Best Air Conditioner Repair in Mesa AZ

Used 911 based on the reputation and ended up not moving forward with them. When I originally called for immediate service the representative lacked professionalism and complained about my location. The rep was great that came out to the house, however, we asked for a quote on two new AC's.... Which you would think is a great business opportunity from a customer, received the quote and it was pretty vague. I had to ask the rep what make/model they were suggesting we put in. Paid for the service call and parted ways.

I hired Air & Water factor to replace both of my air conditioners at my property in Gilbert, AZ and I was extremely pleased with the service. Initially I had several contractors to provide me with a quote, but these guys seemed to be the most knowledgable and courteous. They were highly recommended by a friend of mine who had service done by them before. Their estimator and the technicians were very polite and patiently answered all of my questions regarding the new air conditioners in a professional manner. The technicians cleaned up very well after themselves once the installation was done. The office crew were very polite and courteous as well. My overall experience with this company was extremely positive and I would certainly hire them again for any air conditioner or plumbing related service.

I had an amazing experience, I called a few other companies and they didn’t follow up with me and the ones that did asked for an arm and a leg. These guys were responsive and professional. The service I received from Plumbing medic was excellent. It was a holiday weekend but they were prompt and providing a temporary fix followed in a couple days by a permanent one. The plumbing technician, Kyler, was exceedingly Pleasant and professional. He was one of the hardest workers I've ever seen. I would not hesitate to use their service again.

I had Frederick and Sons out for an A/C unit repair that stopped working. They were able to repair the unit at a reasonable cost. I have used them multiple time for A/C repairs and plumbing repairs. They have always been fair and honest. They have also worked on my mom's home and were significantly less expensive than other competitors.

Kowality Plumbing has been very crucial in helping us get a valuable portion of our pool build completed. We have a whole house water filtration system that needed to be bypassed for the pool and landscape water supply. Kowality Plumbing had the solution and the price was extremely reasonable. They were also very responsive when I initially called with my questions and concerns about the situation.

They did not have what I wanted but were very helpful 🙂
