I have a big tree growing over my main sewer drain and roots kept clogging it. Jerry and Robert replaced the drain line, going around the tree. Dug a 6-foot trench. Job took 2 days, and you can hardly see where they dug. Good price for a big job.

I used this company to replace the main water shutoff valve for the house. The office was responsive to my initial call. The plumber arrived within the scheduled time and was open to explaining a few options to me so I could keep the cost down (as the job was potentially more complex than just cutting out the old valve and installing a new one.

We have always called Hansen Family Plumming with little issues and theyvare phenominal. Then we had a main water line burst in our front yard. They set us up with an early appointment next day with Mark. He gave us options and shot us straight. They replaced the line quickly and cleaned everything up perfectly in a few hours. Hansen is always my only call for Plumming needs and they really showed up big time for me this time!

These guys are great! Mark came out and helped fix the leaky tub faucet in my house. Couldn't have been more satisfied. He took his time and was thorough. Even cut an access panel in the dry wall very carefully in order to minimize damage. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My mom's house needed new shutoff valves. The plumber I previously used surprised me with a high estimate. Hanson Family Plumbing gave a much more reasonable estimate and they followed that up with friendly, professional service. We will be calling HFP in the future.

I couldn't be happier with the service that was provided throughout the entire process. I called on a Saturday to have someone take a look at a number leaks I discovered the night before. Jerry came out on the same day. He was very kind. I told him he was the first person to come out and I wanted to have others take a look at it too. He was very understanding and even tightened something to temporarily make the leaking stop. He was the only one that could come out on Saturday. Everyone else I had to set up time for the upcoming Monday. Turned out that the price Jerry provided was around the same price range but on the lower end. I decided to move forward with the work and it was beyond my expectations. I thought I would only get one of the three things fixed but he fixed all three and I got a discount! Had garbage disposal blocked with a stainless steel cup that stuck in real tight. After taking a stab at it to repair ourselves, we gave up. Called Hansen Family Plumbing and Air and they had same day availability thankfully. I later had to reschedule at a different time on same day due to other priorities but they were able to accommodate without any issue.

Mason and his buddy did great job removing the steel cup without damaging the garbage disposal. They left the place clean. I hope I won't run into such issues but if I do I will surely use their services in future.

I appreciate that they were proactive about it and got it handled quickly. They earned back a star for being friendly and understanding and proactive.

Original review 3/2/23: I found this business through Yelp and wanted a quote for a part on my a/c that needs to be replaced. I wasn't told there would be a charge for them to come out and give me a quote (seriously who charges for a quote?) so was caught off guard when they wanted to charge me for diagnostics I didn't need because I already know what the problem is. Then they quoted me for an entire system replacement on a unit that's not even 7 years old and didn't quote me for what I asked for. The tech stated that the unit wasn't blowing hot air out of the top and that's why it needs replaced. It's 54 degrees outside of course it's not going to blow hot air out of the top. I'm pretty irritated that I paid money for a service I didn't need/want and got useless information in return. I won't be using these folks for anything in the future.

We are in a pickle with our home warranty company (American Home Shield - don’t use ever) as they denied our claim on a inspection that miss-diagnosed our AC issue. Needless to say we wanted a second opinion from a reputable company and all of the positive reviews led me to the Hansen Family. They came out first thing the following day from when I first called. John was on time, polite, and cordial. He took the time to look at our AC unit, including the issue the other AC company said was the problem - went outside and tested the Freon and cooling and found the true issue. He was very informative and explained the issue and quoted the repair and offered to fix on the spot.

If the repair was not as big if an issue as it is we would have done right then and there. However, due to the problem we are stuck fighting with our home warranty company.

However, we are due for new units soon and will definitely use the Hansen Family. In additions to any repairs that need to be done as they have 5 star customer service!

