Kitchen sink leaking. Trey installed new sink strainer, tail piece and new pea trap. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable and polite.

we had a water leak in the center of our home -- under the foundation slab. River City provided a solution without breaking up the concrete. They fixed the leak, and provided help with the sheet rock repairs.

I was so very impressed with River City Plumbing. Josh was incredibly knowledgable, professional and went above and beyond to identify and take care of our plumbing issues. He provided further suggestions for ongoing solutions. He was able to provide clear and concise estimates and was informative every step of the way.

I'm very happy with the entire experience. Nathan came out to estimate the job and was very professional and gave us a fair price. I got 2 other quotes that were substantially higher. I contacted Nathan to setup a date to start and he got me scheduled in 2 days when others were a couple of weeks out.

We were one of the lucky ones with a Christmas Eve Frozen Pipe Disaster. Luckily we were able to control some of the disaster before it got to bad and caused more damage. Our damage was in our master bathroom from the pipes in the attic busting when the frozen pipes thawed out. River City Plumbing came to our rescue first thing Monday morning. Not only did they fixed our busted pipes but found a few more pin sized holes in other areas and saved us from damages in other areas. We are now up and running with water again! Thank you again for coming to our rescue and putting our minds at ease with this Christmas Eve Disaster!

When both my dishwasher and insinkerator broke and flooded the kitchen (plus some work in two bathrooms), River City Plumbing was able to come the next morning. Trey and Alden did a lot work at a reasonable price, and keep things clean as they go. Highly recommended.

My kitchen sink had a slow drain. And every time I ran my dishwasher water will fill in both sides of my sink and it took several hours for the water to drain completely out of the sink. I called two other commercial plumbers, they came out ran a snake through my kitchen sink but the problem did not get fixed. Decided to search Google for plumbers and River City Plumbing was three of the ones I called. I went with River City because they called me back right away. They came out (Josh and Alden) and fixed the problem. So if you ever need a plumber, don't call Greenway don't call Conway call River City Plumbing. You'll be glad you did!

I was having a bit of a plumbing emergency. I called two different companies who told me they couldn’t address my issue for at least a few days. I found River city Plumbing on Facebook and then I called them in a bit of a panic. The operator sensed the desperation in my voice and had a plumber at my house within the hour. The plumber did a fantastic job and the price for his work was more than reasonable. Highly recommend!!

I requested service from River City Plumbing for my bathroom sink. The sink would fill up with water on its own and I had no idea how to fix it. Elio Ugalde and Jonathan Avanzi arrived at my home promptly from River City. They greeted me with an optimistic and enthusiastic attitude and they were ready to fix my problem. They took their time to address the issue and assess all of the possible solutions. They worked diligently while staying careful and aware. They managed to fix my sink and they cleaned up any mess that was made in the process and now my sink is running like new again.

I cannot highly recommend their service enough.

All the faucets in the restaurant were running too hot. They came in and fixed them in under 30 minutes. Absolutely awesome!

River City did an amazing job replacing our entire sewer line.There was every underground utility possible running over the old sewer line but Jonathan and his crew were extremely careful to not damage any of them. I would highly recommend River City.

River City does excellent work. They responded very quickly and did a great job!

Plumber came out to provide an estimate to install a natural gas outlet on my gas line for a new grill. He clearly knew a lot of about gas connections, unlike the employee of another company that had come out first, and asked a lot of relevant questions. He then pointed out that I already had an outlet that I didn't recognize and I didn't need his services, just an adapter. So I got away with the cost of a service call, instead of the hundreds of dollars I expected to pay.

River City Plumbing was quick to get me on the books, upfront about costs/pricing, and did quite a bit of work for a reasonable price. They were easy to work with - Trey was at my house basically from 8:30 am until just after 6 and his supervisor/manager was in and out all day - and so far everything seems to be done well! It is never exciting to call someone in for plumbing repairs, and we spent a lot of money fixing silly mistakes from the previous home owner (seriously the upstairs toilet was connected to hot water), but the experts at River City Plumbing are good.

I highly recommend this company for any plumbing job. The plumbers were very cordial and courteous. They explained everything that needed to be done and completed the job in a timely manner. Great plumbers!

We recently had a gas leak on the valve to our gas stove. I had no idea what type of a professional handles that sort of thing. When I found out it was a plumbing job I was excited because a friend of mine had recently recommended River City Plumbing. These guys were amazing. They called to let me know when they were coming. They showed up on time. Everything about the experience was professional. They went over and beyond what I would have expected. Needless to say, I was impressed. This will DEFINITELY be my go to company for ANY plumbing related needs from here on out.

