Got our drain fixed quick!

I had a pretty bad leak coming from under my kitchen sink and decided to give All Clear a call. The plumber came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. He replaced my garbage disposal and gave me a new customer discount. Great service fantastic price.

I had an appointment with this company for 2 weeks, took of work for the appointment, and they did not show up for the appointment or call me at all for that matter. I had to call them to find out they would not be coming to my house anymore due to their increase of emergency calls.

Explanation:
I Had an appointment for January 5th at 3 PM. I called early in the morning of January 5th at 830 am to ask them to call me when they were on the way they said ok.
Flash forward -
To 3:00 pm appointment time.- plumber is a no show there is no call.
At 5:00 pm I get my husband to call to inquire what is happening. They answered and stated they had multiple emergency calls come in and they would have to reschedule.

They would have been great to know earlier in the day. I waited around for this company, took half a day off work and they could not even call me after they did not show up to reschedule or tell me they were canceling?

All Clear Techs came out to our home twice and failed to properly diagnose the plumbing issue but charged us $440. They came out a third time as a “courtesy” to unstop the sewer drain less than a week after they cleared it. During the courtesy call, we were told we needed a $2,500 repair job and they wanted to come out the same day. We called another company for a second opinion that cost another $375. We are out close to $1,000 because of the All - Clear mis - diagnosis. Finally, on the second call to our home, the Tech showed me a photo of roots that came from our drain. Well, unbeknownst to the Tech, we have cameras all over our property and DID NOT see him pull anything from the drain ON CAMERA. That could be criminal sir! We used your service in good faith and got scammed. So don’t complain when we DON’T use your small minority business! All Clear, you have to do better by your clients.

WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND. Every experience I have had with these plumbers has been terrible. They are not on time to emergency calls, when you call to follow up you are hung up on. Completely unprofessional and 10/10 would not recommend. Installed incorrect parts, unreliable, unprofessional, rude to customers.

This family owned business is incredible at helping me feel important as their customer. Emergency situation was handled quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

i had a sewer back up on 2 toilets, I called on a Saturday afternoon around 3 pm, and Bobby, a on call technician was at my house by 4 pm. What an outstanding and hard working guy. He didn't stop until he figured out the problem. I would recommend this company and Bobby to Anyone out there who's needing a quick turnaround and nothing but professionalism. Thank you All Clear.

This place is terrible. Call somewhere else first. I had someone come out for a minor issue, issue didn’t get fixed and still had to pay $175. The so called manager said she would send someone else out and of course they never came. When I called back, the manager was gone and no one had any idea what I was talking about. Lying to customers and making them pay for services not rendered. Go somewhere else.

My husband and I have been waiting on them for the last 4 days to show up and no one show up. We called and Called and every time they said they will be at your house in an hour. Very unprofessional. My husband took off from work the last 4 days waiting on them. This upsets me to see very poor service from people that are 10 minutes away from where we live. Like no excuse for their delay. I am very upset and I won't recommend this place to any one.

As a Realtor, I have been very happy with All Clear's prompt, dependable and high quality service. Definitely the go-to company for drain work.

I have used All Clear on two occasions at a rental property. The fist time Bobby was the plumber and he cleared several drains for me. About a month later one of them clogged again. Bobby came out and cleared it at no charge.

The second time, Mel was the plumber and he found and repaired a leak in a copper supply line.

Both Bobby and Mel were very professional and conscientious. The prices for their work is reasonable too.

Excellent company that all i got to say all of there plumbers are great but if you need a good drain tech please ask for Bobby or Russell

Called All-Clear about my shower/bathtub water not getting hot, sinks in bathrooms were fine, just bathtubs and showers (3). Called Tuesday evening and got an appointment for 9am Thursday. I received a precall at 8:15am the morning of the appointment, not only were the guys on time (10 min early), they also diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. Russell and Matt did a fantastic job at my home and even gave me 10% off for being a new customer. If any future issues arise, I will not hesitate to call All-Clear for all my plumbing needs. Thanks for the prompt and wonderful service. Also prices are VERY reasonable.

A professional environment with a knowledgeable staff

Hired them to do a complete plumbing job including adding a bathroom. They never finished the job. I have leaks in all 3 bathrooms! Called and no one ever came back out nor returned the call. Had to hire someone else to finish their work. Plus the plumber smoked inside my house and left ashes on the floor!

I called all clear drain plumbing out to my house were my tub was overflowing. They came out fast and inspected the problem fixed it and even helped me clean up the water in my bathroom!! Excellent service!!!!
