Tech Patrick came and saved my weekend Thank you ☺️

I wish I could give you more stars! Our A/C went out on the first hot day of the year while we were sick! And it was a Sunday afternoon. Even so, Greenway came out within just a few hours, had the part on their truck, and installed a new motor in an hour. We had several family members who were sick so we are so grateful to have a cool house again. Zach and his team were our superheroes!

Zack and Pablo did a great job! They repaired our central heat and, at our request, installed a new thermostat.Thanks so much!

Ellis came out on a Sunday when the temp in the house was 78. He was Knowledgeable and skilled he repaired the unit and made valuable suggestions regarding the equipment itself.

They came on time, explained their work. Both Mr Larry and Mr Griffin worked to get my air conditioner back working.

I noticed that my heat system was putting out cold air and called for a Mr. Greenway HVAC technician to come check out the problem. Someone came out within the hour even though they quoted me a noon to five window. I'll hand it to the first technician. He wired the heat strips, which hadn't been done when my new HVAC system was installed. He stuck around long enough to see that my heat was putting out warmer air. Reasonable. This all took a little under a half hour and cost just over $300. (Which included a $79 service fee for coming out on a Saturday.)

Very shortly after the technician left, I noticed that warm air came out of my heat through the first cycle of heat but then stopped on subsequent cycles. Overnight, my outdoor heat pump ran continuously unless I manually turned the system off and back on again. In the morning, I called to ask for another technician to come out, because I thought something was wrong with my thermostat. Another technician did come out on Sunday morning about 30 minutes after I called even though I was quoted another noon to five time window. I directed him towards the thermostat, he took the cover off, said it was fine, and went upstairs to my attic where he taped a couple of head ducts and then left without waiting to see if that fixed the problem.

The problem persisted and on the third morning, after another night of waking up every 2 hours because the outdoor pump was on but the heat strips wouldn't trigger without a manual on/off switch of my thermostat, I called Mr. Greenway again. This time, I asked for a female technician who might listen to the problem I was having. They don't have any.

A third tech came out on Monday around 4:30p in my noon to five time winder. He did actually listen to me when I told him my thermostat was broken and walked me through how to reprogram it to better suit what I needed. The heat was still doing glitchy weird things before he left and he told me he could get me a new thermostat but that it would cost approximately $400.

The problem persisted.

I sat in the cold for one week while I waited for my Google Nest thermostat (which cost $85) to arrive in the mail. I wired my new thermostat myself in about 20 minutes. My heat turns on and warm air comes out when the temperature drops below the programmed temp. It turns off when it reaches that temperature. It's like magic.

Moral of the story: Mr. Greenway will show up 100% of the time. They will fix your problem approximately 33% of the time, and they will charge you an obscene amount of money if you want a better outcome than that.

Also! If anyone out there thinks their thermostat is broken, I will come to your house and set up a top of the line thermostat for only $150...

Patrick came out yesterday and solved our leak issue and I decided to replace the valve that was leaking. That was scheduled for today Scott showed up to complete the job and told me it would be a better option to repack the valve then replace it. I could not be happier with the level of service. Tech showed up on time and was able to resolve issue quickly. There was a misunderstanding about the cost of the service, based on what I was told when booking appointment. But the tech resolved it and matched what I was quoted on the phone. Will use them again in the future.

Just wanted to give an update here - Devin, the president of the company, as well as two managers personally reached out to both me and my husband to apologize for what happened. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care for our inconvenience, arranged to apologize in person, and even offered to come out no charge for any future issue we might have. I appreciate these extra steps they took when they certainly didn't have to and do believe this was just an unfortunate rare situation!

Unfortunately my husband Thompson and I had a really bad experience with Mister Greenway last week that left us without air for several days and mislead multiple times about what was going on.

When we called Wednesday morning, we made it very clear to the phone operator that our unit was on a two story roof and they would need a ladder. The woman on the phone said that wasn't a problem, yet when the tech showed up later that afternoon they did not have a ladder. We were told they were not aware they needed a ladder and were rescheduling us for first thing Thursday morning. My husband took off work and sat in our 90+ degree house waiting on them all day, and again the tech we were in touch with said they couldn't find a ladder. We even offered to pay for one, and they assured us they had one and had just scheduled us with the wrong truck, and they would be out first thing Friday morning. I then took off work and sat in our house all day Friday, and multiple times we were told we were next on the list and they were on their way. Finally, at 10:30pm we got a call that the tech went to get the ladder and it wasn't there, so we would be put on the schedule first thing Saturday morning. When they hadn't shown up or called Saturday morning, we called and it turns out we were not put on the schedule that day after all, so they would have to fit us in later that afternoon. At that point it had been almost 70 hours since our initial call, so we went ahead and called another company who was at our house within hours (with a ladder) and are now replacing our whole system for us.