My first interaction with Hansen Family Plumbing and Air was when I contacted them with a HVAC terminology question, as I tried to suss out whether or not my home warranty company was trying to pull a fast one on me. (They were.) Jessica was able to get my question over to Dan, who called me back very quickly and was more than happy to spend his time answering my questions even though I had explained to him that I would not be able to use his company since the home warranty company decided which contractor would perform the work.

A few days later, after battling with my home warranty company and the contractors they had sent out, I reached out to Hansen Family again to request that they come out and give me an estimate for the repair.

They were able to get me an appointment the same day, and I once again had the pleasure of working with Dan. He was out at my place within an hour, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He and I discussed my options and my budget, and Dan was able to offer a whole new system to me at an outstanding price. Even better, they were able to offer an appointment to install it the next day.

Dan and his team showed up on time the next day, and replaced my entire HVAC system. Everyone on the team was incredibly professional, knowledgable, and showed great care towards my home and the people and things in it. They took the time to explain next steps, and asked me to contact them when I switched from heating to cooling so they could re-check the system and refrigerant levels to ensure that I have a comfortable summer.

Later that evening, well after normal business hours, I noticed some unexpected behavior and I reached out to Dan directly who was happy to help me out and explain things to me.

Even though Hansen Family Plumbing and Air has completed their work, Dan is still working with me to make sure that the home warranty company gets everything they need from me so that I can be reimbursed for some of the work that was done.

The Trane system they installed has a great warranty, and I trust that Hansen Family Plumbing and Air stands behind their work. As part of the replacement, I also was enrolled in their membership program which includes one free annual plumbing inspection. I’ve already scheduled that, and I look forward to using Hansen Family again for some small plumbing jobs around the house.

If I had to do things all over again, I would absolutely choose Hansen Family. Their service is outstanding, and pricing is unbeatable. I’m extremely happy with the quality of their work, materials, and the units they install.

Don't call another plumber! Call these guys first. I wish I had. I had another company come out (after two days of trying to get them out) and then they wouldn't do the work because they didn't know how to install the disposal we had purchased.

We called Hansen and they sent out a technician the next morning. They sent us a text to let us know their new guy Chuy was on his way. He did such a good job, and had no problem with installing everything we had. He even got the clamps in for the sink that the other plumber said would be impossible to install.

All in all, Chuy is Hansen's newest tech and he made the other company look like rookies. These guys are doing it right.

We will keep Hansen's info for all our future plumbing needs!

Very happy with the service I received from Mark Lawson. Very prompt, responsive and resolved my problem quickly at a reasonable rate. Highly recommend!!

Long story short: Hansen Family Plumbing is very unprofessional, they use inferior materials (shark bites) and left a mess. Amateur work at best, would not use again.

Long story long: I had 2 hose bibs replaced as well as the main water shutoff. The kid that showed up without a mask and smoking a vape had no idea what he was doing. He had to call several people to even give me the original quote of $615. After going to get the parts he then told me it was going to be $650 because the parts cost more than he thought. Against my better judgement but pressed for time, I still proceeded. After he was done he then said the $650 was the cash only price and to pay with card would be more. He did not install the quarter turn valves that I specifically asked for, debris and garbage from the job was left in my yard. Last but not least, they used A shark bite on the main line coming into the. There may or may not be better technicians at this company but don’t take the chance on who they might send to your house.

I’ve hired HFPA twice to help with a bathroom water damage recovery. My technician for both jobs was Jerry H. The first visit was to replace a broken toilet flange, the second to replace a broken drain trap; move a few bathroom supply valves; and install a bathtub.

Toilet Flange: I took a few bids for the toilet flange. Jerry’s was neither the highest nor the lowest, but Jerry instilled the highest confidence of the lot. He did not talk over me––a technique unscrupulous technicians use to upsell the difficulty of a job––nor did he dumb it down. Appreciatively, Jerry was straightforward, and did not try to sell me something I did not need––one plumber went as far as suggesting we replace all of the cast iron in the house. Bye Felicia. The flange repair went without a hitch; Jerry was done in just under two hours.

