I used to use the company for everything plumbing related for me personally and in my work. They are always professional but they have become so over priced that they are un useable now. If you are going to use them I suggest getting a couple of quotes to make sure their prices are inline with the rest of the industry.

Premier plumbing went above and beyond to help me deal with some plumbing issues. The original solution they tried didn't work, but were quick to return with an alternative solution and get it taken care of. Highly recommend.

Contacted this company through my property manager to replace my water heater on Friday afternoon. They came out and evaluated and confirmed that the water heater needed to be replaced on Saturday morning. They said they could replace the water heater same day, worst case scenario they would do it on Sunday morning. They then proceeded to be completely unresponsive to my numerous phone calls and emails from both me and my property manager throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday to schedule the replacement. I did not hear from them until Monday morning when they assured me that they would be out to replace the water heater same day. They then called and cancelled at 4:40pm leading me to spend yet another night without hot water. If you like expedient and reliable service, do yourself a favor and contact a different company.

Aaron was really good at coming in and seeing what needed to be done as water was seeping into my closet behind the shower. Unfortunately, I will need the shower pan replaced which will be some major work - but at least I know the problem. Hoping when they are done I find the right contractor to re-tile and do the other work. But thank heaven it wasn’t a slab leak. Only wish there were specific recommendations to make sure the after work could get completed.

Repaired tube stopper, they had me thinking they had to go through the wall just to repair a stopper that was broken! Which didn’t seem right at all.. so I don’t know if there just out for money or what!

I contacted the plumbing service through my rental company and got very cold vague responses. My pipe busted like so many residents in the city and after a whole day and a half I was told my work order was still In the “scheduling department” with no text or call informing me of an expected time frame. When I finally got a direct answer from someone; they said it would be Thursday- 4 days after pipe busting. I have two small children one with special needs and cannot go 4 days with no water access. An emergency should be handled within 24-30 hours max. I am very distraught and disappointed in this company

We rent, so we had no choice in the plumbing service that was used when we needed help recently. At first I was hopeful that Premier Plumbing would be a great choice, but it turns out not to be the case. While they responded promptly, the technician didn't come out to the house until 8:00 that night. (We spoke to them at 2 pm on a Monday). Of course at that point it was too late and too dark for the technician to locate the clean out, and we were told they would have to come back and look at it again. The next step would be to cut a hole in the wall to locate the vent. The first available time for them to send someone back out to our house would be that following Friday. Four days later. That's four days of having to run to the gas station everytime someone needed to use the restroom. Four days of not being able to wash clothes, etc.. I wish the story ended there, but it does not. When the next two technicians came, they attempted again to find the clean out with no success. They were going to have to cut a hole in the wall above the toilet. We were expecting this, so it wasn't a surprise, but the technicians didn't even check the attic first to make sure the vent was there. It was not. Now we have a giant hole in the wall that is our responsibility to fix, for no reason. They put a camera down and were not able to find any kind of blockage, so we aren't even sure what caused our problem in the first place, or if it will happen again. Hopefully this will help someone make a better informed decision on who to call before they are left in a similar position.

Premier plumbing has been out a few times and each time they have been more than exceptional. Very professional and gets the job done every time.

We suffered a full week with a blocked main sewer line. The house is an older home that still has the original plumbing that's more than 4 decades old. Being that the issue came to a head on the week leading up to Thanksgiving, we were hard-pressed to get anyone to come out. Roto-Rooter was an absolute joke; they sent one guy out who came to the house wearing Crocs with heel straps; I took one look at that and knew he didn't come to work. I was right. He didn't even bother to come in the house, just looked up and said that the cleanout valve may be up on the roof, which it isn't. Wanted to charge $720 to bring out a second person and go up on the roof hunting for something that isn't there. Smith's Plumbing didn't have anyone that could come out that week, unless it was after hours so they could charge more. Their receptionist was unhelpful and didn't seem to know much. No thanks. Finally, I did a Google search for a plumber who used to do some work for me way back when, and I got a hit. Premier Plumbing was the company that came up. After perusing the website I decided to give them a call. They offer so many services and seemed very professional. Plus, the hot pink vans with the poo emoji on the side were a riot! They were able to send someone out the day after Thanksgiving, which was a godsend, not having to go into yet another week with that horrible issue. Even though they don't give specific appointment times, only days, they did call 30 minutes prior to the technicians coming out. (They actually sent two technicians, so no need to reschedule due to needing a second technician, Roto-Rooter.)
Aaron and Dylan were wonderful! They actually came in the house! 😆 It only took the briefest of descriptions before Aaron decisively told me exactly what the issue was. They then proceeded to walk the perimeter until they found the main sewer line; no one else seemed to be able to find it. In no time, they opened the main sewer line and began to work. Before I knew it, all drains and toilets were flushing through accordingly. Aaron was friendly and upbeat, extremely knowledgeable, hard-working, and kept us in the loop the whole time. Dylan was quiet, cool and hardworking, too. After they finished the work, Aaron called us outside and showed us everything that had been done. We were able to see that there was no standing water in the main sewer line. He also told us what to do in the event that the issue was not solved due to the fact that it still had the original Plumbing. They also provide sewer repair services as well. But so far, so great! We have not had any issues whatsoever. It's the little things that turn out to not be little at all, like being able to take a shower without your toilet bubbling like a witch's cauldron or having murky water backing up into your tub when the toilet flushes that make one truly grateful. Premier Plumbing saved us, and will definitely be my go-to service for all matters plumbing in the future. Five stars!

