Water heater went out and Shane & Justin were there to replace it Lickety Split!! Great Service!! Have used NEP for all our plumbing needs for over 20 years and have always been very satisfied. Thanks again!

They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. They pick up the phone and show up when they say they will. Have used them twice now and had a quick resolution each time. They are a reliable team for sure.

Thought I’d have to get a new hot water heater buddy but he only replaced the thermostats!

I had NEP come out in June to fix a leaking toilet. Gus came out and was very unprofessional. I let him know we have an elderly in the home so please wear a mask and he laughed in my face. I thought he fixed the problem but it leaked within a few weeks. They sent another person back to try to fix it and still couldn’t leak. I’ve been trying to get them to come out and fix the issue. The Secretary was suppose to order a part. I called every week to see progress for the gasket because they had been working on the toilet and I didn’t want to have someone else touch it. 6 weeks later, I got a hold of the secretary again (she was never there when I would call) and she told me she never ordered the part because there’s no part to be had. When I asked when did she know there was no part to order, she responded that she knew when she was trying to order the part 6 weeks ago. I would not use this company. They don’t stand behind their workmanship, have unprofessional plumbers, and will put you as the last priority when they have to come back to fix things they didn’t do properly in the first place.

This company use to have great plumbers but now these plumbers don't care about the quality of work the perform.I had one of their plumbers come out to fix a leaking tub faucet and when they finished my pipes where screaming,my water pressure was off, and shower does not work properly now keep in mind I didn't have this problem until they touch my tub.I only had a leaking tub faucet, so I called to complaint and said they send another plumber so this plumber comes out he nice and everything but says he can't fix what the original plumber did now.Now I'm out of about of $200 plus dollar and I have to find a better company.I will never use the again their plumber are terrible!

He talked to my brother, not me I may be bedridden but I paid you. I could not read the invoice he left, didn't write hard enough for the copy. I had questions. I called the office back, still waiting on a call back. I am not too happy.

Excellent customer service. I had some old bib wheels from the 80's that were broken and I didn't want to change out the entire bib although it would have been more economical to do so. I simply wanted to change out my old broken wheels / handles. I called and they advised they had some old stock. I drove across town to National Economy Plumbers and provided an old example of my broken wheel and they were able to match up 3 more. Exactly what i needed.

Very Professional and quick response. High level of knowledge and quality of work. They are our go to company for plumbing.

They were very expensive for what they did (what plumber isn't?), the owner was very nice, but took his time when I asked for an itemized bill to justify the expense. Once they were finished, they left me with leaks I didn't have before they came. Perhaps this is typical plumber in Memphis, not my idea of a good experience.

I wanted to take the time to express my thanks to Billy and Justin who work at National Economy Plumbers for the work they did on finding out why I had no hot water. Billy and Justin were professional, kind, and patient and now I have hot water. I would call National Economy Plumbers again if I had plumbing problems (and in fact this is the second time I have used them). Thanks again and having hot water is wonderful!

National Economy Plumbers will be my whole family’s go to plumbers forever!! These guys saved the day, and saved me from spending $8000 with another company that was ripping me off. Nat’l Econ came out and fixed my nightmare for $350! It was a Christmas miracle!! Thanks a million to these folks!!

My hot water heater went out, so I called the phone number for National Economy Plumbers, because my mother had used them & was very pleased with the work & how pleasant the guys were that came to the house, so I called them, too. Everyone was so nice including the person answered the phone to the 2 plumbers who came. The price was right, too. I highly recommend.

Service was rapid and resolved boiler heat problem on first trip. Service personnel were polite. Priced fairly.

They used to be my go-to plumbers, but the last time I needed service they didn't have the part in stock that was needed, told me where I could buy it myself, and still charged the service fee. I fixed it myself. I will never call them again.

National Plumbers are my plumbers that I have used for years at my home. They provide excellent service. So thankful to have them come out when my pipes froze last month. Everything worked out that day.

Brandon and another technician came to my home to repair my tub. They were very unprofessional playing loud music and sitting in the work van for over half an hour. They came to repair my tub replace the drain gasket and clear the drain. I paid 325.00 dollars for this service. After they left I took a shower and the tub still did not drain. When I called back, they said they would send someone out. When he came out he said it would be another 125.00 to clear the drain they fixed the day before. When I called the office back Glen told me to find another Plummer and hung up on me. This is the most unprofessional, rude, rip off in town. BEWARE!!!!!

No good , they say free estimate but wanted to charge me $130 to come out and when I said what about the free inspection they didn’t even show up after we waited all day on them poor business , they just want your money .

They came on time, did the job quickly and effectively, and were personable yet professional. Will use them again if the need arises.

I was very pleased with the service I got from Shane and Mason. They handled themselves in a very professional manner and performed the job I asked for with excellence.

These guys were great. They came out and had our kitchen sink unstopped and flowing again. They worked with me on the payments, they were very thorough, and super helpful. Would suggest them to anyone.

Firm scheduled appointment for a convenient time and crew arrived promptly. Prices are reasonable.

I hesitate to recommend National Economy Plumbers because I don't want the whole city to know how great of a job they do. :-) They are not the cheapest company in the city, but when its fixed you know it fixed right the first time. They are also the only people in the city that would trust to have work on my 100+ year old home and its boiler heat system.

Worked on a floor furnace. Did good work, didn't over charge or require additional work. I appreciate their professionalism and timely manor.

My sink was backing up in the middle of the night and I had to scoop buckets of water out of it for about 40 minutes to an hour before it finally stopped rising. My property manager called a few people, and Kevin from National Economy ended up showing up at 1:40am to help me out. He was more pleasant than anyone should be at that hour and was completely professional, time efficient, great at communicating, and wonderful to work with. He fixed my sink so I could sleep in peace without worrying it would overflow into the kitchen. I highly recommend him and National Economy. I'll definitely be giving them a call if I have issues in the future.
