Well unfortunately the pipes in our new house of less then 2 months decided to bust during the cold air freeze. So when we came home on Christmas Day with 3 rooms of our house flooded and ceilings caving in we were in shock to say the least.
Thankfully we knew of Traditional Plumbing company who came out first thing the next day, that was considered a holiday for most people and businesses. They came out, assessed the issues and fixed them. It's going to be a process but they have made the recovery part easier. Thanks to Calvin for the great business and Cody for great work!

I also joined the Plumb Club, a great maintenance program especially for older homes. They check everything, leaks to running a camera through your sewer to check for problems. My builder used them on my new home, they fail to set lines where they needed to be, even that it was written on the stud!!, they returned to correct this 7 times, they damage the new flooring badly,scratch the granite, not to mention toilets in both bath the plumbing drain set wrong,and last poorly installed water heater against Code.
Beware do not use this company
My builder stop recommending this company it only hurts your good reputation.

They installed a tankless hot water heater on my house recently. They wore protective clothing to keep my home clean and very quickly replaced it. They also replaced 3 shower valves that I could no longer get parts for. Everything works wonderfully and had several follow up calls asking how we like it and if any issues. They showed up on time per the appointment made worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Would strongly recommend them. Price was best in town!

We just moved to the neighborhood and had a leaking supply valve to a built-in ice maker. Could not get service call or emergency visit from the first companies we called. Thought we would have to go the weekend without main water supply to the house.

Bad situation, but a neighbor recommended Traditional - BIG SUCCESS. They rearranged their schedule and arrived within an hour - fixed our problem and got us back to normal. Shane was awesome - a skilled, knowledgeable and professional technician. The office staff was friendly, honest and timely - really wanted to understand my problem.

Traditional Plumbing is the kind of vendor we all want, but often just cannot find anymore. They have my business - excellent!

I called Traditional Plumbing to come out on what I thought was a potential sewer line clog. Dylan came out and we talked about what could possibly be the problem. Dylan started with his first option to find the clogged and quickly, determined he needed to go to option two, which was to check the City Sewer System. And there was the problem, the City Sewer System was backup.

The guys at Traditional have helped our family SO many times! We’ve moved several times throughout the past 10 years and have used them for multiple issues at each home we’ve lived in. They replaced our sewer line when our trees’ roots grew into the pipes in our East Memphis home, they did all of our plumbing work on a full kitchen remodel and master bath addition, they’ve replaced toilets and water heaters for us. Without a doubt the best service out there, they show up when they say they will and you even get text notifications when they’re on their way. Easiest folks to deal with, thank y’all so much!

My hot water heater broke in the attic and was leaking out through the ceiling. Traditional Plumbing was able to get me on the schedule quickly and replaced the hot water heater the same day. They also installed a flood stop sensor to help prevent this from happening again. Had them do a few other things as well. Shane and Dillon were nice and professional. As a bonus, our pet Turkey, Dragon, enjoyed visiting them while they worked.

Called Traditional to verify another plumbers diagnosis. I plumber #1 hit mud 17’ in trying to snake my line. He was adamant that he would need to drill underneath my slab to replace my pipes for $4800

Traditional cleared the line with a jetter and showed me that my lines were clear all the way to the Sewer line. Thanks for the great service

We were at a rental home and discovered a leak in laundry area. We had tenants moving in the following day and were desperate to get it fixed. I called around 10:30am my call was taken by a knowledgeable, kind, considerate, and helpful women who understood the nature of our situation and its urgency for completion. They were able to get someone out right away and he arrived by 1:30pm. The job was completed by 3pm and they really saved the day! The plumber was professional and efficient. The price was also very reasonable even though it was a last-minute call. I would HIGHLY recommend Traditional Plumbing and will be calling them in the future for any plumbing needs.

LOVE this company! The service is spot on, they’ve replaced my lines to the street, replaced toilets, fixed my leaky shower head, and most recently completed an entire bathroom renovation for us. As I shared in a previous survey I would highly recommend Traditional Plumbing and their service technicians who responded quickly to my service call. Shane did a wonderful job detecting the leaks in my outdoor pipes which had burst and repaired them quickly. He even repaired an inside faulty faucet at no extra charge. Called on the recommendation of a friend, and was pleasantly surprised with the person who answered the phone. She was sweet and polite, took my information, said they could get someone out to my home today, explained the fees, and thanked me for my call. Sure enough, they showed up on time and my wife met the plumber. She said he was super friendly, fixed the problem quickly, and waived the arrival fee. All in all these people appreciate your business, communicate openly, and are very fairly priced. Couldn’t have been happier, and will be the only plumbers I call again.

We have had excellent service from Traditional Plumbing. They installed water heaters and a pressure reduction valve due to high water pressure. They have been doing a periodic inspection of the house including water heater clean outs. They have pointed out some issues that we need to attend to but did not pressure us to use them. Most I will take care of myself. I have found them to be knowledgeable, helpful and very courteous. Dillon was a big help on our last inspection today.

Excellent work. Shane quoted a tankless water heater install at a competitive price. On the agreed date, the install was performed. The crew arrived on time and finished two hours early with no cost overruns. Shane then showed me how to use the new device, while his crew did a quality check. They even went as far as to paint the new exhaust to match the rest.