Bathtub: When it was time to install the bathtub there was no point in calling any other plumber. I called Hansen and asked for Jerry. That’s how it’s supposed to work, right? Do a good job at a fair price and you’ve locked in a customer. Jerry explained everything he needed to do without inflating the job or dumbing it down. Again, straightforward. He replaced the tub’s trap, installed the tub, and extended the copper for the tub spout about 8 inches or so. He moved a few supply lines a couple of inches to accommodate the douchey sink and toilet I bought––pretty but not so easy to install––and gave me some tips on how to install the devices once I close up the walls. During his seven hours Jerry was friendly without being obtrusive––my spouse works from home and had meetings all day––but he was not creepily quiet, either. I had a few add-ons which he quoted before we started, so when the bill came there were no surprises. Hansen even honored my military service with a 5% discount.

I recommend Hansen as one of the few companies from my initial round of bids that bothers to answers their phone––even on the week-end––and responds almost instantaneously to email. This seems like Business 101, but customers should not have to hunt you down and harass you to give them your money. Hansen’s prices are competitive––they are not the highest nor the lowest––and when the bill comes you will not be surprised by random upcharges. I recommend Jerry as someone I’d hire for a job, give him the keys if I could not be here, and trust him to lock up when he leaves.

This company has been amazing over the last couple of weeks! We have had to call them out multiple times due to clogs and reclogs. (Be assured the reclogs had NOTHING to do with their quality of work but ended up being an issue with our plumbing.) They came out within 24-48 hours with each call and once the source of the problem was discovered, came out a second time the same day to resolve it completely after having to pick up the parts/supplies to properly fix it. I HIGHLY recommend them and will be keeping their number handy for any future issues we may encounter!

Technicians are prompt, friendly, honest, and performed good work. When I had a small issue after one job, the owner called from his cell and promptly attended to the matter. Hansen Family inspected our new house’s sewage pipes before purchase & later did a good job installing a water-pressure limiter & new main water shutoff valve. We also hired the company to inspect our HVAC system. The technicians haven’t tried to up-sell us and have told us when certain work we inquired about wasn’t necessary. They can be expensive for smaller jobs, but prices for larger jobs is fair and inline with that of other plumbers we’ve used. Will hire again.

If you’re like me and have been scouring the internet, searching various service providers in order to find an ideal company to complete your home project, I would strongly urge you to stop the search and give Hansen Family a call. You’ll thank yourself later! My family and I moved to AZ a little over a year ago and since then have had a substantial amount of work done to our home. Like most families, we’ve had some not-so-great experiences with contractors and learned some hard lessons in getting-what-you-pay-for. Fortunately, we came across Hansen Family for one of our home projects and they have provided an exceptional experience! This isn’t a cut and dry review about a one and done, in and out, job; rather an exemplary demonstration of stellar customer care and truly going above and beyond for customer satisfaction. After the AC unit for our basement went out, Hansen Family was one of the companies that came out to assess. From the get-go they were professional, courteous and prompt. We decided to go with them and they installed the new setup quickly and without hassle. Unfortunately, there was a bit of an issue after the install that resulted in a leak. I understand that complex installations like this can produce unforeseen outcomes, so I wasn’t too bothered, however, I did want to be sure the issue was fixed. I reached out to Hansen Family about the issue and they promptly went to work to fix the problem. In a strange turn of events, the problem persisted, despite the technicians best efforts. However, Hansen Family was there at every call and did not hesitate to send someone out and attempt to make things right. This most recent, and likely final, fix from Hansen Family included an entire unearthing of the original install and subsequent redo of the complex unit. The valuable point I want to portray to anyone in search of a home services provider in my area, is that Hansen Family is a company you can trust and one that will truly do all they can to make things right. I am completely confident that, had we originally gone with someone else, and ran into a similar issue, or worse, we would be up to our eyes with grief. Hansen Family is a quality organization with quality people that truly care about their customers and can be trusted. In short, I would highly recommend Hansen Family services to anyone. Thank you!