Very pleasant tech called ahead, arrived on time, was considerate about wearing appropriate footwear, and fixed problem. My only disappointment was the $85 diagnostic fee Donald in office told me would apply to any work done was not honored. I brought that up twice to tech, but he would not acknowledge. He partially applied amount and threw in a bottle of drain declogger; however, I would have liked the remaining $35 of the diagnostic fee to be applied to the total, as I was told on the phone. I know EVERYTHING is expensive today, but I do not like being quoted a price and then having the tech surprised by that. It was easy to make an appointment with this group and they were prompt, so if time is imperative, I would give them a call. Overall, good experience; would have 5 - starred IF policy explained on phone had been honored. Jennifer Hendricks

Trey was excellent! He was very kind, courteous, and quickly repaired my toilet. I’d dealt with many different contractors coming in and out the last month, and it was a breath of fresh air to have someone professional and knowledgeable come in and take care of the issue quickly. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

River City was super helpful and knowledgeable when we had frozen pipes during the ice/snow storm. They were busy with emergencies and still took the time to walk me through over the phone to avoid a bursted pipe. We will would definitely use them in the future.

My water piper had burst outside and had flooded my yard.
River City showed up the same day when everyone else gave me a 2 or 3 day window.
They were very professional and courteous and had my water pipe repaired after 2 hard days of digging and excavating water.

Luke was wonderful to work with and kept a positive attitude despite some set backs and working in 20 degree temperatures. I appreciated their communication, honesty, and hard work.

Price went from $700 to $500 to $390 to $350 and all they did was snake a drain with a tool that cost $300 lol I paid it because I realized I got taken and it was my own fault for listening. (Job time 5 minutes but, explained about 2 hours of work)

Mr. Steve and Jonathan were a pleasure to work with. They walked us thru every step of the shower knob conversion (went from 3 knobs to 1). Talking to Jonathan for the repair/pricing and scheduling was easy and he was very professional. Would definitely use them for any other repairs/improvements.

Would highly recommend. They were very friendly and helpful. Quoted a price and even when job was more tedious then they thought they stuck with the price. Also offered some information on main water turn off valve and offered advice on some old equipment that was in basement and way to get rid of it. I am a general contractor in the Memphis area and I use River City Plumbing and work directly with Jonathan. Their team is very responsive, on time, and always professional. They show up and complete their scope of work and maintain a clean jobsite while doing so. I would reccomend their team and company to anyone. They are also always able to give me great advice whenever needed.

Alden & Josh to the rescue. It took a couple of days due to the weather and the inground pool up under my house, but they were able complete the job.They found out there is no perfect world on this side. I think them for putting in the time to solve the problem.

Jonathan and his dad, Steve were more than willing to work with me and accommodate my needs and schedule. They were able to do things other plumbers had told me they could not do. Very pleased with the experience and outcome and will definitely call on them for any future plumbing issues. You will be hard pressed to beat the quality and price of the work they do.

I had ordered two bidet toilet seats, got them installed and noticed a wobble with the toilet. Gave River City Plumbing a call, they not only listened to my concerns and answered my questions, but got me scheduled and sent someone the same day. The toilets were reseated and replaced a leaking water supply line.

I searched the company to repair my garbage disposal and called them to make an appointment. They normally did not work weekend, but the guy accepted the appointment on Saturday as they were so busy in the weekdays. The guy came on time and was very friendly.
He is professional and repaired the garbage disposal in minutes!
His explanation how he fixed is very clear and I am very happy to choose them.

I had a pipe burst on Christmas. River City followed up on Christmas and scheduled me for the next day. Luke and the other plumber were beyond nice and listened to everything we wanted done. They did a wonderful job fixing and installing the new pipe. I will definitely use them again.

5/5 Repair on a Dante Gas Line Repair and installation. I very much appreciated Luke’s thoroughness and additional assistance on ensuring all has gas components were functioning as intended after the repair.

Discovered my 25 year old water heater leaking Tuesday afternoon. Called River City Plumbing and they had a man to my house by noon the next day. and had a new water heater installed by 3:00 PM Thursday. Did everything they said they would do in the time period they said they would, which was very important because we we're leaving town that afternoon. If it ever happens again I will definitely give them a call.

Simple job, well done and quickly

I had a leak in my slab that River City worked on addressing. Everyone I dealt with was great to work with, and they made a stressful, not fun time, good. They did great work, whether it was identifying the issue with a camera in the pipe, digging up the concrete slab to make the repair, as well as putting it back in. They were flexible, allowing me to bring an electrician in to add some wiring while the hole was dug up and didn't miss a beat. Would definitely recommend them in the future for whatever your plumbing needs may be.

I was quoted a price to come to my house to analyze the problem and provide an estimate. I was specific in what test I needed to have performed (shower pan leak test) before they came out. After they performed the analysis, I was told it would cost significantly (350%) more than I was quoted on the phone and they did exactly the test I had requested and nothing more. I was then informed the original quote was just to drive to my house. I was told the extra cost was for the test that I had already said I wanted performed when I set the appointment. I would have absolutely shopped this around if I knew the quoted price $$ was just the beginning as I know I could have had it done for much less (it was a standard 20 minute test that any plumber can do). Beware - be very specific on what you agreeing to pay and what work is included. Very misleading.

I would like to give Journeyman Josh Blankenship and Apprentice Alden Kendall 5 Stars on a Job Well Done today for restoring our washer and sink Drainage we have been without washing our clothes for about 2yrs now and most Plumbers that came out to clear out our Drainage never could come close to satisfying this task @our home but River City Plumbing is The Best and the Real Deal in the country these guys are real Shooters in the Plumbing Industry Top Flight.
