Tim Ferguson is the best HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Company here in the Memphis area. They have always been responsive and inform us of everything that needs to be done when they do work. We have used them for many services. 5 stars and more!!!

They came out to fix a blockage in my main line that was causing waste water to back up into my downstairs master bath shower and tub for a cost of $419 ($330 + $89 service charge). The technician probably was there 15 minutes and the blockage was cleared so I thought, 4 days later the line was blocked again and waste water was coming into my downstairs master bath shower and tub the same as the first time, I called and told them that they were at my home 4 days ago to fix a blockage and the same problem was occurring again. They told me that it would be an additional $419 and there was no warranty and it was stated in my invoice. My invoice was emailed to me and had to be downloaded to view. DO NOT USE ANY COMPANY THAT WILL CHARGE YOU THE SAME EXACT PRICE FOR A PROBLEM THEY DID NOT FIX THE 1ST TIME. ASK A COMPANY ABOUT THEIR WARRANTY BEFORE THEY PERFORM ANY WORK AND USE ANOTHER COMPANY IF THEY TELL YOU THERE IS NO WARRANTY. Any company worth their salt regardless of warranty would not charge a paying customer again for the same problem 4 days later. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I want to personally thank Kelly Fortner at Tim Ferguson Plumbing Air and Electric in the Memphis TN area for stopping and changing my flat tire. I had been sitting on I-40 of over a hour waiting on roadside assistance when he pulled up and offered his help!! We need more people like this!!

As a club member I scheduled a light fixture to be installed. They no showed this appointment. Brian Ferguson called me yesterday afternoon to reschedule the appointment. He told me they would be here between 8am-10am. They no showed this appointment also. I paid $420.00 last year to be a club member. Do NOT hire this company for ANYTHING!!

My ac went out on a Friday night and i called Tim Ferguson on a Saturday. Not only was Roger Lemons here in less than 2 hours. He was very nice, informative, timely, and professional. I would recommend the company and Roger to anyone. The price was very reasonable for a weekend call out!

I needed a toilet installed. I purchased the toilet myself. I called Tim Ferguson because of their rating on line. He quoted me $580.00. It came to a total of $614.00! He was there less than two hours. They even charged me the one time trip fee. And on top of it all he tried to get me to buy a membership for my next discounted visit. Seriously? We discussed putting in a new shower. Not at those prices. Can't afford it.

Roger came in and took care of everything asked. Even went above and beyond explaining what was going on while answering other questions. I will be calling again if there is another issue.

The Best plumbing and A/C company in Memphis

Our a/c quit working downstairs. I called Roger L. in the Memphis office yesterday afternoon. My husband tested positive for Covid, so I didn’t want to risk exposing anyone. Roger walked me through things to try to attempt to reset the unit. Nothing worked....the outside fan would not run. Roger arrived at 6am this morning. Our inside unit is in the basement storeroom and we have a door to outside, so we were able to have a contactless visit. Roger quickly diagnosed the problem, got the replacement part, installed it and downstairs is now cool......my husband is quarantined downstairs. Thank you so much, Roger

I am a realtor in Jackson TN and have used Tim Ferguson for a long time. I know they are a great company! Oct 26th was my first chance to work with the Memphis location. From the first phone call they exceeded expectations. My husband's 97 year old aunt had been without hot water for almost 2 weeks while fighting with a home warranty company. Finally she agreed to let me help. I called Ferguson at 3:30 to get her a hot water heater - thinking Saturday at the earliest and more than likely Monday. The person who answered said I am dispatching now. Within 20 minutes Jared called to tell me he was on his way. By 6:00 her new hot water heater was installed. They did in 2 1/5 hours what a home warranty company has had almost 2 weeks to do. Jared thank you! Tim Ferguson is forutante to have you as an employee!

They installed a furnace and AC. We also use them for plumbing & electrical work, along with maintenance of our HVAC systems.

I called on Tim Ferguson Electric, after 5p one day when we had some exposed, live wires in some old landscaping lights located in our front flower bed, which sparked a fire. The lady who answered the phone, I think her name was Amy, was very, very nice and prompt! A technician was on site in less than 30 minutes, capped off the current and the cost totally took me by surprize! MUCH less than I thought it was going to be!! I rate Tim Ferguson a solid 100 A+!