I really don't know what happened here, but it was a horrible experience to be dragged around for days with false promises and hope on top of all the stress that comes with your air unexpectedly failing during the hottest days of summer. I will say every time we called someone answered and they were very nice, but unfortunately just answering the phone doesn't mean they have great communication at this company. No one should have to wait in a 90+ degree house for two days in a row missing work while their appointment keeps getting pushed off and overlooked, not to mention how expensive it was to board our 5 pets during this back and forth. I know things are crazy out there right now in the summer and that these things happen, however I wanted to warn others of our experience so if they start getting passed around they can quit messing with Mister Greenway and find another company without wasting as much time and money as we did.

Jarrell M. Performed tune-up services on my cooling system today 03/16/2023 in my home. He was both professional and thorough. I commend his due diligence.

I had a substantial leak outside my home. Plumbing technician Michael Bernard came out Saturday morning and within a couple of hours the leak was fixed. Michael was polite, informed me of what the problem was, and was efficient in completing the job. I’ve been using Greenway for several years and I’m always pleased with their response time, professionalism and outstanding service.

I had a leak in my closet that I had no idea how it got there. Initially, I thought it was from the foundation. Greenway Home Services was called to detect and fix the problem. The Technician looked inside the walls, 2nd floor bathroom, outside faucets, and located the leak inside the wall. After, two attempts to repair the pipe, Greenway removed it put in another one. Their determination and professionalism helped to resolve a small leak that caused major problems. Thanks.

Our pipes burst this morning and we called a number of places that couldn't come out for several days. Greenway had a last minute cancellation and got us in same day. They repaired our pipe and got us back up and running in less than an hour! Great job guys!

We have been customers for over 28 years. Have had great service on our HVAC and plumbing. This weekend, had a stopped up drain in the master bathroom. They were at our house in less than 2 hours from the time we called. Fixed our problem and charged their normal fee for service, not some higher amount for after hours or weekend. Great company! Great people and great service.

The Repairman, Larry, did a awesome job on repairing the heating system on A/C and informing about the monthly maintenance service after. Will consider in the future.

Our front hose was leaking when in use.

I had service today because of no hot water. I called on a Sunday and some one came today Conner was my technician. He was Awesome he explained everything to me and took him time and did the neccessary repairs. It was a bit pricey ($550).. But everything is expensive now and day. I would recommend them.

Jacob was our tech today. He knew his job and knew it well. We had the clear plastic water tubing that had a hair line crack. As i was about to tell him what some one else told us about the pipe being left outside during construction he told me the same thing which made me think he knew his job well. If I could give 10 stars, I WOULD! Highly recommend!! Through American Home Shield, they sent DRAIN GO on yesterday and they basically ripped me off. They are a JOKE! Jacob from Mister Greenway came today and did the same thing he did and was able to unclog it even though I still had another issue. It was later fixed though. I had the pleasure of dealing with the 3 J's today, Jacob, Josh and Joe!! Jacob was my initial call and he was amazing and did everything so that I could bathe and use the restroom. I had an additional problem and Josh and Joe came this evening and took care of it with the quickness. Now I do not have to worry about any backup coming through my tubs and I can flush in peace!! Thank YALL SOO MUCH!!!!

The Greenway HVAC technician, a young man named Zacc, came out this morning in order to perform the annual spring tune up on my central heat/air. True to form he called about 15 minutes before we would be arriving. When he did arrive he got immediately to work. He did the whole checklist in less than 30 minutes. Zacc is a fine fellow, and both competent and personable. I trust him. Excellent work.

I had a sewer back up in my house the technician Brian came out at midnight worked very hard to get the clogged pipe unclogged was very courteous and informative about what he was doing. He was unable to get it unclogged but went in to detail of how they could solve the problem. They will be back today to jet out the pipe . Highly recommend Mr. Greenway and Brian is a true asset to their company in Memphis

Do NOT recommend. I called them out for an AC tuneup and he tried selling me 2 capacitors for almost $800.00…. you can get both for $32.00 !!!. Talk about robbery ….

Hi, again, since the incident of my beloved Jovie, Jason & the President of Greenway, Devin, called me. Both apologized profusely & had Great Compassion!!!! Now, I just bought my new unit and when it when out, DeMarcus (I think this is his name), he help install it also & tonight (Larry) came out within 20 minutes. Both guys were very professional, kind, never quit, but made sure the was working properly. I must confess, I have use Greenway for 24 years., ( I moved in my house in August, 1999. They Never charge overtime when they come out on the weekend. Again from customer service, call center and the technicians, these guys are Great!!!. FYI, please be compassion to the technicians, when they come to your home, such as offer ice/cold water; it is over 90 degrees outside & when it is cold, try hot cocoa. I believe if we take care of each other; And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.”Hebrew 13:16

I called them with some concerns over my heater now that it’s getting cold. They gave me some suggestions and took the time to explain my options.

There's no substitute for experience, I had a new system installed in the home I purchased in December 2021, Billy came by to do a quality check after the installation and trust me I had no idea what all was necessary for a air conditioner and heating system to operate properly. I can't begin to tell you what Billy did even though I was right there watching him, it just amazed me that everything he changed, adjusted etc. was determined by what he was seeing on his tablet. I've never had a system work this well and my utility bills have dropped a considerable amount compared to my last home with a 3 year old system, both homes are in Memphis the only thing I can only associate the comfort and utility savings with is the fact Billy has the system set up correctly. l highly recommend mister greenway to everyone that might be in the market for a new system.

