The guys helped out with a sewer scope and impromptu estimate for furnace repairs. They were very thorough, had the scope done BEFORE the appointment time and went through the video explaining all the findings.

I also appreciated that they were able to send someone out to give the estimate for the furnace repair on short notice.

Would call them again!

Chris was highly knowledgeable about why our sump pump alarm was going off and he quickly identified and remediated the issue. He took the time to explain and made recommendations on how we can avoid issues in the future.

Our thermostat on one side of house stopped working and we called Dukes of Air who we were very happy with when they installed our new units several years ago. Randy came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pretty simple fix (for him) at the air handler unit and he had us up and running again in no time! The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

Jay, along with his crew, did an excellent job. They arrived before 8am and worked consistently until the job was complete; all in one day!
The crew did not leave my business literally until they were completely done, which took about 11 hours!!
They installed a new toilet, two sinks, a complete sewage ejector system, and fixed some mess another contractor did previously. This company is beyond legit.

I ran into one problem in which an emergency shut-off valve was corroded and no good; they had the parts on deck and were able to put another shut-off valve on immediately and kept on working afterward. I'd say they have been the smoothest operators who have done any work inside my business.
I highly recommend them.

Chas Roberts installed our AC in our new home. After dealing with them for three years and having parts replaced and the system barely could keep my house below 80 in the summer, I called valley AC. They did a fantastic job and showed me how bad chas is as a company. I would safe yourself a lot of trouble in the end unless your planning on during them u will never get them to do anything. I paid 1300 to repair damage done by the techs and poor install of the unit that was 3 years old. What a joke. Call valley AC. Very professional and honest.
