Best HVAC Duct in Mesa AZ

I booked an appointment with plumbsmart for a tune up on my AC units several weeks ago. 4 days before my appointment they call me to tell me they will have to cancel my appointment because they had too many “high priority” calls they had to take care of and wouldn’t have time for mine. I explained that I had taken the day off work for this appointment and it was too for me to be added back on the schedule so I would now have to lose a day of pay. He apologized and offered to schedule me over 3 weeks out. He said he had a list of people he had to reschedule. If I had known they would do this I would have booked with a different company. You should warn your customers when they book that there is a possibility that they will get bumped for a “high priority” call and let us decide if we want to risk it. Let this be a warning that if you schedule routine maintenance with them, they will bump you if something better comes up - aka - a call that will be more profitable for them. It’s a shame this company doesn’t treat all of its customers as “high priority” customers. I have a total lack of respect for companies that play these games.

We were without A/C during bad heat-wave. Patrick came out on a Sunday and solved our problem immediately. He confirmed we had cool air going through the A/C system before he left our house. We will always use Parker & Sons for our HVAC needs because they are fantastic. Thank-you

Dukes of Air is by far the best HVAC company to work with. Their customer service is professional and friendly. I recently had my AC stop working. They were able to get someone out within hours. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and the repair was completed and completed well. Kaylem was the tech and he was great! Highly recommend!

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

They fixed the issue quickly. They were working hard the entire time they were working on my issue. I would use them again if we have something go wrong again in the future.

Mike and Derek arrived as scheduled to service my plumbing. They checked out my issues and clearly explained what needed to be done. They were very professional, polite, and personable. They educated me on some new plumbing technology that wasn't around when the house was built and they let me know the options. A++ RECOMMENDED!

I had a leak in the slab in the water line to the refrigerator. Sam was the first person, after several plumbers had been in my home to give estimates, to immediately cap the line & test to make sure that was the issue. It was - and his pricing was fair. He turned the water back on, so I had water over the weekend! He also replaced plumbing on main valve so that it could be shut off and the drip lines for landscaping would still be on, as well as fix shut off valves on washer. He responded quickly to my first call and arrived on time to repair the work. He was very efficient and personable. He’s now in my contacts for plumbers and I highly recommend him!

Jimbo and Chris came and rerouted my gas line fir a slide in new stove. They also created a water line for my pot filler. They were on time, and very meticulous with their work! Text me on the way this morning before they got here! I will pass their number on to my friends, last plumber was a disaster!

This company was called out to fix the heating in my apartment. When I got home from work, I discovered that they had locked my cat in a closet. I have no idea how long she was trapped that dark space without food, water, or litter.

I hope these businessmen spend their last days on this planet in the same way.

AWFUL customer service. Run capacitor went out within four months of their install, I called the customer service, told me to deal with it. I’m in absolute shock. Go with Parker & Sons or ANYONE other business in Arizona. Literally anyone else.