Our AC went out and I called several businesses. Mr. Greenway had the first availability. I had never used their services before but heard good things. They told me a technician could come between 12-5. I requested between 3-5 for work flexibility. The technician, Larry, arrived within my requested window. He was friendly, polite, and informative. Our washer & kitchen sink drain pipes were both clogged. Josh came and cleaned them both out! It took a couple tries to figure out how to clean the pipes out, but Josh did a Great Job of solving the problem. He also fixed and replaced some pipes under the kitchen sink. I would Highly Recommend Mister Greenway for all your plumbing issues. We will definitely be using them again!!!

Terry provided fast service and saved us from having a large AC problem

Richard did a great job. He was knowledgeable about his work and did so with expediency.

I had significant headaches getting the last part of an install completed. Once this was brought to the attention of the Customer Service Manager they got it taken care of quickly, offered me a refund on a portion of the install cost and even had the President of company call to offer a sincere apology and offer to drive the refund check over to my house that day. Making mistakes happens. Its what you do after that really matters. Greenway went beyond what I was even asking for to make this right and saved me as a customer going forward.

While I almost did not use them due to the rudeness of the person on the first call. The young lady who called me after I sent a email about the first person was very professional and helpful. Not only did he arrive and resolve my plumbing issue in a timely manner, but Jacob patiently answered all my questions about the problem and the fix, and was knowledgeable and professional throughout the appointment. We were having trouble with our new Amazon Smart Thermostat and had been without air for 24 hours when Eric came to our rescue. Within about 20 minutes he had us up and running. By bedtime we were a cool 72 degrees.

Bobby came out today to do my semi-annual maintenance on my heating/air. As usual, he was polite, efficient and explained everything to me. He has been out before, and I appreciate the way he takes care of things.

Larry came out to my home to look at not one, but two a/c units. One had completely died while the other was less than 50%. As anyone who lives in the midsouth knows, this time of year is extremely hot and humid. However, Larry arrived at our home around 6pm and worked in the high heat and dark until he had both units running just after 9pm. Additionally, he took the time to explain what the problems were, what he was doing to repair the issues, and answered additional questions and concerns. Larry was highly professional and demonstrated a great deal of expertise.

I am going on 4 weeks now trying to get my ac fixed but this company will not get it done. I have a home warranty with First American and they sent Greenway Home Service to fix it. It took 10 days after I called them to get them here. Then in 2 minutes they said it was my coil needed replacing. Someone else has to come out and give you options. He came a day later and only wanted to sell me a new unit. He lied about the warranty on the new system and when I told him I just wanted the unit repaired, he said he will have to order the part. That was on a Wed. The next Tuesday I called them back and they said the part was ordered that morning. That was 7 days later. Again they asked if I wanted the new unit. I called again Monday of this week asking about the part and was told it will be in that afternoon or the next day. Yesterday, Tuesday, they called me again and I thought they were calling to schedule the install of the coil. No they were trying to sell me the new unit. I had already called another company and got an estimate for a new unit and they were $1100 less expensive. If I decide to buy a new unit it won’t be from Greenway. I still don’t have my ac fixed and I hope no one does business with this sorry excuse for a company.

$455.00 was a bit pricy to replace a shower cartridge! Average cost is $300.00.

Great service, my technician Mr. Jacob was the standard bearer of professionalism. Showed up on time and preformed a complete and quick service without incident. Very knowledgeable and polite.

Why is a capacitor 350 dollars?

Our garbage disposal backed up last week after dinner & MIL cleaning out refrigerator. Likely too much put through system. I tried Liquid Plumber type solution, with no luck. Husband undid pipes under sink in U-drain, and “snaked” it with 3 different tool lengths. Nothing. Called Greenway (as they had done an outdoor plumbing fix for us a few months ago). Nothing available til “tomorrow afternoon”, but took it. Called back a few hours later with an AM cancellation, and took that. Office staff very polite & actually understands the “urgency” of such issues. Cheapest Service charge out there, and both reasonable/fair in pricing, and prompt/courteous in services. Did not leave a mess behind. Even ran D/W to be sure it didn’t back up in sink after his “big gun” machine finally cleared a monstrous clog. Very grateful for Greenway- highly recommend!!

System clunked out in July, of course. Had great service with Greenway from the sales department to the service tech, ZACH S. who cleaned up the blower system and made it look like new. L.I.T.ER.A.L.L.Y. I couldn't believe it and they threw that in along with a box of filters into the price. Did I mention he cleaned it and made it look like new? Definitely not the cheapest, but there is something comforting about going with a larger company with great warranty program.

