Alden & Josh to the rescue. It took a couple of days due to the weather and the inground pool up under my house, but they were able complete the job.They found out there is no perfect world on this side. I think them for putting in the time to solve the problem.

This place is terrible. Call somewhere else first. I had someone come out for a minor issue, issue didn’t get fixed and still had to pay $175. The so called manager said she would send someone else out and of course they never came. When I called back, the manager was gone and no one had any idea what I was talking about. Lying to customers and making them pay for services not rendered. Go somewhere else.

Fast service, excellent communication, great job replacing my main sewer line. Replaced the entire line in 2 days, and excellent financing available.

Dude was super friendly. Named Hunter, looked like a Mike. Got the job done quick.

I have used Culpepper for all of our family homes and suggested them to many other friends,however after my last two experiences with this company I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Our last experience with this company was a TOTAL DISASTER after 3 hours and not fixing a toilet and making black hand prints and black shoe marks on white wool carpet the 2 people decided to leave the job. I think it was a good time for them to do so. In ending I would give this company a negative 5 star rating. Maybe it is time for this family business to CLOSE.

Traditional plumbing is amazing. I have used them for numerous services. They are very professional and willing to do whatever to help. Everyone from this company I have dealt has gone above and beyond. I have had the same tech a number of times (Shane) and he has not only gone above and beyond to make sure he gets the job done right, but he is extremely nice, professional, and always has a great attitude. He has gone out of his way numerous times to make sure the job is done right and on a timely manner. Highly recommend them!!!

Lyle Roberts @ Roto-Rooter came out and cleared my clogged kitchen sink drain. Courteous and professional. Answered all questions and gave sound advise.

Ask for a part & they said they wouldn’t sell me a part so how do they match them up very quickly,,, I’m a father with kids & see said this is not a parts warehouse

We had very BAD experience dealing with this company. After pressure test, they broke our water heater and provided wrong diagnosis and ask us to replace gas control valve. MLGW technician indicated to us they have put too much pressure to cause the water heater male function during pressure test. We bought gas control valve and they replaced it but the water heater is still not working. We ask them to take the part off so we can return it but THEY REFUSE TO GO BACK TO TAKE THE PART OFF. The front desk lady was super RUDE and would not give customer any chance to speak. They charged $1200 to get pressure test passed. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS COMPANY.

I have to say the customer service was good, however the performance was not satisfactory. They did the plumbing at our new house and Just about a couple of months ago I noticed hot water in my toilet. My mlgw bill appreciated that one! I didn’t think this was normal. Come to find out they hooked up my hot water line to my half bathroom toilet on first floor. You would this this would be caught during inspections. They fixed it which I am grateful for after cutting huge holes in the walls and took another 2 weeks to fix that too. However this shouldn’t be happening in newly built homes that are 500k. Accountability is necessary. Will be contacting the plumber that was supposed to be signing off on the inspections to let him/her know how great of a job they did.
