Absolutely PHENOMENAL service. We had an issue where our smoke alarm went off and we called another company that came out and told us our whole unit needed to be replaced (after we had a maintenance plan and they had been there a month before and said everything looked perfect with the unit). We reached out to 911 heating and cooling as they did our home inspection and we trusted their opinion. Rob and Robert helped figure out the issue. It wasn’t an easy job but they were extremely helpful and we trusted their opinion. I really was so impressed with how hard the worked to make sure our unit was working well. We will always use this company and recommend them to everyone!!!!

After getting several estimates, PlumbSmart was by far the most cost effective. However, they did not reply to a follow up call after my estimate. When I reached the plumbing supervisor, he gave me a higher estimate. He did agree to honor the original estimate, and apologized for the miscommunication, so I decided to give them a try. They showed up on time and did the work quickly. But the plumber used a connector on the RO system that I had told him was leaking, and my kitchen cabinet was flooded shortly after he left. He did return within 2 hours to correct the problem. They did try hard to do the right thing, but should have done it right the first time. Would not use them again.

Needed maintenance on an AC unit as it quit working on Saturday. Scheduled an appointment for service between 8am-10am Sunday.Nobody ever came out. We were never told a technician was running late or were busy so we continued to call them to try to get an update, but never got one. After waiting 2 hours past their expected arrival, we began calling alternative service companies to come out and finally got one.Being late to a job is one thing, but not having the ability to communicate the situation is incredibly frustrating. Terrible, terrible experience.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

Awesome experience. Fast, courteous, addressed all issues.

Had an appointment yesterday at 3pm for a new ac unit bid. I left work early and the tech was a no show no call.

Our tech Spencer did an INCREDIBLE job today. We were so bummed out to know we had to call in a plumber for the first time, we didn’t know what to except. Spencer came in, got to work, gave us the run down on what it was what it could turn into and got the problem fixed. In his words “I’m not leaving here till it’s fixed”. He did not disappoint.

Sam was great to work with. He is very honest and diligent. He replaced all faucets in our home, replaced garbage disposal, and repaired two toilets. He is very reliable and professional.

Frederick & Sons has done some work on our plumbing for the last few years. Every time they have come out the guys have been very efficient and nice. Explaining what they did and answering any questions. The jobs they have done have not been less than perfect. I would recommend them to anyone.