The repairman Patrick was very friendly and knowledgeable about the service provided. He took time to explain all the details and options available to me. Would highly recommend this company. 👌

Joe came in explained what he was going to do and the cost. He got his equipment and went to work. He had my drain cleared in not time. I'm very impressed with your company, as I had Choates come out not only didn't unclog my drain but charged me $150 for really not doing anything

They came to install a water heater and stood on the price we agreed upon as well as the work. They had to overcome a few obstacles but did not leave until the job was done correctly. We were satisfied the work and will gladly hire them in the future.

Patrick communicated with us before the appointment to give us detailed time estimates. While at our home he was thorough in his assessment, examining all possibilities for our leak before diagnosing the problem. Greenway was very professional in taking my call, making the appointment and sending a plumber quickly and in the time window. They provided excellent customer service (this was during a snowstorm where there was high demand for plumbers). I called Christmas Eve to make the appointment and he came Christmas Day so we could get our water turned back on. Thank you Patrick, your team, and Greenway!

Trevor did my yearly maintenance on our HVAC systems to get them ready for summer. He was on time (even early), described the process, and got everything done in a timely manner. We will be asking for Trevor in the future!

Daniel and Don were professional and got the work done quickly. Greenway was able to do quick same day service, which is great when AC goes out in the first 100 degree week of Memphis summer!

They dropped the ball the first night I called them but they realized their mistake the next day and made things right. Their service recovery was great. I will use them again.

With the influx of business from the commercial ads combined with the heat, they may need to bring on more techs to fulfill scheduled appointments. That said, it seems this is something they are actively working on and I can see from the personal outreach, they do care about their customers.

Though Mr. Greenway did miss our first two appointments, the president of the company called to personally apologize and set things right. The tech that came was very polite and professional. He repaired my air at no charge, and offered helpful information on how to maintain the unit.

I have not experienced a company that went so far for customer service as Mr. Greenway. I would recommend this company, but bear in mind the wait time may be a little off. That said, the patience will have been worth it and you will be well taken care of.

I had an issue with my water heater, I contacted Mister Greenway. Jacob came out and assessed the problem that evening. He explained what the issue was and how it would be fixed. He didn’t have the part available at the time. However, he came out first thing the next morning to repair it. He also provided other recommendations as well. He has great customer service and knowledge! I will use this company again.

Same day service, called them in the morning and they were at my house by 1pm. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me the cost of the repair and was done and gone in a little over an hour.

UPDATE: I don't normally edit or change my reviews, but I believe it is warranted in this case. I spoke with a supervisor named Jason and with the company President, Devin Williams the day after my first review. Both were very apologetic and went above and beyond in resolving all issues in a timely manner. Jason sent Larry to resolve our issue and had the issue resolved within an hour of his arrival! Larry was professional and knowledgeable about our issue. He was also VERY thorough. He tested the heat pump, emergency heat, and the air conditioning before pronouncing the issue resolved. Zach then made a followup visit today where he looked everything over and assured me that he was ordering a new door for the inside unit. Devin, Jason, Larry, Zach, and Bobby have all been a pleasure to work with over the last week. Thank you for goign above and beyond!

The serviceman, Jacob Phillily was friendly and knew his job well. He came to install faucet for the kitchen and he was very well knowledge of his duties and my updated/new technology faucet. I even made another call today to request him again to install all 3 bathrooms faucet that’s I’m replacing. My husband and I trusted him to come again.

I had seen the commercials and decided to use Mr. Greenway for our air conditioner tuneup. I’m glad I did. I received a phone call letting me know that my technician was concluding a job and would contact me when he was on the way. I received my call from Larry letting me know that he was on the way. He arrived in less than thirty minutes. He introduced himself and before entering our home he and his coworker put on shoe protectors. They examined our heating unit and changed our filter for us. They went outside and gave our a/c unit a thorough cleaning. He also gave us recommendations and explained each of them. I will continue to use their services.

Edit: we called back to get an estimate to replace the burst water heater. Alli was awesome and made the experience better. She was able to send someone out the same day to do an inspection and quote.

Called and waited over their 30 minute guarantee. No one accepted the dispatched call. Called back and canceled. They wanted to charge a diagnostic fee for a problem that was already diagnosed... I only needed a plumber to drain my burst water heater. Ended up having to YouTube the process and do it myself.

Mr Ellis was fantastic and knew exactly what he was doing. He and the call center lady get 5 stars for outstanding service and communication. The reason I gave the review overall 4 stars was because of my initial scheduled cleaning where the tech arrived at 7:30pm for a 12-5 window to clean 3 units. There was no communication from Greenway about our status until I called at 4:30 to inquire about the timing, I was told we were on the schedule and the tech was running behind schedule, but I was not told the technician would come as late as 7:30 (thankfully, I was home as I had been since noon). The tech was very polite and did the best he could. He realized one unit wasn’t blowing, so I would need to schedule a repair, thus one of my 3 units wasn’t able to be cleaned. However daylight ran out and he had to do the outdoor work in the dark. I wasn’t pleased about that. On the follow up service call, Mr. Ellis had everything working within about 1/2 hour and now my downstairs is cool.

We had a great tech come out today, named Trevor. Great tech that knew his stuff. I appreciate his telling us all we needed to know to keep our AC clean and running. Hope he is always sent to our house.

