama and good work!

On time & communicated well the entire time. Charged a fair price and when it was discovered that some of the scope of work had reduced they adjusted the cost to more accurately reflect the work to be performed.

I will use them again in the future for my home or business needs.

I've had extensive experience with Weather Masters. First I have contracted them for quarterly maintenance and replacement of multiple aging units at commercial buildings I am in charge of. Their techs are on time and professional. On a few occasions I've also had my home units go out, always on hot summer days/evening, what else would you expect? I've had to call at 5pm on a Friday and they were able to get a tech out that night to get us back up and running. I've also called later and got their after hours person. Although I wasn't able to get a tech out that night , they were out in the morning and got us up and running. Something my family and I were thankful for. If you call and get Allie, she is amazing!

Weather Masters went far and above fixing our 40 year old gas furnace . Keith Harris was the the tech guy that came out. He spent many hours here and was determined to figure it out.

Called Weather Master on a warranty call when my unit stopped working. Chris was prompt to show up. Diagnosed the problem was my compressor, replaced it then found the other issues, repaired them and stayed into the night until the unit was working properly. Brandon also came out to help Chris when he needed it. Not once did I hear any excuses from them or any doubt that they would get the unit working. Both were very professional and hardworking people and they kept me informed as to what they were doing. Great job guys!

I was really bummed when my water heater quit working on a Saturday morning. I looked at the manufacturer's website to find an authorized repair contractor. I started contacting them, and most of them never got back to me. Weather Masters however got right back to me and I got on their schedule in a very timely fashion. Because I didn't consider this an emergency, I was worried it may take some time to ge a plumber out to fix it. These guys were very quick and responsive to come get it taken care of. When the tech arrived (which was right on time), he was polite and professional and got the job done very quickly and the price was VERY reasonable. I was very happy with Weather Masters from start to finish! Highly recommend!!

I don't know where to start. When we bought the unit, they offered to throw in a cleaning on our old unit. It's 10 years old, so that seemed like a good idea. The tech came out, was not friendly at all, he went up in the attic for 45 minutes. At one point I heard him on the phone complaining about the job. Came down and told me he couldn't do the job. He then had the nerve to ask me for the final payment. I told him I wasn't paying until the job was complete. He got angry at me and stormed out. Fast forward a couple months into the peak heat of the summer, the unit takes a really long time to start cooling. I timed it, starts blowing air at 97 degrees, takes 2.5 minutes just to blow air at room temperature, then 7.5 minutes to reach the coolest air. Runs for another 2.5 minutes and shuts off. Repeats this cycle every ten minutes. Hardly seems efficient for the most efficient, most expensive unit they sell. I called three times last week to discuss with the service manager to see if something seemed wrong to him. I was told each time they were short staffed and he was in the field. I called again yesterday and got the same story. I was told the best way to ensure I could speak with him was to schedule a service appointment. The only time they had available was 3-7 pm today. Got a text at 6 pm saying the same tech I had all the issues was on his way. WTH?!? They're happy to sell you a unit and take your money, but their service leaves a lot to be desired!

Driver almost crashed into us because he was busy on his cell phone and not paying attention! I wouldn't use them because if they are that oblivious and inattentive to their driving then I'm sure they show that same quality in their workmanship!