They have done a lot at my old house: installed a new water heater, installed a new sump pump, unclogged many drains, installed a faucet (not a job we could do because the old faucet had to be sawed off) and many things I've forgotten. Really hate to leave terrible reviews, but this company deserves it. Called to get a simple quote over the phone. Lady refused to give me an estimate. REQUIRED TO SEND SOMEONE OVER
So, fine...send over your tech. Once there, takes everything apart to do the quote. The j pipe needed to be replaced and he wants to charge $500. His time to come to the job (which I didn't want to begin with) plus part. This is a $7 part.
I said that was too high. So he left. Didn't put anything back together. Totally raged. Do not use this plumber.

We’re new homeowners and just moved in a week ago. All the drains in the house including tubs and showers were slow to drain. I called on Saturday and was scheduled for Monday morning between 8am-10am. The woman I spoke with was patient, quick and kind.

I was expecting it to be closer to 10am and around 8:15am I received a text that Technician Mark was on his way. They were prompt, communicated clearly and have explained the different pricing options for the appropriate action.

At the end Mark explained preventative treatment options to prevent the drain from clogging. Explained the 30 day warranty.

Needed some new shut-off valves installed for our W/D. The initial quote for the work was similar to a few other companies I reached out but on the lower end. The work was completed early/quickly and the technician was very courteous and helpful explaining what he needed to do. Icing on the cake, I was called about 20 min after the job was complete for the office to tell me that because they didn't need to cut into any drywall, I would actually be charged LESS for the work and they helped process a refund. I was blown away and will use Hansen for any plumbing needs in the future.

I contacted Hansen Family Plumbing and Air for a a second opinion/quote on cleaning my heat pump because I felt doubtful about continuing with the first company I called. Hansen answered all of my questions and were transparent about their procedures, days/hours of operation, and pricing. They were willing to work with me (within reason) when they gave me their arrival window, arrived on time, did the work they said they would do, and cleaned up after themselves. They were honest about the work that should get done without pressuring me or trying to scare me into choosing the more expensive option. They gave me a few different options and the cost for each moving forward (all reasonably priced for the work and equipment quoted). I noticed there was a problem (blowing cold air instead of warm) a day after they cleaned my indoor unit. They came out on their next availability, discovered and explained the problem, and addressed it, taking the time to do the job correctly even though it was tedious and time-consuming (turned out the previous company only partially cleaned one side of the outside unit instead of doing the thorough cleaning they said they would do and charged me for). My heat pump has been working great and I will be calling Hansen Family Plumbing and Air for future service work.

I always get nervous when I have to use any type of service for a repair. AC, auto mechanic, plumber, etc…I am completely incompetent in all these areas, so I’m always worried that I’m going to get taken advantage of.

We had an issue with the AC not blowing cool air so I called & spoke to Gabriella who was courteous & prompt. She was able to dispatch Luis & Andrew to our home in less than an hour. I know that may not always be as convenient but we're impressed & grateful, nonetheless.

Both Andrew & Luis were able to get it working with thorough explanations. They also gave feedback as to some peripheral issues with the home layout. To wrap it up, they closed with a possible forecast down the line but didn't try to upsell us on anything.

They said we should be good for this & next year. If we have future AC issues, Hansen Family Pluming and Air is who we'll call.

Tate came 2 times. Once to fix low water pressure at kitchen sink. Checked faucet head, cleaned it out and problem solved. He didn't charge me because he said he didn't really do anything. I didn't even know the faucet head could be opened up. I called Hanson's shortly after to install new disposal. Tate came this a.m., got it done quickly, took old unit with him to discard, told me Hanson's will register new unit for me for lifetime warranty. Just so happy to have found this company. Such peace of mind!!

Replaced my busted water heater and only charged for labor as old one was under warranty. Excellent, fast, clean install with all new valves and even replumbed recirc pump with new copper. Great company and no reason to use anyone else.