Replaced hot water heater and now I have a leak that has been leaking since Saturday. Now I can’t get no one to come and fix the problem

Consumer beware!!! Just moved to Memphis and had them out to do an estimate. The owner was who came out… spent less than 5 minutes on site and verbally provided an incredibly ridiculous $ estimate. When I questioned it, he immediately dropped the price within seconds by almost 30%. I asked for it in writing, did not provide.

They also want an upfront fee to even come out. I learned that that too is non-refundable. How convenient for a company that throws out unrealistic estimates.

Finally got the “estimate” texted to me today. It is a nondescript work order with NO details whatsoever… no estimate of man hours and/or materials.

Just a crazy high price.

You would be a fool to have this plumbing service do work for you. No wonder they were available the very next day. All the honest plumbers are busy. I would have given them a big fat 0 if that was an option.

I was really optimistic when I began This service relationship. everyone was courteous and attentive and Maintained a very professional and courteous decorum. The cold knob on my shower shower fell off and and water spewed from the wall Which is what caused my need for plumbing service. I requested they simply cap off the cold And leave me with a hot so that showers could still be had until until a more permanent repair was possible. Instead they chopped both my hot and cold water lines in THE MIDDLE of the lines and capped them both and claimed they were headed to home depot to get the small piece needed to simply re attach the knob Although the plumbing is old and I suggested Eventually needing a full rebuild Of the plumbing Service to the tub, but the full rebuild could be approached in the future. So unfortunately, they did not perform the service I requested, they didn't even bother to confirm if the water could be turned back on without any additional leaks And they left claiming that they were going to home depot and would return with a simple seat piece to keep the knob attached and never came back and now no one will answer the phone . Should I eventually receive proper service and adequate conditions restored to my plumbing, I will gladly remove my unsatisfied feedback...and I'm not mad I'm just thoroughly overwhelmed and disappointed and honestly kind of left feeling like I'm in the Twilight Zone where nothing I pay for is done properly and it is really truly becoming overwhelming to constantly shell out money And not receive Satisfactory services from people who call themselves professionals.

Just needed the cold water job reattached. Needed a simple seat washer. I myself turned the water off at the street to stop the water spraying from the wall. I asked them to reattach the cold knob. But if the piece was unattainable, we could just cap off cold water until a full repair was possible. Specified NOT TO CAP OFF hot water. Turned my back for only a few moments, they hacked through both hot&cold lines, capped them BOTH, said it was just temp until they return with piece from home depot. Never returned. Won't answer calls. Won't respond to vm. I'm shocked.

I’m just here to state facts. There has been a hole in my bathroom wall since March because my master shower isn’t working. Another company removed the tile and couldn’t complete the repair because my HOA wouldn’t shut the water off. Now, in mid-July, Premier came to complete the repair. The plumber replaced a valve. He said he doesn’t replace tile and he can’t put fixtures on until the tile is replaced. Long story short, I still didn’t have a working master shower that I can use. The repair has been completed as of 7/21.