The tech was great. The time frame was excellent. My issue was with the payment process and inept customer service with a follow-up call. They do not use smartphones to process credit cards so my card number was written on my invoice. Six days later it has still not been processed. I was NOT ALLOWED to speak with anyone in accounting when I called to inquire. My call was handled by a guy answering the main phone number. I have no idea what department he was in. I asked how invoices were processed & he said they were submitted at the end of the technician’s day then shredded…which means my payment should have been processed 5 days ago. Because I was DENIED the opportunity to speak with accounting, I have little confidence in the contradictory information I was given.

Me GreenWay was fast and efficient. My fridge has not been working too and bottom for over a week. He dx’ed the issue in less than 20 min. My compressor had locked up and I needed a replacement. Unfortunately there was nothing further he could do to correct the issue but contacted the rental company to let them know of the issue. The bright side is I am getting a replacement while they wait on the part for the other one. I am pleased with the outcome and resolution.

We have a new 3 unit system installed 2 years ago. One unit stopped blowing cold air because it had a leak. I called and we had a technician her the next day. Our technician was Pablo, and he repaired the system within a day as parts had to be ordered. Great work. Today Trevor came to service the units and they look like new. He was friendly and professional. He insisted to put those booties on no matter what when he came into the house - LOL. I appreciate his concern. Great workers and excellent service. Thank you Mr. Greenway - especially Pablo and Trevor.

Totally explained some of the things he was doing and what he was looking at/for once I expressed an interest in what was going on during my A/C service check. This is a company that does not live up to the very words that come out of their mouth. The techs show up in Greenway trucks but the office people in the office say they are homesetv an affiliate and don't go by the thirty minutes promise. This company has me sitting waiting for five hour in 100 degree heat after the tech told me he was on the way. Talked to the tech at least two time and was told he was on the way. Now it's Wednesday of the next week still no air and still can't get an appointment until the following Thursday. This is bad business. Guess you can't get quality work in memphis unless you live in the collierville Germantown area. This company ought to be ashamed of their self.

Don’t waste your money, time, or sanity working with this company to repair your AC. They don’t intend to do any work, but do want to take as much of your money (and sanity) as possible in the process.

They charged me a fee to come out then gave me a grossly padded and inflated quote ($16K) for work they hadn’t even deemed as necessary in their assessment.

When trying to drill down into what was actually needed (over multiple calls with over 10 customer service agents) their highest ranking technical manager, Mike, remained committed to the scam, quoting $850 for a condensation pump mod (available online for less than $100) as reasonable without him or his techs even looking at it.

Needless to say, the inflated quote led the warranty company to reach out for clarity. Rather than being transparent, they tried to bypass them and upsell me a hvac system they themselves admitted was unnecessary. Furthermore, they refused to send the accurate diagnosis to AHS because they knew the most expensive parts would have to be covered and they didn’t want to lose good standing with the company that provides them so many clients. They are willing to work overtime to disenfranchise the customer in service of this relationship.

Even after over a month of repeated calls and scheduled visits (the last of which they did not even show up for and have yet to reschedule) my AC remains broken on the hottest summer on record and repeated calls continue to end in frustration and inexplicably yet another $300 fee.

The whole process is a scam and it should be unconscionable that a company be more committed to money than the safety of their customers during a record heat wave.

If you are like me and have a family you need to keep alive, avoid working with this company at all costs!!

Michael Bernard was our technician. He showed us what he was doing. Made sure that once he unstopped the main line the house would not stop back up by allowing us to run water through the system for several minutes. He was professional and very knowledgeable regarding his work. Definitely recommend Mr. Greenway and Michael Bernard again.

I have been a customer of Greenway for nearly 20 years. They have never failed me.!! It was time to overhaul my HVAC systems as they were showing signs of trouble. I was immediately contacted by one of their Project Managers, Mr. Gentry. He was a delight to talk with and we worked out a game plan for my new HVAC system. Mr. Gentry lined up the project on Monday Sept 19th and the crew was here, Thursday Sept 22!!! How's that for service??!! It was a big project removing my old HVAC system and installing 2 brand new furnaces and 2 AC units. Carter Cornelius and his crew got to work immediately. The guys were like bees swarming a beehive. They were all very friendly and focused on the task at hand. They began at 9am and finished at 7pm. Remember---this was a huge job!!!! The guys were so polite and respectful. I highly recommend Greenway Home Services.

