The salesperson was great however he did not measure the area I had for an air conditioner outside so hey had to put it in an area bye the back window and said they would be back in the winter to move it to where I wanted it. Also have a noisy fan in the Attic rattled after they left but they said they would be back to repair that. If they had only measured where to put the outside unit I would be happy with them

They were highly recommended by a friend of mine who had service done by them before. Their estimator and the technicians were very polite and patiently answered all of my questions regarding the new air conditioners in a professional manner. The technicians cleaned up very well after themselves once the installation was done. The office crew were very polite and courteous as well. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience I had in working with Plumbing Medic. I purchased a tankless, natural gas, high-efficiency hot water heater.Shortly after the project began, they ran into a couple of unexpected snags with the installation... having to do with the particulars of the somewhat irregular way in which my house was supplied by natural gas. Through no fault of their own, the project took longer than expected... but they stuck with it until it was absolutely perfect.They went quite far beyond what typically passes for professionalism these days, in a very good way.They were extraordinarily courteous, and very easy to work with... ( everyone, but in particular Mike and Tami ).Unfortunately, it seems exceptional these days to find a company willing to place principles before profits... but Plumbing Medic, actually operates this way.It may sound corny, but what a refreshing difference.They have my highest unqualified recommendation.Call these guys first.They definitely deserve your business.

We were afraid to call a plumber as the previous plumber cost us a fortune. And he said that an additional problem (a pin head hole in the tub/shower copper pipe for the spigot) would have to be repaired by cutting a hole in the wall and replacing the pipe. $$$$$$$ You repaired it in a half hour and NO hole in the wall. Thank you so much.

What a SCAM!!!
I recently called Isley's because my A/C went out. They sent a repairman out the next morning who accurately diagnosed the problem, my blower motor was not functioning. He told me it would cost around $2800 to fix, IF they could get the parts...then advised me i might be better off replacing my system 11 yr. old system with a new one... for about $19,000. THAT they could install next day. keep in mind, it is 100 degrees and I have no A/C..when i told him I want to shop around, he then admitted i could probably find a unit for closer to 12k if i talked to one of their salespeople. It was at this time i realized he is not really a repair man, he doesn't want to fix my A/C, he wants to sell me a new one.
Frustrated, i paid him for his call and dialed up another company we had used previously. They came out and repaired my system, on a Sunday, for $800. Isley's comes highly rated so i was surprised how shady they were. Not only did they try to sell me an overpriced unit, but their repair quote was 3.5 x more than the other company.
Isley's displayed zero professionalism or genuine desire to fix my A/C. They were predatory in their sales tactics and will never use them again.
Be forewarned.

I had Frederick and Sons out for an A/C unit repair that stopped working. They were able to repair the unit at a reasonable cost. I have used them multiple time for A/C repairs and plumbing repairs. They have always been fair and honest. They have also worked on my mom's home and were significantly less expensive than other competitors.

On a new build the brand new AC unit they installed required repairs after a few weeks. They sent a guy, he added freon, fine. One year after installation it stops working again. We call, this time the receptionist said they know it's an emergency but the soonest time they will come is in 3-4 days. A few days later the guy investigates, says the compressor is busted, and he won't even order the part until we give them $1800. Their warranty apparently doesn't cover parts, even if they cause them to break, only labor to an extent. I'm pretty sure they just hike the price of the parts to offset the labor. If you are buying a unit that uses chas Roberts for AC, set aside an extra few thousand dollars because it's almost guaranteed that you will need it. I love my house, but I hate feeling like there is a ticking time bomb looming because of chas Roberts.