The technician was friendly and very msnnerable. He proceed to do this job after explainig what he was doing. He did the job is very reasonable time and explained what he found and gis recommendation to the property management company

OMG, where do I begin? After calling several plumbers getting no response. I contacted Premier. Chet showed up and showed out. He fixed my system and saved the day. The technician they sent was kind and respectful. The owner was nasty and unprofessional. In fixing my bathroom valve they removed the handles to turn the water on and off. When I called and asked why they would do that she said it didn’t matter that it was my only bathroom, they had to take it until the tiler was called. But they didn’t first confirm and coordinate with the realtor company to make sure they had a tiler in place. So they basically took the knobs, without first knowing how long I would have to be without. They were completely inconsiderate to the fact that this is the only bathroom and my children and I can’t bathe. They don’t care. I have no choice but to deal with them because that is who my realtor company uses. I would never use them personally or give them my money.

The Premier Plumbers come to start and complete the job by all means necessary. The weather was extremely unpleasant (very cold and wet yet they didn’t cancel); they were professional (explaining what would take place before, during and after the job); they were polite (as they moved throughout the home to ensure that the plumbing was adjusted in the tight crawl-space underneath the home); they were efficient (the job called for more time and money than what was approved yet the Premier Plumbers did not leave me with a job half done). They treated my home the way they would appreciate someone treating their own. I really cannot put it all in words. These guys are on it from the appointment to the completion of the job and it was a pleasure doing business with them!

I believe the young man that just left here was named Stephen. He was polite, professional, left no mess behind. He explained what the problem was (3rd time a plumber has been involved with this bathroom) and how to avoid future problems. Fixed 3 issues in a timely manner and went on his merry way. I will definitely be using them if need be again and recommending this company in the future.

The guy that came out today was very nice and professional his name was Aaron McCoy. He fixed my problems and he did not leave a mess. He cleaned up after himself. Not to mention I was at work when he came. I have cameras in my house. He remained professional and handled the job. Very trustworthy he even brought my Amazon package in from off the porch. I would highly recommend Premier. My faucet had been leaking for a while, and as soon as I was connected with Premier I felt very taken care of. The technicians knew what they were doing, both in checking out the old sink and installing the new one. I received a text in between the appointments letting me know they hadn't forgotten me and were in talks with the management. Plus, they were originally going to come today but had an opening on Friday, so I got the fix days before I had planned. Overall a much better experience than I had hoped for.

Very rude and didn’t listen, rushed me off the call. I called to schedule their services. They are keeping peoples deposit even if they don’t come to the house to look at the job. Only good thing about the call is the lady informed me that they are crooks before letting me sign up for work. Basically they keep your money if you find someone to get to the job before them. Jason was kind, knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. We had some water coming up from the floor and he resolved the issue and explained why it was happening. I am grateful for his service.

Had an appointment set to do an all day repair. Was informed that they dispatch between 8-9am. So I took the entire day of work off for them to not give me the decency of calling to inform me that the technician will not be able to come to my home to do my repair. This company is a joke. They pride themselves on promptness and professionalism. I highly doubt that. Take note: 1st, If you are not available or have an emergency with the technician, it will be wise to call the customer to let them know it is a problem on your end and the customer will have to reschedule. 2nd, Do not call the customer to tell them that the technician will be at the residence shortly if they are never going to show up at all. 3rd, Do not give a customer a time frame stating it's an all day job when in fact you dispatch a technician to the residence 1 hour before the office closes for the day. Have some decency. Call the customer. Let them know if something happened. Try to see if rescheduling is an option because if I was to cancel on the day of service, I know I would still get a bill regardless. This is unacceptable and very bad for business.

Had Premier scheduled to come out on Friday December 17th and clean the main pipe going from my house out to the street. At the time the water would drain but seemed to have a bad restriction. They arrived on time and asked if I had a clean out available. I told them that to my knowledge there wasn't a clean out but they were welcome to look. They didn't check for a clean out, instead they went onto the roof with their water jet machine and forced water down through my vent pipe. After a few attempts and no success we noticed water backing up in the bathtub. The technicians then determined we had a broken pipe and they would need to return on Monday with a camera to verify where the break was.....keep in mind this was a friday, my pipe is now full of all this extra water they sprayed down it and is backing up in the bathtub and not draining at all. They charged me $450 for something that they only made worse and caused us to stay in a hotel for two nights.

At this point I didn't trust them and wanted a second opinion. We had another company come out Monday and he found a cleanout beside my house ran his snake down it and unstopped the pipe.

So Monday evening I called Premier asking for a refund and they refused. I asked to speak to the owner but he never returned my call. Waited several weeks and called again. Like the first time, they refused to refund and I still have not spoke to the owner.