I scheduled a tune-up going into the hot summer months since we had just purchased our house and wanted to make sure the unit was operating efficiently. James was our technician. I chose to call Hansen because it is a local family-operated business with excellent reviews. Over the phone, Mr. Hansen took his time explaining the options for a new toilet installation and made sensible recommendations based on price and quality of various brands. I was given an estimate and an appointment for the install on the very next day. The plumber arrived as expected and completed the job very efficiently and at the estimated price. We love our new toilet!

It has been our first experience with Hansen Family Plumbing and Air, and the job actually was quite challenging - a dozen companies all across the valley refused it before Hansen Family has accepted it. We have a complex system that involves the ERV ventilator and a whole house dehumidifier, as well as a complicated system of exhaust and booster fans.
We needed custom re-configuration, and it took a couple of iterations for Hansen Family Plumbing and Air to get it all right... but the second round they did not charge extra as it was still included in the original SoW, and Dan Santoro has made it all work great!

I was in need of a new company that could service our AC unit and googled for some options. I liked that this company seemed kind of small but with a lot of positive reviews and very few negative reviews so I gave them a call along with a few other companies. I needed to get my AC unit just inspected before the full force of the summer months and most companies wouldn’t even see me for a month or two. Hansen was able to get me in right away. They were very communicative and the technician was great. I was so worried they were going to try to upsell me, like many companies do, but our unit is only three years old and the technician honestly reported that it looked to be in good shape and I wouldn’t need any additional service on it. They were running a special of $69 for the inspection, which is a great deal! I definitely recommend them and plan to use them if we ever have problems with our unit in the future.

I made a service call later yesterday and had a rep Mike come to the door a few minutes earlier than the promised time. The problem was the bathtub faucet was not putting out hot water and it’s valve was replaced about a year ago. He left the place to get parts and came back. His diagnosis was that the previous technician from a different company did not install it correctly. The hot water problem was quickly resolved. Yet I was left with $259 invoice. He said that the call visit was $140. Thus the parts was nearly $100? The invoice did not show any breakdown on parts/ labor but I felt that I need to find an honest plumber next.

Notice my kitchen sink not draining. They taught me that it was connected to my upstaors master shower line. They came and unclogged the line and answered all my questions.

Tate was our technician and he did a fantastic job on our broken water heater. The area that it was in was hard to maneuver, but he did it with a smile and get it done attitude. The scheduling and accommodation of almost a 48 hour turnaround was exceptional. The was followed by the associate, Jerry, providing a professional and genuine input on the issue I was experiencing. I would recommend to my my friends and family.

Had an appt scheduled for noon. Got a call saying he would be a little late. No contact until 3:20 pm when I texted to ask when he would get here. He said he would be here in 30-40 min. Things happen I understand but better communication would have been nice. when he arrived he checked out the sink in need of replacement and told me there would be ~ $150 additional charge to the originally estimated $215. I said I wasn’t comfortable with that and I didn’t want to move forward so he said he would charge me $150 because that was the minimum charge for a visit. I said he really didn’t do anything so $150 seems expensive. So he changed the cost to $90. On a side note the plumber reeked of cigarettes.

I had a leaking faucet and AGAIN I called Hansen Plumbing. They had a repair technician scheduled that same day as luck would have it!! This time a different tech Zach, came to provide a faucet repair and replacement and AGAIN the same level of integrity, knowledge and professionalism as the 1st time. This company attracts the HIGHEST level of QUALIFIED technicians. I can not speak more HIGHLY of this company and it's people. They are an amazing company and I am blessed to have found them! They are my exclusive plumbers and if you try them, they will yours as well!

