Installed a new system. First proposal received was $3k higher than other proposal from different company. Sales person said that they couldn’t match the price which is ok however the following day we received a call that they now can match the price.Service was great and the team did an amazing job.The pricing negotiation are skeptical and left me wondering.

Very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness during the purchase/installation of our new Trane HAVAC system. The initial contact took place within hours of submitting my quote request. The Comfort Specialist (Jerry) was very knowledgeable and aided me in making the right choice for our home. Surprisingly to me, once I accepted the quote Duke's was able to schedule me the very next week. The day of installation an army of trucks and technicians (Chris, Dustin, Josh, Luis and Nikko) arrived at the scheduled time and completed the entire install within about 6 hours. The installation crew had the entire unit installed, work area cleaned up and provided the necessary training within 6 hours of arriving. Like I said Very Impressed!!

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

This is the best experience I've had with an AC company. Trevor analyzed and found the root problem that I was having with my AC unit. I've had 3-4 visits from different ac companies THIS YEAR because of low refrigerant. The previous technicians recommend a new line set because there was a leak in my system, which would be really expensive.Trevor was very informative in everything he was doing on his visit. He went out of his way to find the leak and he saved me from having to undergo a major, unnecessary, repair.Thanks again! I will be using you guys again for future maintenance and repairs!

This was a service call at my home for normal semiannual a/c checkup, a water heater flush and general plumbing inspection. Needed the capacitor replaced and received a discount under the annual maintenance program. Received quotes for a new water heater and 2 toilet tank mechanisms replaced. Each quote included discounts under annual maintenance agreement. The service man arrived within the timeframe I was promised was very pleasant and attentive to the many questions I asked.

I love this company. I just had them fix my air conditioner and I'm so happy once again with their work. They're very honest and I appreciate their quick response. They'll also do emergency calls on the weekend which is a great thing when your air goes out on a Saturday in July. For those who complained about someone being rude need not worry any longer because the son has taken over and he's a great guy. I wouldn't have my a/c serviced by anyone else!

Update: the call center manager call and apologized for the confusion. Brandon came out, and he's awesome. He was able to determine that a new capacitor was necessary. Now the house is cooling.

I'm disappointed that I've had these problems with a new AC unit, and I'm disappointed that it took so long to get a tech out here, but the tech was amazing. I'm happy to have a house that's cooling down.

My AC unit was installed in October, and it’s broken today, the hottest day of the year. It’s 90+ degrees in my house. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to have them come out. 1st time was in November, and they hadn’t install it correctly, so the heat didn’t work. Next time was because the AC said “cooling,” but no cool air came out, and the compressor wasn’t running. By the time the tech came out it had started working on its own, and he said that he couldn’t do anything about it. This happened again twice. Finally, today, it happened again, but it hasn’t started back up. I called the Chas Roberts help line, and they said that they’d send out someone between 7 & midnight. It’s one thing to wait all day when the temps are reasonable, but at this point, it’s becoming a health issue.