It was Friday of 4th of July Weekend and I had a leak that was coming through my bedroom wall. I called around and no one was available until the following week OR they wanted to charge $350 just for coming out. Well I the next day, I went to the web and found Mister Greenway. It advertised “open 24 hours” so I called. First off, excellent customer service. The “how can i make your day better” threw me. It was a very pleasant surprise. They told me they could have someone out the next day—SUNDAY—at no extra cost! Then they sent out my blessing Jacob Phillipy-service technician!! He was on time, extreme respectful” knowledgeable, and professional and honest. I felt safe and confident with him. He returned and did an excellent job!! Jacob made a huge impression on me-it was not only his knowledge of and his skills to repair my plumbing issue, but his personality—top notch! I have already bragged to my family and friends about Mister Greenway. I will continue to use them from this point forward for not only my plumbing needs, but HVAC, appliances and whatever else they do. I am not one who usually write reviews (but always reading them! Ha!) but I started writing this review while Mr. Jacob Phillipy was still at my home. That’s how impressed I was. Jacob you are a blessing! Chris Stiles from Mister Greenway came out to give us a second quote for some very expensive main line cast iron replacement that had bottomed out. When he scoped the line out it turns out there was no cast iron (hence no rust out). The whole house was PVC that was structurally sound but simply had some grease build-up. Three hours later we have the cleanest pipes in the neighborhood (which we could see on his scope) and the total price was $500 versus the $14,000 from the first quote. The sad part is this was my daughters house and the first quote gave her serious anxiety. The good news is Chris spent at least an extra hour helping her understand what was really going on and that unfortunately the other vendor either was scamming her or at the minimum not trained to read his scope properly. Thanks Chris and to Mister Greenway keep hiring terrific people.

Our Air Conditioner stopped working. Zacc Ingram of Mr. Greenway came to the rescue! Zacc labored with the problem until he solved it. He even identified another problem that previous service providers had not and he fixed that problem as well! Zacc was not only efficient he was courteous also. He wore a mask when he entered our home, in times like these that action was very important to me. I recommend Mr. Greenway and I recommend Zacc Ingram, he represented Mr. Greenway very well today!

Jacob provided excellent service, and he was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. I had an issue with a bathroom faucet and a water valve. Our new AC suddenly became unresponsive and we called Mister Greenway. It was night time and we were so glad they sent a tech to our home at 10:00pm. He (Griffin) had our air working in less than an hour. He was friendly and knew exactly what to do. Apparently this was caused by MLGW and TVA. We will recommend this company to anyone needing AC help regardless of the time of day or night. The company that initially installed our unit - will leave them unnamed - wouldn't even answer their phone. Mister Greenway delivers! Thank you.

Zack was able to come within a couple of hours after my call, He was very responsive and professional. He explained exactly what was wrong with AC and gave me options. When the old motor was difficult to disengage , he worked very hard for at least 20 minutes, and was determined to see the job finished properly before he left, such I greatly appreciated. I was right there watching, and I felt that many technicians would have given up and said that they’d have to take the assembly in but Zach went way beyond the call of duty!

I waited 24 hours for another plumber and never got service. I called Mr.Greenway and in an hour they were here and cleared my drains. Joe was professional and informative. Highly recommend this company!! Will definetly use them again!

HVAC needed some love before the season, Mr Greenway called 30 minutes before arriving, was on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable of the field. My issue was a bit more than I was expecting but, handled with ease. I’m pretty sure my unit has never ran better. Greenway made a great attempt to help resolve an issue I was having with my system. There was some need for follow up about a part and if I really needed the part or not in the beginning, but they was able to resolve the delays and to get my system up and running.

Called at 11:15 am on a day where the temperatures were at 100 degrees. They clearly defined the service fee and were able to assign me a tech for that very afternoon. Tech was at our home by 1:00. Had two condenser units that needed attention, one that needed coolant and the other that just needed at thorough cleaning. Tech, Pablo, explained the service and the fees up front. He was professional, expedient and careful, even though he was working in the extreme heat. I am a repeat customer and will continue to utilize Greenway.

Once again Greenway Services has failed to meet their obligations. My water heater has been out of repair now since sept 19, 2021. Essentially that is going on 2months without hot water. Can you imagine the level of frustration! I have been in direct communication with the President of Greenway Mr. Devin Williams and he has not been much help either. Just take. Look at the conversations in our text messages. He told me the part was being delayed by the manufacturer. Okay fine if after a months time if the part can not be supplied then the water heater should be replaced. I would not recommend my worst enemy to greenway home services.

Thanks to Josh from Mr. Greenway for a job well done repairing our busted water line. Had two plumbing companies come out and paid service fee for each with no results. Josh made the repair within an hour at a very reasonable cost. Again, many thanks to Greenway. Also we have a maintenance contract with Greenway and they are always on time to inspect/clean or make recommendations for repairs.

Zach at Greenway in Memphis was absolutely fantastic! He was so respectful and knowledgeable. He saved the day to get my Mom's heating back on quickly so she could be comfortable again. He explained things in a non technical way so that we always knew what was the issue was and how they were going to fix it. WELL DONE!!!

Their TV commercial states “Call, and we’ll be there in 30 minutes or less.”. Well….. I called and that 30 minutes was actually 48 hours before they could get to my house. My advice, don’t call or waste your time.

Now their response to my review said that I called their sister company because Mr Greenway doesn’t work with home warranty companies. Let be clear, I DO NOT have a home warranty. These people just LIE. Stay away from them because if they are willing to lie about getting to your house within 30 minutes of calling in their tv commercial and now lie again in their response to my review….. my bet is that they will tell you you need to replace/repair something and in reality you don’t!!

