I'm very happy with the entire experience. Nathan came out to estimate the job and was very professional and gave us a fair price. I got 2 other quotes that were substantially higher. I contacted Nathan to setup a date to start and he got me scheduled in 2 days when others were a couple of weeks out.
Trey showed up on time and did a great job. Very professional and friendly. I will definitely call them the next time I need a plumber.

We used the online appointment request on a Sunday evening to ask for service on Monday. That was very convenient! We received an email in the morning to confirm and then a call 20 minutes before the serviceman arrived. He was right on time, super-friendly, and listened to our explanation of the problem. He immediately knew what the issue was and how to resolve it, which he did in less than 30 minutes. We appreciated the ease of making the appointment, the speed, and Jermaine's technical skills. i had a sewer back up on 2 toilets, I called on a Saturday afternoon around 3 pm, and Bobby, a on call technician was at my house by 4 pm. What an outstanding and hard working guy. He didn't stop until he figured out the problem. I would recommend this company and Bobby to Anyone out there who's needing a quick turnaround and nothing but professionalism. Thank you All Clear.

I had NEP come out in June to fix a leaking toilet. Gus came out and was very unprofessional. I let him know we have an elderly in the home so please wear a mask and he laughed in my face. I thought he fixed the problem but it leaked within a few weeks. They sent another person back to try to fix it and still couldn’t leak. I’ve been trying to get them to come out and fix the issue. The Secretary was suppose to order a part. I called every week to see progress for the gasket because they had been working on the toilet and I didn’t want to have someone else touch it. 6 weeks later, I got a hold of the secretary again (she was never there when I would call) and she told me she never ordered the part because there’s no part to be had. When I asked when did she know there was no part to order, she responded that she knew when she was trying to order the part 6 weeks ago. I would not use this company. They don’t stand behind their workmanship, have unprofessional plumbers, and will put you as the last priority when they have to come back to fix things they didn’t do properly in the first place.

((Please read)) and highly not Recommend unprofessional service I do not Recommend this plumber for anybody here in Memphis when the guy show up he said he going to charge me 400$ for leaking issue I said ok fixed so he was like let schedule another day I said that's fine so he suppose to be show up on Saturday..they keep changing my schedule for (5 Times ) so they call me they was like ok since we keep canceling your schedule we going give you discount i was like thank you so AFTER 3 days guy call me we going charge you 450 !! AFTER Changing my schedule for 5 Times !!!! for 2 months
