Best Air Conditioner in Mesa AZ

Save yourself the $99 dollar inspection. I have two air conditioners, two heat pumps. Turns out when my house was inspected “everything in working order”. Except the heat pump upstairs never worked. It never could have because the control panel chip was bypassed. Well hell, I could’ve looked out my window and declared the same thing. That’ll be $99 dollars, please.
I had Robert for both jobs. They must send him when they don’t like a certain address or something. Not very friendly or a people-person. When I brought this up to the home inspector, he said “Yeah I’ve worked with Robert a few times. He’s always like that.” Okay then.
I like to think of myself as a nice person, so not too sure what I did to deserve him as my service person both times. I said he mentioned during the inspection that there was some deal. He shows up and immediately says “no, I never said that. I would never say that.” Alrighty then. Then eventually says “oh yeah there is a deal with the cleaning air conditioner where you get a pound of frion for free.”
4 stars. He spent over 7 hours at my house and it was only 400 dollars. Worked incredibly hard and I would use them again, but I’d ask for “not Robert” next time.

First impression from first visit by Davis Plumbing . . . prompt, experienced and fair. The owner (the grandfather) and grandson were a very efficient team -- a bonus -- it's a family-run business. They've only been here once, but I plan on calling them again if I have any plumbing needs or problems.

I was very impressed by Francisco. He went through every detail of the problem with me, explained what was required in order to repair the leak which was affecting my downstairs neighbor's unit. He went through all of the costs involved and presented them in a logical, straightforward manner. Very efficient and personable. I will definitely use PlumbSmart next time I have any plumbing or air conditioning issues.

The technician Jim was very knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed the leak quickly and set up the company to do the drying and cabinet repair. Thank you much Jim.

I was previously a loyal customer and had a great experience about a year ago. However, when one of my units was having trouble recently my opinion has dramatically changed. Feeling like I had no option, I went ahead and paid almost $8000 for a repair, because I was told the inverter and control board was bad and cost $5000. Second guessing myself, I contacted another company after the repair was done (unfortunately). I have since found out that the part cost about $400. The difference between $7K and $400 is simply ridiculous. Not sure if it was the tech, or the company, but regardless I just got taken to the cleaners by a crook. AVOID this company!!!UPDATE: I asked for an invoice showing labor cost and parts cost and they refused. The invoice only has the total. That is a great way to hide your dishonesty I guess. Now all my contact is ignored. What a poor way to run a business. Nothing but a bunch of crooks.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

Excellent customer service and very reasonable price. They fixed our AC the same day I called. I will definitely use Air &Water Factor in the future. I will use them to replace my water heater as well.

We came to Mesa in search oh a home once we found it we didn’t want a salt based water system so at the swap we met a great guy talked with him on 2seperate occasion did our research and bought our system the guys that came to the house installed our system flushed out lines put in our new fixtures because the old ones were destroyed by the water and chemicals these guys were great hands on people they have since been out for our A/C cleaning and other things we talk you guys up because your service is top notch Thanks Ernie and all his guys

Our water heater needed to be replaced. Great experience with them. Shortly after requesting a technician, Dave arrived and was able to install a new one. He was personable, polite, and had such a nice way about him! He was very knowledgable, and was able to clearly communicate what the job would entail. Dave is very capable, and we were confident that he would take care of our problem! He made the whole process for us effortless! We now have hot water, and a company that we can rely on for future services! Dave was exceptional in his kind dealings with us! Fantastic company!

We came home from vacation to find our A/C had gone out, coming back to a house that was 93 degrees was not fun! Sam came right away and was able to diagnose and fix our unit and was up and running by the time he left. Thank you so much Sam!

I had Frederick and Sons out for an A/C unit repair that stopped working. They were able to repair the unit at a reasonable cost. I have used them multiple time for A/C repairs and plumbing repairs. They have always been fair and honest. They have also worked on my mom's home and were significantly less expensive than other competitors.

Great workmanship, friendly staff and great value for the work done.

They did not have what I wanted but were very helpful 🙂