The absolute worse service I’ve ever received. The tech showed up Tuesday and took the top of my unit (fan and motor) to the shop and said he would be back on Wednesday to install. I had to call Wednesday late afternoon to get a update. I was informed then that it would be repaired Thursday and he would be back out Friday. My wife get a call this morning saying the tech called in sick and won’t be able to install the part until Monday. I called to speak to a manager and am now waiting on a call back… why would it take almost a week to replace a fan motor and no communication. This is RIDICULOUS!!!

Yes they came in an hour had a condenser fan motor bad. It was friday afternoon, the service tech wanted 900.00 for the motor plus labor . Got the job done by my usual A/C Contractor the next day for 345.00 parts and labor, and there service man left his tools and returned the next day to retrieve them. Everytime l here that ad l can't turn it off fast enough, save your money and wait on your service tech even if your unconfortable

My compressor went out on my new A/C system. I was out of town so the person house sitting for me called in the issue. There was a miscommunication and Mister Greenway thought no one would be home until I returned. After clarifying the miscommunication, Mike called me to update me on my part and to ensure me that they were all over this. I spoke with him on 7/11/2022 at 3:11 PM He has also called me several times to follow up.

In about 24 hours, Zach and CJ were on site completing the necessary repairs. Zach and CJ were courteous, professional and very respectful of my time and property. In my opinion, Mike and the team went above and beyond to ensure this customer was satisfied.

I would like to note that I have been in the customer service business for almost 35 years. Today it is rare to see the kind of dedication and commitment I was shown by the Mister Greenway team. Good customer service goes a long way. My sincere thank you to the entire Greenway team.

The tech came out because my ac had stop working, tech came out went to unit outside and then upstairs in attic next a guy came out to look and quotes me 14k because they said I needed a whole new system, and quoted me 10k for just a new AC unit, so me being the esteemed person that I am called another guy for a second opinion, how about he comes out and cleans the outside unit so it can breathe and then a couple hours later charged it with 2.5 lbs of Freon and now the problem is solved today, everyone is cool and happy again and it didn’t cost nowhere near 10k…..just sad that a professional company wouldn’t know to do that, but anyway problem solved.

I have used Mister Greenway for plumbing issues at my business for years. No one comes faster and they get the job done! I recently purchased a Generic Standby Generator from them for my home. Billy Flynn manages their generator devision and he was so easy to work with. I knew right away he was the guy to install our generator. Less than 24 hrs after our install we had our first utility outage. The generator automatically powered up and restored power to our home with 90 secs. Im actually writing this reviews using its power! WAY TO GO MISTER GREENWAY!

New Customer! I was experiencing an issue with my toilet not filling up completely or not at all, after an initial flush. Plus, the flapper was outdated. Made the initial call to Mister Greenway (thanks to the commercial) today and they scheduled me an appointment for this evening. My tech, Brian, was so nice and forthcoming with troubleshooting the situation and getting the issue resolved promptly. Thanks Brian & Mister Greenway for satisfying a first time customer.

Had an air conditioning compressor replaced a month ago, and while it was fixed within a couple days of calling, it needed additional repair from that install about a month later. Jason made sure to follow up about that service and assured me if I needed anything further they would make sure that it would be done properly. Overall, pleased with the experience.

The shower pressure in our upstairs tub has been non existent for several months - so bad in fact that there is not enough water pressure to keep the shower knob up to start the shower. Jacob from Greenway came out and spent a lot of time tracing the problem from the water tank, through the shower cartridge and the pipes. He noted that there was significant buildup in the pipes and said the pipes needed to be cleaned; he also suggested a water filtration system that would eliminate this problem in the future. He went out to get the needed parts and came back same day to replace the shower cartrdige, clean the pipes and install the filtration system. He was very knowledgeable, spent time explaining the issues and then testing after to make sure the problem was resolved.

Daniel was first rate. He was polite and efficient diagnosing the problem within minutes of arriving. He had the part needed in his van and was on site for less than an hour. Very satisfied with his thoroughness and timeliness getting our house back to comfort quickly.

We were left with almost $4k in drywall repairs once they were finished, but that is not the most upsetting thing. For me, this company will always be remembered as causing the disappearance and now certain death of my cat. My 14 year-old cat was driven away by the Greenway team jackhammering in our garage. He has been missing (despite searching in two counties and offering a substantial reward for his safe return) for more than four weeks now, and could not survive this long without his twice-daily insulin injections. Shockingly, I was harassed by this company almost immediately after posting my review. They called my home phone number to attack me. Shameful!

My home warranty use this company to service our unit. I called my home warranty 06/13 and greenway was suppose to show 06/18/22. They called and moved appointment to 06/27/22 and we advised we where not able to be home for that time.so they moved it 07/1/22. The service guy shows up today with no tools to left his meter at house yesterday. I explain our issues with unit and he guesses this part will fix it. I sure hope so don’t want to wait 3weeks for them to show again. We use them a time before and they stated 12 to 8 for guy to arrive. He arrives at 9 forgets his tools at house when he leaves. The next morning at 7 he’s ringing our doorbell consistently waking us up for his tools. Avoid this company for service

Daniel was very professional. He explained everything thoroughly.
My air went out on a Saturday after 5 PM, and Daniel arrived in well less than 30 minutes after I called for service.
Daniel completed the job very quickly and efficiently and had my air conditioning back running in less than an hour.
Mr. Greenway is my new go to for any heating, air, or plumbing job.

