BSJ Plumbing and Steve Parks recently completed a large, messy plumbing project for me that required digging up the yard and installing new pipes. Steven was exceptionally courteous, professional, and efficient. He led the job and stayed with the project through to the end. He started working right away to systematically diagnose the issues and he didn’t pass me off to someone new because he was busy with other appointments. Steve patiently and thoroughly answered my many questions and he got answers/confirmation when he wasn’t 100% certain or I requested it. He was honest and didn’t nickel and dime me for every little thing; the quote was fair and reasonable —there were no surprises and they were highly accommodating. They were diligent and took careful measures to minimize the mess inside and out.

The level of customer service was exceptional and definitely stands out in today’s market. The work, exemplary. BSJ will me my new plumber for future needs and Steve will always be requested. I highly recommend BSJ Plumbing.

Our A/C stopped working and we were able to get a repairman out quickly. Robert was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us options to help save us money and had our A/C back up and cooling our house quickly. This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

Would definitely recommend there services. They were easy to deal with, on time and professional. The Technician Jeffrey M. that came out was awesome!! He was punctual, knew what he was doing answered all my question and got the job done. The mess was bigger than what we had though but he figured it out and did a great job. He even cleaned up after himself which I don’t see vary many technicians do.
Also me and my sister agreed he was pretty easy on the eyes... not sure if that last part helps 😂🤣😝 but would recommend them for sure!

Gave them a total of 22k for a bathroom remodel and windows. They did the bathroom but can not get ahold of them for the windows. Been calling daily forn3 weeks.
