Very pleased with Robert and his work installing two bathroom faucets. He was on time, efficient, friendly, and cleaned up completely when he was finished. My fist time using BSJ but it won't be my last.

Couldn't get the heat to come on... possible thermostat replacement. Thomas Amato was on-time, professional, and explained everything prior to any work being done. Pricing was reasonable. Thermostat replaced. HVAC maintenance plan now in place. So far, so good.06/16/23 - HVAC Maintenance... Johnnie B was smart, friendly, focused & efficient... Unfortunately I have to leave this review here….I had two confirmations for my appointment times of 8-10 by text and email. Then once that window past I reached out to the company to verify if a tech was coming. Monica said yes a tech would be out. I also recieved a call earlier to either pay the $70 or $13.99 for a membership. I asked if this was needed before a tech would come out and the rep said yes a payment is required before they would come out, even though they have not even diagnosed my AC unit yet! So, I paid for a membership. Then 2 hours past the window time I recieved a call from the tech he stated he cant come and sorry. He reported too many folks with A/C completely not running. I understandt fully them being priority! But next time just inform me earlier around my window time. Parker and sons needs better communication between techs and office staff. When I requested my $13.99 it was a hassle. They really wanted me to keep my membership. Why ? No techs are even available. Maybe techs need more support with the volume of work…office staff should be calling folks and informing them of the high volume or emergency calls earlier …I luckily got my unit looked at by another company.

I called Dukes of Air and they were very responsive, answered the phone immediately and got me booked for a appointment in 1 day even though it was 110 out. The dispatcher was very knowledgeable and gave me clear instructions about prepping for the service. And best of all when Randy showed up he was one of the most thorough, knowledgeable and honest technicians I have ever worked with. Gave me advice at every step for my system. Also, little footnote, I owned a large plumbing and hvac company for 10 years so I am not easily impressed but Randy and Dukes of Air have earned my respect!

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

I am very happy with my service from Air and Water Mechanical! I needed a new A/C installed and they did a great job explaining the process to me. Anthony was the technician who installed my A/C and he was prompt and professional. In addition, all the staff I spoke to were helpful in meeting my needs and were very understanding. I will continue to do business with Air and Water Mechanical in the future and highly recommend them.

The main tech David and his partner were responsive and listened to what was initially needed. After looking over the whole system and looking at long-term costs, we decided to upgrade the system. He worked out the best price while managing the whole house needs. I’ll use them again when the next plumbing need arises.

These guys are awesome! Patrick came out to fix our AC and he was quick, kind, honest, and up front. HIGHLY recommend.

Levi and the entire staff killed it for us as always. My husband and I bought an old home that had major plumbing issues, and we wanted to upgrade the old home with modern plumbing. We've always used Frederick and Sons for all of our plumbing needs, but this was a big job and they were honest, concise, and efficient and before we knew it our home was safe and humming like a new build! Levi and the staff are top notch!

Dave and Chad were professional, punctual, and polite. Chad kept the space VERY organized and clean throughout the install, which took 2 days. They both communicated effectively by calling or texting responses quickly. I have no complaints whatsoever and definitely recommend this company. The shower is clean!