After calling them and having knowledgeable Tech Dan come to my home and repair a pipe for my washer, NOW I know why they are being given such an amazing rating! Erik came out to fix my garbage disposal, I found him to be efficient, knowledgeable in his craft, and extremely polite. I was most impressed with his honesty and upfront pricing on the phone. He arrived on time and immediately began his analysis after listening to my concerns. He then explained exactly what was needed, offered pricing and upon my approval began the repair. He was done in a timely manner, explained in detail, and completed a double check to make sure there were no unseen problems. He really exceeded my expectations! I just wanted to share my experience with Hansen family plumbing recently. About a month ago, my basement flooded and my ac unit went out, and I immediately called Hansen Family Plumbing and Air. I reached out to my contact with them, Tate Withers, who immediately got me in contact with a demolition and remediation company. My basement was demoed in about two days and ready to be renovated. It took us a while to find the source of the issue, but we discovered that my basement sump pump line had acted as a syphon and sent water down into the basement because of a belly in my main drain line from the house to the street. Tate and a crew were able to dig up and replace the line to mitigate the issue going forward. The pipe had been improperly installed using concrete and some orange plumbing jointing previous to me acquiring the property. Tate had the issue resolved quickly, cleaned up my yard, and even took the time to help get my new sump pump and toilet installed in the basement. Tate embodies what it means to be a part of a family owned business. He is honest, fair, and very transparent when it comes to what needs to be done and how to get it done. Thank you for all your help Tate. I am very grateful to have you as my go to resource for everything plumbing.

I have had my AC unit serviced recently by Hansen to replace a compressor and another part more recently, but due to the extreme heat this summer; my 14 year old unit finally gave out. It was recommended that I purchase a new unit since my old unit couldn't be repaired to a high enough standard anymore. I got a new unit on within a few days, but my air still wasn't blowing cold. I had an ac employee from Hansen out who recommended we restrict some of the ductwork and blow in new insulation. We had some miscommunications on getting the actual work done to complete my AC install, getting the ductwork restricted/streamlined, and getting new insulation blown in. Luckily I was contacted by Hansen's customer service rep. who apologized for how long it was taking to get everything scheduled, installed, and fixed. The owner Eric even called me to try and work out a discounted service because of the miscommunication. I can now happily say, thanks to their AC manager/lead/superhero, Dan Santoro, that the unit is working great, the insulation was blown in yesterday to help with efficiency, and Dan was able to install a minisplit to compensate for my home's layout so the whole house is cool, my unit is efficient, and I can now comfortably live in my home. Thank you so much Dan. You have earned my trust and my business thanks to how you treat people and how the level of work you preform is second to none. Thank you so much. You are what makes Hansen a great company to work with.

I was having my floors replaced so they told me I needed to have my hot water heater moved so they could take care of the laundry room properly. I called Hanson plumbing who is the only plumbing agency I would ever use and they came out the next day Marquez Marquez on-time ferry finally answered any question so professional and very knowledgeable, so it worked out great, then when it was time to hook the hot water heater up the washing machine up the dryer up the refrigerator, the dishwasher he did everything and even after he sent me an invoice he got here he was irritated by the dishwasher, not working, he tried to fix it he wasn’t able to but he just it would goes above and beyond whatever you need done this company is very reliable and trustworthy and it’s you know that they give you a fair price I highly recommend them.

Zack came out to our house to unclog our sewer line, he was early to the call, professional, and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to make sure we had the issue resolved before he left. We had another company come out before and they wouldn’t even provide the service we needed and Zack did it with no problems. I would recommend Zack to anyone who needed a professional and experienced plumber.

I called Hansen Family Plumbing after reading the positive reviews here especially the review about their worker Danny who wore a mask during the pandemic. I needed my toilet shut off valves replaced but at the same time I didn't want to risk my health. It's important that a company takes serious precautions during the Corona virus and not just use words as an advertising gimmick. Well, Danny was wonderful! He wore a mask and also shoe covers and was very careful. He was pleasantly friendly, respectful and upfront about the price. He completed the job successfully in only 30 minutes! Everything works great! Thank you Danny and Hansen Family Plumbing for an excellent job! I would definitely use their services again.

A water softener I purchased from Hansen less than 4 years ago was replaced today. It should have been replaced 1 year ago, when the electric read out stopped working, but...it seems water softeners should last about 8 to 10 years, I was told , and received no assistance. It stopped regenerating for about 3 months, and then kicked in again mid morning. ?? I would have reported this, but when my water heater leaked and I called Hansen I was asked..is today Saturday? I said yes, and was told, sorry we are closed. They were not. So I opted to never call Hansen again. And I never will.