AFTER HOURS and WEEKENDS!

The Friday night before we were headed to the beach I was in the garage packing my truck and noticed an odd sound coming from my breaker panel that sounded like a 1930’s science fiction movie (or bacon cooking). NOT good! I noticed this around 10 PM. It was the breaker dedicated to my HVAC system. I called several places I found on google and had NO luck. Even the ones bragging they have after hour techs. I’d call them, be told a tech would call back in 30 minutes. Never got a single call. So…I finally found Tim Ferguson and made the call around 12:30 am. Had it not been for my iPhone going into Do Not Disturb mode I would have seen that Roger had called me back around 12:45 in the morning (and he would have come out then to fix the problem right then). Not hearing the phone ring and growing tired of looking for a contractor I fell asleep knowing we were not leaving for the beach at our scheduled 6 AM time on Saturday. I had planned on waking up and gong to a nearby electrician business and sitting on their porch in order to get help (rather than calling them).

When I woke, I saw that Roger Lemons (Memphis office) had called me twice during the wee hours of the morning (Kudo’s to him). I called him back before i could get the sleep out of my eyes due to the urgency of our situation. He immediately answered the phone, asked me to describe the problem, I told him of my vacation timeline and in less than 45 minutes he was knocking on my door. Roger quickly evaluated the problem, had the parts on his truck, fixed the arching breaker and was well on his way to the next call in less than one hour. ALL done before the local electrician shop would have opened! Roger was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I have now added Tim Ferguson’s contact information to my phone’s contact list. They will be the FIRST place I call from now on should I have any electrical needs!

After hours or on weekends, make Tim Ferguson the FIRST place you call! I could not be happier with the level of service and prompt attention to my problem.

A/C Service this time had a home warranty service they gave the number to call they told me it would be 4 days before they could get out so I waited and waited and left messages and never received any return calls so I got tired of waiting and i called the Home Warranty and ask if i could get someone else to do the work on the A/C because i had been without
A/C since April 23,2022 the Warranty service hear it was Friday April 13, 22 . they said Okay cancel so that when i called Tim Ferguson thanks to them Roger check out the unit.

Roger came to my house on a Sunday at 9:00AM to fix my AC and was excellent and a sweet guy. Will call back for any of my problems!

We called and needed our AC serviced and cleaned. Kelly had a service tech there within the hour. Very respectful and professional guys, we will definitely be using them from now on. Thanks again Kelly and team.

Excellent customer service. My cold water line in the kitchen was leaking, and I made it worse by messing with it and trying to tighten it incorrectly. Couldn’t stop the leak so turned off the mains and called Tim Ferguson after hours. The operator got me on the line with a technician, and he was able to diagnose the problem immediately over the phone. Saved me a ton of stress and money. Will definitely be calling them in the future for plumbing service.

Called for service on the weekend after hours. Technician (Curtis) called within 30 minutes and arrived 30 minutes later. Issue was resolved efficiently. Things were clearly explained in lamens terms and multiple recommendations for regular maintenance was provided. Great service, will use again.

I have used Tim Ferguson for several different service projects in the past. They are always professional and courteous. The most recent project was installing a new a/c system. Roger was my service technician. He diagnosed my problem quickly with the repair options to go with it. Our system was older, so it was time for a new system. It was scheduled for the next day and completed faster than expected. As most of us know great service is difficult to find these day, but Tim Ferguson Memphis hits the mark! Great job with A+ service

We called Tim Ferguson after our air went out on a weekend. Our appointment was scheduled for 7-9 pm but Casey actually showed up around 2. It turned out to be the condenser and he was able to go get one and install it by 5! We have used Tim Ferguson for years and have always been pleased with their response and work!

DO NOT hire them for electrical work you have aluminum wIring. I took the wall plates off to straighten them because when they installed them they left them crooked and not flush with the wall and I discovered they had pigtailed the Aluminum wires to copper using twisters that weren't rated for Aluminum ( aluminum to copper ones are always purple these were red).

Also, I thought that all outlets in bathrooms had to be GFCI but they installed one that wasn't.
I don't have time to check up behind people I hire to make sure they are doing stuff up to code.
At least I found this issue before it burned my house down.

It is a shame too because it is hard to find electrians and other contractors that are as quick to respond as these guys.
