They said they’d arrive between 12p-5p... showed up at 4:55pm and didn’t have a garbage disposal on their truck and their store was closed, so they’d come back two days later. After numerous calls to reassure me they’d arrive, they said again between 12pm-5pm. 5pm came.. they never did. Philip Stacy is apparently the owner who no one can speak to. Brandi is the receptionist who runs you around long enough to make you get so frustrated you hang up. Cody was the technician who never shows up.

Use ANYONE but this company!!✌🏼

Terrible plumbing company

Employee's are rude and very poor drivers. After my motorcycle tire being popped because there ladder fell off the van not being tied down correctly the only excuses is the driver is 18yrs old. I do not want the money for my bike repair but i do expect some respect. Do not do business with a company that has no respect for peoples life.

We had to have our water heater replaced (1984 model) The office staff were very nice and set up an appointment that would work with our schedule. They came out to give us an estimate and we went decided to go with them. Will and Michael were professional and polite and got us up and running with no fuss or mess. Thank you!

Draingo is an awesome company and Jared is very knowledgeable/helpful and quick. He was very professional and I would definitely recommend Jared and Draingo.

Awesome service. My kitchen sink was leaking from the garbage disposal. I got an appointment the very next day, and Chad came and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. He was fast and professional. Highly satisfied!

With gas line in plain view and marked by MLGW, the gas line was ruptured by installers. CAUTION...Do not sign authorization to pay for damages

Came on a weekend, exactly at time promised, fixed problem in 5 minutes, so friendly. Sapo was great!

Guy comes to look at my damage and says that he can fix it onMonday. Come to find out he cut do it until wed. It's been 3 days with no hot water....now I have to wait 7.

They ripped me off on a new hot water heater last year. Another plumber looked at the invoice afterwards and said they screwed me. Crooks.

DRAINGO PLUMBING was contacted by our home warranty. They came out a couple days later and quoted $1100 over the amount the warranty covered for modifications. After talking to three other plumbers that all said that was all included in their price it ended up costing about $500 dollars less for the install from another company. I'm sure they do good work but I'm glad we shopped around.

Driango was amazing!!!!!! Perfect timing. They called when they were on their way, did a top notch job, and were very friendly. I will for sure be using them again in the future. Thank you to Dustin and Chris for doing such a great job.

Professional and responsible, and very courteous

This company did a repair at a neighbor’s home and left a huge mess. Huge mounds of mud were left infront of homes and on the street. I’ve had a repair done in our yard before, and the company was respectful enough to make sure the mud was shoveled off the street. This causes a huge mess in garages, driveways and where children ride bikes. Next time, be respectful to others. The City of Bartlett does not like to have to come clean up someone else’s mess.

I called the local office in Madison County, MS for installation. Their website states they will give you upfront pricing. They do not. When I asked the plumber about pricing, he tried to change the subject to another project. I got ripped off. I don't recommend this company at all.

I was told that a hole would have to be cut in my ceiling to fix the pipe in my attic. The young man they sent out didn’t know what he was doing, and rushing to get to the next job leaving the job unfinished. I called and with Laurie the contact person for Draingo , she was very rude and unprofessional.

This company fraudulently charged me for parts that they did not install. My warranty company paid them for parts and labor and they charged me $225 upfront for modifications that were not done.

Tyler was a very friendly and professional employee and was right on time. I highly recommend this company because they have quality employees.

Ryan and Alex came to my house for an 11 hour major job. They were outstanding! They were polite, professional, conscientious in their work, and took the time to explain what exactly they were doing. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Draingo Plumbing is very responsive and very courteous. The plumber they assigned was very helpful in pinpointing the problem. Would recommend this plumbing company.

Response time was amazing. Within 40 minutes of my initial call a plumber returned my call and then was at the house. He was polite, friendly, explained what he was doing and what the issue was, and fixed the problem efficiently. Fabulous quality service.

I Do Not Recommend this company. The plumber that came out was telling me what he was going to do for me on the job and about what the co pay was going to be around. Two weeks later the receptionist calls to set up install of the hot water heater. So I take off work and wait for install. This never happened. The receptionist states he is on an emergency call and will be a little later. Which at 430 pm is not going to happen. Then there owner calls with the excuses and I’m not happy due to the over charges past what insurance takes care of. Also remember I was told a lot less price as well. The plumber tells you one thing and get something different. Then the day of install I’m suppose to be first thing and there first thing is 10am. Ok I may understand that but not they complain about not getting paid a lot from warranty company and about working till 230am the night before.
Hmm I really don’t care and you also cost me a day of pay. I don’t and want recommend them at all.