I called around 9am because I had some vents that weren't blowing. The lady I spoke with, Simone, was friendly and was able to schedule someone to come out between 12pm and 5pm the same day! My washing machine backed up into the kitchen sink one Saturday morning and flooded the laundry room. My husband wasn't able to reach the clog with his drain snake. Thankfully Greenway was available and didn't have any extra charges for coming on the weekend. Our technician had to reschedule but communication was great. Once he arrived he was quick, courteous, and offered some tips to prevent this issue in the future. The price was more than fair considering he was working on a Sunday evening. Great experience!

Called and set up an appointment for ac unit maintenance. The technician called and said they wouldn't make it because the appointments before ours ran long. He set up a time for the next day. No one ever showed up or contacted us again.

Just had our summer A/C check up and Mr. Kaleb Capps was so professional and answered all my questions. I love their membership for being able to get 2 checkups a year.

The only thing I wish they did is reach out to the customers for their winter/summer checkups instead of waiting for the customer to call in and schedule. Other than that I have always had great experiences with my checkups.

DON'T SIGN UP FOR VIP SERVICE OR AUTOMATIC DRAFT! I signed up for automatic draft payment for a/c service. After a year of paying I called to schedule a service appointment only to be told the first available was a month away in the summer, therefore I cancelled my service and automatic draft payment. I checked my account a couple of months later and they were continuing to draft my account. I called and weeks later a refund check was mailed only for the next month for them to draft my account again. Don't fall for the scam!
Update: The CEO contacted me and spoke to me regarding my concerns. He also informed the office and I was contacted by office to correct my concerns. The service technician was nice and friendly. I'm am cautiously optimistic about working with them, and looking forward to continuing to do business with them.

On the first 90 degree day in Memphis, both my air conditioners went out. Greenway was very responsive and sent out an excellent representative, Eric. He was professional, checked everything out and was super friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had both my units up and running quickly. Daryl has been making repairs and handling the service calls on our refrigerators and ice machine for over a decade. He always calls ahead, shows up on time, and has been an honest and straight-shooter. He is excellent on kitchen appliance repairs! Will continue to request. him.

Had a pinhole leak in PEX in the hot line coming from wife's grandparents tankless heater. Greenway came out friday and after 3.5 hours and unleashing gallons of water into the attic the tech removed a 4 foot chunk of PEX and capped both ends. He left for the night because didn't have correct tools..charging them for the service call..hot water was completely unuseable now. They called dispatch next day and was told no one could come out till Wednesday.

Not sure why he cut a chunk of pipe out making the system completely unuseable if he wasn't going to fix it that day.

I went to big box store and grabbed some PEX and sharkbite connectors. Made the system usable again in 30 minutes.

The technician was good and showed me pictures of my cracked heat exchanger. But the sales guy quoted me over 15k for a duel system replacement and “threw” in a new thermostat, pad, plasma unit, a new surge protector. I don’t need all of that. Just the system. When asked about paying cash what would my price be, he continued to push financing and didn’t answer my question. So the technician Zach was good and professional but we ended up going with another company because that price is extremely over what other places quoted me at 8500.

Daniel Bautista was great!! Wore a mask, very professional, made sure my heating system was in order, changed my filter and took the old filter with him to discard- He was great!!!

In my initial visit, the technician and I discussed my issues, and we both presumed that my toilet leak was due to a bad wax seal. Without ever touching my toilet, he gave me a price to fix my leak, and i agreed to pay him to do it.
30 minutes after he left, I heard my toilet running. I took the lid off and saw that the float arm was broken. Then I saw that the floor was still wet, I personally had to crawl on the floor to find where the leak was. I cut the water off.
Then I called the office and told them the tech somehow broke the float arm in my toilet bowl and that i was still leaking water on my floor. I was told that they would get back to me.
Around 7 that evening, I just had to go buy a $15 kit with a new float and replace it myself so I could use my toilet that night.
The next day, I waited till 11 am with no contact, so I called the office again. I was told the tech would be back between noon and 5.
Around 5:15, the tech called me. I told him what was going on and where my leak was actually coming from. He proceeded to tell me that was a different issue and that it would be an additional charge. I explained how, in my opinion, that he didn't diagnose the issue, fixed something that wasn't broken, and caused a different issue. Therefore, I didn't expect to pay additional money.
After calling his supervisor, he called back and agreed to come fix the leak at no additional charge. He showed up around 6 pm and was here for 15 minutes, fixed the leak, and left with no mention of the time and money I spent to fix the float arm he broke.

My technician was professional, courteous and explained the situation and what he did in detail that I could understand. He also arrived as promised. Very pleased with my service.