I’ve used Hansen Family Plumbing for the past three repairs. Most recently they ran a new gas line for an outdoor fire pit. They are consistently fair priced, professional and honest. They have a great update system for appointments too. I highly recommend them.

I scheduled an appointment on Monday, 2/21/22 for Wednesday 2/23/22 between 10 am and 2 pm. I was told whom would be coming, and that they'd call before or while on the way. At 10:14 am, I was called and Craig (I think that was his name because I was actually at work) advised me he was on the way and about 12 minutes out. I texted my wife to advise her. At 10:57 am my wife texted me back that All fixed and NO CHARGE. She was quite pleased (which is very hard to do), and wanted to know the name of the company. I selected this Hanson Family BECAUSE of their rating. What was fixed for FREE you might ask? The mail faucet trickled even if opened fully, and there was a leak (where I had NO IDEA as I tried to find it but could not). Turns out the filter on the faucet was blocked and no leaks. I will state this, the leak may have been caused by the blockage. Or, perhaps he missed it. What I find rate indeed is that I wasn't charged an arm and leg for a minor repair. If a leak remains, I WILL call them again because they have already earned my trust with the performance today.

Our water heater went out and I searched for reliable plumbers that could help with this. Hansen Family Plumbing sent out Robert and he was on time and they had communication by email and text that the technician was on his way. This helps because I don't do well with time windows and have to find others to be at my home while the technician comes. Well Robert came and he explained the situation and was able to see if the part was under warranty. He was able to get the part under warranty, except the diagnostic and labor was not. Which was ok with me because Robert saved us money in the end. Thankful for hot water and will definitely recommend Hansen Family Plumbing to others.

This is the second time I’ve used Hansen and I’ll never be searching for another plumber again. They’re upfront about their pricing, fair, trustworthy, and so easy to schedule. If only they did all home repairs and renovations- life would be so much simpler!

Communication was excellent and so was the work performed. My initial call was answered by Eric who took my info and promised to call me back within 10 minutes to schedule an appointment. And he did just that!!

I got on their schedule for two days later between 10 and 12. At 9:30 I got a text saying Richard Hansen was enroute. At 10:00 he rang my doorbell, introduced himself, confirmed the work to be done and jumped right on it. He was very pleasant and professional and very efficient. Had Mark out, to look and quote to repair the leak issue that has been plaguing our home since we bought it from a terrible old owner. Had Parker and sons out initially to quote and then cap it until we could get our new on in. 10 months later, finally moving in and installing water heater and we could finally remove the cap, to find that it was capped too short. Everything we tried to fix it, the solder would break due to it being cut/capped wrong. Mark took a look, gave a very straight forward price that was right around the budget I planned for to have it fixed, and got it done very well. Super friendly, and even did the right thing by offering items that are included with the service anyways that I didn't even know was included! He even helped give some additional recommendations for some additional work we are looking to have done, and what to watch out for. He was overall focused on making sure this was done right, and that we were happy with what he was getting done. Overall just super pleased with everything Mark did for us, and how quick and efficiently he was able to get our issue taken care of. If I could give this a higher rating I would. I rarely leave any reviews/feedback, and this was one thar just had to be said and shared. I contact Hansen Family off of yelp reviews. The response time on my inquiry was fast, and I’d like to mention that I sent my inquiry 10 minutes until closing. I was not expecting a response. Britni was super helpful and informative and was able to get me schedule right away. Henry showed up right on time and was super friendly. I showed him exactly what I needed done and what I had done prior. He was encouraging saying I was practically finished, but the extra work that needed to be done I was not comfortable doing, which he was more than happy to do. After quickly installing new thermostats, Henry helped with set up and made sure everything worked correctly. Awesome company and will most definitely remember them.
