This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. I hired Minuteman to replace a water heater, then I read the reviews. I was concerned! I called Wally up and asked him about the reviews, he did not try to make excuses, but said that he just wanted to provide the best service possible going forward. Great service is what I got. The plumber worked fast and efficiently, the job was done thoroughly with explanation all along the way. The price was exactly what was quoted. The mess was cleaned up afterward, and I got a follow up call after 2 days to make sure everything was working well. I am pleased that I gave them a chance, because it payed off well for me.

Ok so I tried unclogging my toilet for a few days and thought I fixed it.....soo anyways 🙄 I made the call and from start to finish I had an awesome experience. Sam is easily accessible, friendly and prompt . I have used him several times for both plumbing needs and AC repair.
He has helped with RO installation, kitchen drain issues and has saved me $$ on AC repair.
When my AC broke, other companies have recommended completely changing the AC which would run into tens of thousands of dollars. Instead I have paid in hundreds only. One time, all it needed was a capacitor and the other time some extra coolant.
I highly recommend him for both AC and plumbing needs
